One hundred and nine- The gift of Sarah and Raya

One hundred and nine- The gift of Sarah and Raya

One week later…

NATHANIEL STORM

‘I can’t shake the feeling that you might end up meeting him,’ Amir voiced from the other end of the call which I was receiving through my earpods.
“I stand by my word,” I replied, opened the car door and pulled out the grocery bags from the back seat.
‘You don’t have questions for him?’ he pushed.
“Don’t you have a hospital visit today, Amir? Or are you hungry for work already?” I dropped that little warning to stop him from delving into the inner part of my soul which I’ve been trying to sort out for a while now. “Don’t be too nosy. My decision is final.”
‘Alright.’ With a sigh, he gave up trying to figure out if I’d ever want to meet my twin brother whose trial has been shaking up the entire country.
While Sarah’s identity in the case has been concealed, people were quick to connect the dots. After all, that man has the same facial appearance as me.
Though the usual heat of gossip and rumours has barely affected Sarah and me, I’ve been seeing signs of nosiness from the public. I even had to cover my face like a thief at the supermarket.
“I still need the report I asked for,” I said to Amir, who has been a great support to Sarah ever since he woke up and got better. “Please remind Sebastian.”
‘Sure. I plan to contact the wedding planner today. Your decisions on the location are final, right?’
“Yes. We are available for minimal meetings, so please make sure the planner is as trustworthy as possible.”
‘No problem. I’m on it.’
“And don’t stress yourself too much. The wedding’s still two months from now.”
‘Mr. Storm. Are you… Are you worried about me?’
“Amir, don’t get on my nerves. Get off this call.”
With a delightful cackle, he announced his departure and the call ended.
And with rapid steps, I walked into the house to see Sarah. However, she and Raya were no longer in the living room where I had left them before leaving for the supermarket.
After guessing that they probably decided to have a late afternoon nap, I stocked the groceries and retired to my room for a quick bath.
As the cool rain of the shower relaxed me, my immense gratitude for Sarah’s recovery filled my thoughts. And with a smile of reminisce tugging my lips, I appreciated how she strived to survive the haunting of her horrible experience.
Even on days she lost herself in the sea of those memories, she never stopped fighting and never stopped seeking to be free.
While the doctors still fear that she could relapse since my physical appearance was one of her main set-offs, I strongly believe that she won’t. During her treatment, on days my face didn’t spark her soul into rage, she always made sure I never hid myself from her.
Sarah never stopped fighting for herself. For me. For us.
And that made me realise one thing; that I needed to ignore any feeling of guilt I was feeling. And that I had to be with her, also fighting the battle she was struggling with.
So, a few days after her treatment started, my newfound courage ensured that I was always with her, as long as it was safe for her condition.
I went from keeping mute in fear of triggering her to having daily conversations about everything and anything as though we were on a nice date, even though we were confined to the hospital.
During those times, we became closer and I especially loved how patient she was with me whenever I had questions about taking care of Raya.
Truthfully, the past three months have been a different level of happiness. Well, some days weren’t so pleasant, but I’m also grateful for those awful days too.
Every day I’ve spent with Sarah and Raya is a moment I will always cherish.
And I am very glad that all the evil catalysts that were a threat to our family are out of the way. I especially hope that my twin will be sentenced to the cruellest death penalty. As for my father…
I have been trying not to think about him. While I am not exactly worried about him, I sometimes wonder where he could be hiding. I’m sure he’s probably surviving off a slush fund he stashed, but, weirdly, he’s been radio silent, as though he’s no longer alive.
I know I said that I wouldn’t want to speak to him again, but within my thoughts about him, I have been attempting to figure out why he was so hateful to Sarah.
Was it his thirst for control? Or was it something else known to only him?
Also, what was the rationale behind arranging my marriage to Rosaline back then?
I always equated it to him wanting to assert power over me. But seeing as he was having fun with that woman, there were definitely other reasons behind his decisions.
However, the only reason I can currently conjure is that he was hoping to weave a twisted fate with my life. After erasing my memories of Sarah, perhaps he thought it would be fun to arrange my marriage to her sister. He must have desired to taunt Sarah with that marriage in case she showed up.
But, contrary to what he wished, Sarah flipped his script. And her thrilling anger made me agree to her crazy marriage request.
Damn.
I am really, really grateful for the gift of Sarah and Raya. If they had not walked into Nolan Pierce’s residence when they did, maybe I would be rotting under my father’s control by now.
With a sigh of relief, I turned off the shower and with swift motions, I dried myself and stepped into my room.
“Hey,” Sarah’s voice almost startled me as I closed the bathroom door.
“You weren’t asleep?” I asked, my surprised gaze observing the gracious layers of her beautiful hair. They grew longer during her hospital stay and I firmly agreed when she said long hair made her more gorgeous.
“I put Raya to sleep.” Her eyes flickered to the towel hanging off my lower body and I felt my stomach flip.
I stepped away from the bathroom area and joined her at the end of my bed. “You sure you don’t need to rest?”
“Nathaniel,” her voice became heavy and she pushed out a strong exhale after.
My fingers gave in to the temptation of caressing the roots of her hair. With that touch, I was able to slightly crane her neck.
“What is it, my love?” I asked while my gaze roamed every fine detail of her face.
“I can’t hold it in anymore,” she replied and instantly tugged my towel off me. “I even have dreams about it.”
A shaky breath escaped me as my other hand proceeded to secure her waist. With that contact, the space between us vanished, and my eyes shined with the same need her lips just confessed.
Then, slowly, I returned, “We have been patient enough, haven’t we?”
As she nodded, I felt the pointedness of her nipples and I recalled how the simple gown she was wearing captured every detail of her beautiful body.
It is only right to get rid of the gown.
So, after a little kiss to tease her, I hurriedly lifted her.
The feel of her bare vagina pressed  against my chest and my heart thudded in response while my penis felt blood rush through it.
“I’ve also had dreams about it,” I confessed as my lips rested on her right arm to plant kisses there. “The fun we had back then sometimes plays in my mind like a movie.” Her hand cupped the back of my head, and Sarah responded to my kisses with light yet roughened exhales. “I should remind you of some of the highlights.”
“Yes, please,” she replied and that soon turned into a chuckle as I lay her on the bed, my body nearly pressing hers because it couldn’t resist the attraction building between our heats.
As much as I would have loved to be feeling the supple delight of her pussy right away, I intend to take my time with this.
Reminding her and myself all the intricacies of our intimacy is very necessary.
“You keep staring at me,” Sarah whispered, her arms wrapping around my scapula while her legs spread to hook my growing erection in the direction of her needy folds.
“You are irresistible,” I replied and pulled away from her hook. “And you keep doing things to me.” I pressed her legs together and positioned myself by her side. “You have awakened the beast.”
“Yes.” Her eyes shined with more need. “I need the beast. I’ve been waiting for the beast.”
With laughter, I captured her lips with a kiss that was barely soft nor gentle.
Every desire in hiding revealed itself with every pull and suck. Even when my tongue decided to have a taste, it didn’t hold back.
The igniting passion of our kiss quickly charmed my body to dance with a rhythm while my hands got busy and toured her skin with a special focus on her nipples and navel.
“Mmm,” I moaned into our kiss as she pressed her hand to my face.
“More,” she responded and I changed my posture to hover above her.
Sarah, with a smile playing on her lips, continued to match the speed of the kiss.
Then I recalled something.
