Chapter 18

"Sorella!" I said happily to who I guess is Noah's half sister after she had opened the door then I hugged her. 

"Lia? 

"It's me sister." I said making sure that I'm sounding so excited to see her.

"You had us so worried Lia, Noè era così preoccupato che se ne andò anche alla grande città per cercarti." [Noah was so worried, he even left for the big city to look for you.] She said as she pulled me back for another embrace.

"Noah mi ha trovato e tornerà domani, ha detto che ha qualcosa da fare prima che torni. Dov'è Jane? Mi manca così tanto." ["Noah found me and he will be back tomorrow, he said he has something to do before he'll come back. Where's Jane? I miss her so much."] I said then begin walking inside, eyes searching for my daughter.

"Oh, I hope you two reconciled, te ne sei andato così arrabbiato che ho pensato che non avresti intenzione di sposarlo e non ti sei fatto vivo, ma ha detto che la data del matrimonio è stata posticipata. [you left so angry that I thought you weren't going to marry him and you didn't show up but he said the wedding date has been postponed."]

"Sì sorella Shasha, where's my daughter?

"Yes, you're just going to say yes..?"

"We quarried but now we've reconciled .. Mi manca mia figlia, dov'è lei?" [I miss my daughter, where's she?]

"Follow me." She said and then opened a door reviewing my baby who is lying on a cradle bed. She's so beautiful and she has her mama's hair.

"Il mio bambino, mommy have missed you so much." I said as I carried her in my hands while smiling at her and she smiled back. She wrapped her tiny fingers around my three fingers and began gurgling.

"Did you just said you miss her? .. you're a bad mother Lia! Quale madre abbandona il figlio solo a causa di un malinteso tra lei e il padre di suo figlio? .. uno cattivo! [Which mother abandons their child just because of a misunderstanding between her and her baby's father? .. a bad one!]

"Oh per favore, lasciami essere sorella Shasha." [Oh please, leave me be sister Sasha.] I said waving her words off and at the same time planning a way on how to excuse myself with my baby.

"I should let you be? I said it! I said it but he wouldn't listen to me .. you're a bad woman!"

"This is why I didn't want to come back in the first place .. you, you always drive me crazy with your yelling." I said then carry my baby and begin heading out. Some part of me already figured out that me and Sasha never liked each other so I used that to my advantage.

"Dove stai andando?" She asked

"To save my daughter's ears and to clear my head of the headache you just gave it." I said then hiss as I walked out of the room with my baby in hand.

Immediately I stepped out of the room, I began to feel my heart wanting to bust out of happiness. I did it.. I did it!

"I did it!!
