The big brown wolf was running with a speed of lighting avoiding the trees and big rocks. It's been a long since Gloria shifted in her wolf form and feeling the air passing through her fur felt like a wave of energy to her.

She still remembered the day when she was in the neutral land looking for her mate. She shifted three years ago but could not find her mate I'm any packs so neutral land was her last chance.

That day, Paul was visiting a restaurant to meet someone and that someone was a vampire.

She bumped into him and instantly the sweet scent hit him.

"Mate..."

Realizing that the other person was a lycan, she got scared and ran away but Paul find her soon and brought her to the palace.

She was more scared than being happy and decided not to make him angry. But Paul appeared more gentle than she imagined. There was still a lot to go between them but they were trying their best to know each other better.

Gloria stopped at some distance from Paul and instead of shifting back she let out a growl with her eyes fixed on Paul.

"You want a fight?"

Paul chuckled seeing her who kept the same posture. He was hundred times stronger than her because he was not just a lycan but a royal one.

"Alright, I will try to be gentle."

Paul motioned her to attack him as he took a position. He did not need to shift while Gloria ran and jumped onto him who dodge her attack and on a swift move he put his arms around the brown wolf and threw her away. Gloria landed on her paws and squinted it's eyes showing she was angry.

"I tried to be gentle." Paul raised his hands in his defense and chuckled enjoying her frustration. This time Gloria did not hold herself back and attacked him. The wolf threw her boy onto him making Paul fall on the ground. Pauls back hit the ground with a thud and before he could do anything Gloria shifted to her human form and sank her teeth in his neck.

Paul hissed and raised his hand putting behind Gloria's head letting her mark him.

After few minutes, Gloria moved back and licked her bloody lip.

"You lost."
She looked happy as she sat on top of him while Paul chuckled.

"Only because I let you."

"You can make any excuse now."

He raised his eyebrow and then raised his hand grabbing her waist tightly.

"You should not shift back when you know you will be naked."
A smirk appeared on his lips and Gloria's eyes went wide.

"How are you feeling now?"

"Perfect..." Yifang replied to Kyle who came to visit him and wanted to know about the person too.

"I did not know who put the poison so it's useless to ask anything from me."

"I did not mention anything about the poison. Just take proper rest."

After Kyle Left, Yifang glanced at Saya who was sitting on the couch silently.

"So, everyone has already visited me and I don't think anyone will be here to meet me again. What do you say, should we...?"

He winked at her who turned red as a shy smile appeared on her lips while Yifang walked towards her and put his hand against the couch. Before he could kiss her, the door was knocked and he had to move away from Saya in a hurry.


"Princess Saya, The queen wants to meet you."

Mary informed her while Saya glanced at Yifang who was clearly irritated but nodded.

"Yes, yes. Please go..." His tone was sarcastic and Saya had to leave.

Next time when Yifang tried to initiate the act, Saya had to stop him.

"I can't."

"I will be gentle."

"I am ony periods."

"Eh? So, you can't....do....it... It's okay, it's okay. If I can wait for six months then I can wait for one week. Do not worry."

He smiled and hugged her but cursed something in his heart.

Finally Saya gave a green signal to Yifang asking him to come to the room early at night. Yifang finished his work and happily went to his room. Today, Saya looked extra pretty and he walked towards her humming softly.

"Tonight, I will make you mine, my little human." He held her in his arms and. before he could kiss her, he heard a voice in his head.

"The northern boarders has been attacked. We need to leave in a hurry. Come outside right now."

Yifang stared at Saya in disbelief who looked up at him wondering why he stopped. Yifang sniffed as he was ready to cry but has to free Saya before he left the room while Saya saw him leaving rather confused.

He had to stay at the northern boarders for a week while Saya waited for him. She felt very lonely after Yifang left and it was a week later when she was walking in the garden and saw Paul. It seemed they returned and when she asked about Yifang Paul told her that he was already in the room.

She went to her room but found Yifang covered in bandages as the healer treated him.

"Yifang saved a group of kids from vampires. He is lucky he did not get scolded by the king over his stupid decision."
Kyle told Saya who was scared to see him in this condition. After everyone left, Yifang tried dto take advantage from the situation but Saya stopped him immediately.

"Aren't you seeing your condition? How can you think about doing it in such condition? Take rest for now."

Yifang pouted but his shoulder was injured badly so he could sigh in his heart.
In two days, he healed properly and finally found Saya alone. He was fast to carry her in his arms and threw her onto the bed. Without wasting time in anything, he started kissing her afraid that someone might come in between them while Saya could not resist.

"Yifang, wait....why are you in a hurry?"

Yifang then stopped and looked at the door. He chuckled as he felt no one is going to disturb him right now.

"I don't have much time. It seems like the whole universe wants us not to mate but it's me, Yifang, I will get what I want."

He pinched Saya's cheek who shyly smiled and before Yifang could get rid of her clothes, a voice ran in his head.

"Prince Yifang, visit me this instant."

Yifang wanted to curse the person back but realized the voice held more authority andthere was only one person with this much authority.

"Dad...?
Did I do something wrong? But I don't remember anything."

Yifang questioned himself and Saya confusing watched him talking to home before he ran out of the room.

She sat up and wonder what happened but soon was able to find what he did. The arrogant person was given a task to file some important documents and he left those in the library that were gotten stolen by a spy but Paul was able to catch the suspicious person as he was leaving the palace.

Now Yifang was ordered to stay in the library until he document everything and as a punishment he was given them more files.

Yofang had to stay in the library for three days copying everything and did not sleep even for a second. When he came out, the king checked everything before telling him to take a bath and stop looking like a homeless.

So, Yifang took a bath first and the ate food as if he hasn't eaten in an year. After it, he decided to eat Saya who kept scolding him throughout the time he entered the room.

"How could you be this irresponsible? It's good that your father punished you. If it was me, I will give you hundred documents to copy.
I don't even believe I married a person like you.
Your father don't need enemies when he has a son like you.
You always make troubles and also drag others in your troubles."

Yifang decided to sleep as hos eyes felt heavy and Saya wasn't in the mood of becoming silent. So, he slept like a dead person and the next day when he woke up, Saya was sleeping next to him.

He smirked and rubbed his palms together before attacking her who was too stunned as she was pulled under him.

It took Saya few seconds to come in her senses while Yifang already buried his face in the crook of her neck deciding for a place where he was going to mark her.

"That's it. No one is going to stop me from claiming you. Is there someone who can come in my way now. Is there?"
