Epilogue-2
"Dr. Sanz, how is it going? Is she alright? What about the baby?" Padre asked in hurry as we reached the room where Alessia is getting treated. We can hear the loud screams coming from the old woman who is giving birth to her first child in her fifties. Who would've guessed these tow enemies would give the Diaz family the youngest child? "Breath Mr. Diaz. She is doing good and she will give birth in about an hour." The doctor replied walking back into the room with a tumbler of hot water. "I will come inside too." Padre followed Fae but she stopped him. "What will you do inside, Oldie. You cannot even see everything clearly as you have sight issues and what about your weak heart? Stay out with Alcohol. We will call you inside once my little in-law is born." Fae said with a bright smile as if she just did not insult him. I covered my mouth with my hand to conceal the smirk as we waited for the news patiently outside. A couple of hours later, the nurse who accompanied Dr. Sanz walked out along with a paper and asked Padre to sign it. Padre signed it immediately without looking at it and asked about the news. "Congratulation, Mr. Diaz, you are blessed with a daughter. Didn't you see the birth certificate while signing it?" I took the birth certificate from the nurse's hand and read the content on it and laughed out loudly until tears ran down from my eyes. "Wait, my daughter is already named? I'm the father, why am I not asked before the birth certificate is made?" Padre exclaimed storming inside the room. I followed him inside and saw Alessia is resting on the bed with a drowsy look but can say she is fine. The baby girl is currently in the hands of Fae's Mama and other ladies surrounded the baby, playing with her. "You named our little daughter without a word from me?" Padre questioned the very drowsy Alessia but instead Fae answered him. "I named Milagros Nina Diaz. Since Aunt named our first daughter, she asked me long back to name her baby so I named her. Why should you have a word in it Oldie?" Hands down, Fae, you rock! Incredible, you are, seriously! "What? She is my daughter. I should name her; at least her." Padre threw a tantrum. No use, Padre, only Fortuna gives you attention. Otherwise, none care about your views here which is still funny even after five years. "You are not good at naming, Oldie. Let's be frank about it. You know what is the meaning of the name I gave her? Milagros means Miracle and Nina means girl. She is a miracle girl who came out from an old stinking leather (which is you)" Fae said mumbling the last words to herself. Burn! "Why are you like this, girl! When will stop being like this? When will I see light in my life again? When will you give me the leash to this household?" Padre cried out comically like one of those comedy actors. "Forget about it, tell me why the officiator said Ale is you blood son? I thought he is a Diaz because you made him your foster son." I gulped when she asked that. I didn't tell her that I am Faustino Ale Diaz yet. What if she knows about it? Will she think I betrayed her? Will she be angry on me for keeping it a secret? Will she stop being my wife? "Yes she is my son Faustino Ale Diaz. He kept it a secret from you intentionally." Padre informed her making it seem like it is a grave sin I made. "Why? Will you leave him? Will you divorce him? Will you hurt him?" Stop giving her ideas, you old fox! Fae stood up from the chair she was sitting and walked to me slowly. Her eyes held no emotion and her face held no frown. She looked like a plain paper. Will she take Padre' words seriously? "You are really Faustino, Oldie's same blood group son?" She asked me. I nodded slightly confirming her that I am indeed her Oldie's real son. She turned back from me and walked towards Padre in the same way without any emotion whatsoever. She reached him and looked at him for a minute. "Little Fae, listen to me. I'm – I'm –" Before I could finish, Fae hollered and hugged Padre tightly, surprising everyone in the room. "So he is the one. He is the stalker you said about before. When you said you already arranged a stalker who cannot be found out as easily like Theo and Jack but now I'm so happy you sent your own son to stalk me. Is this a new style of stalking?" She babbled and I took a long sigh of relief. "Yes yes, I'm the stalker." I confirmed and hugged her thanking heavens for such a idealistic wife. Once Fae expressed her delight completely, she ran to our kids and started introducing their youngest new born Aunt to each of them. Padre closed his eyes and whispered to no one in particular that made me laugh at the situation all over again. "I can't be helped, can I?" And like that I unintentionally became a Mafia Stalker to my little Fae who means universe to me. ~*~*~*~*~*~ THE END ~*~*~*~*~*~
