Ivy's POV
There was something he mentioned that did not sit well with me, and he said it was the things I wanted, he did not want them too?
I moved away from him and made my way to my room, but as soon as I got to my room, I began to hear noises that were coming from outside.
I turned and faced Anderson.
" That sounds like a familiar voice" he looked at me.
Of course, he was right, it was Lily who wanted to bring the walls of the house down by all means.
" What does she want again? I thought they were over each other" I said.
Not out of concern, but for fear that my plans might not work out.
Anderson left the room and I followed behind as well. We got downstairs and met lily, my step mother was also there as well.
She looked at me like some piece of trash, I'm sure if she had the chance to strangle life out of me, she would go ahead with it.
" What do you want? You can not be this silly. You were asked to leave here and never show your face here, yet you keep coming here, and every gathering that he is in, what exactly do you want?" I asked in a calm voice, trying to shift concerns away from myself.
Lily turned and looked at me, her expression unreadable. She seemed shocked that I would speak to her in that manner, I was never going to let her look at me that way, so I looked at her in the most disgusting manner as well.
" How dare you think that you can speak to me in such a manner?" She asked me.
" I can speak to you however I please, do you have a problem with it?" I rolled my eyes.
She wanted to come after me but was held back.
" You want to hit her with the child she is carrying?" Oscar asked her, his eyebrows were raised in a questioning look.
" When did you start caring about her? I had no idea that she was this important to you" she said
Then she began to laugh, it was all mockery but I do not care about that.
" Say whatever you want to say and leave this place" he said to her.
" Oscar, you know too well that I can not stay without you, I can not do anything without you, why are you treating me this way? It was a mistake, you can speak to your father about it" she said.
She spoke in a calm voice like she was some good person. It made me want to throw up.
" There's no need to plead with me, and my answer is no, you cheated, and you lied to me, why do you think I want to be with someone like you?" He rolled his eyes.
" Why won't you? We need to get back together, so you can get back your place in the company, don't you want that?" She asked him.
She sure knows how to get to him, she knows how to get to him and I'm sure that he might think about her demands.
" You can leave now, I'll think about it," he said calmly.
I knew it, he wanted the company so badly and I knew that she was going to do everything in her powers to make him reconsider having her back, because of the company.
" Okay then" she walked towards him instead of waking away.
She got really close and then ran her fingers through his face.
" I'll see you at the office," she said.
" Don't come to the office" he responded, even though it sounded like he did not mean it.
" You do not get to decide that for me" she said, as she walked away.
I stood there and watched as they left my sight.
The silence between the three of us standing there was deafening.
" You can take her in now," Oscar said.
I wished he had not said anything.
" You should hold your instructions to yourself and focus on getting your life together" he said to Oscar.
It was such a bad moment as they exchanged looks. I wished I was not there to see all of that.
I went in before they accused each other of something. I got upstairs and just laid there, tired and exhausted.
" Hey, why did Oscar look at you in that manner?" I heard Anderson's voice.
I knew the exact thing he was asking about, but I just was not in the mood to talk about something like that.
" There's nothing there? He is probably thinking of something and that should be none of our business" I said.
He said nothing to me, but I was way too sure that he had a lot to say to me.
