rage
**Luciano**
Gasping, I awake with a start. I look over to her side of bed. Empty. She was here, I was...we...
I get up, wiping my face.
I had her. We were holding hands, and then something happened, and I started slipping. It's like hands were wrenching me away from her.
She felt so real. I had her my arms, I looked her in the eye.
Wait for me. Stay strong for me. I love you.
I love you too.
Don't worry, Kitty. I will get you out of there. Just hang on and wait for me. Can you do that?
She shakes her head no, her lips trembling eyes filled with tears.
It felt a million daggers were being stabbed into my chest.
I felt her. Maybe I'm just going crazy. I've been trying locate Savannah, but I can't find her. Somehow, they broke the gps in her wedding ring.
The Russians have her. I know that. Where?
Where?
I've been going crazy trying to find her. I've interrogated three Russians, but other than that, I was trying to locate her, and get her home.
That's not working. So I'll just kill my way through their territory. I'll find her. They better hope I'll find her.
Every warehouse, every club, every basement, she's not in, I will kill everything that breathes.
+++
I go to the closet one first. A few of my men take hostages, evacuate any children. Other than that, innocent and guilty is blurred.
"Where is she?!"
The warehouse goes silent. I shoot everyone in the room and keep going. I check every book and cranny, every possible entrance. Then it's on to the next.
I go to the furtherest one next.
That's in Russia.

Nic curses. We have some backup, but they're mostly just to kill to clear the path.
This compound is old, and I'm sure they thought I wouldn't think to look here.
That's what a stupid person would think. And you have to be stupid to take my wife.
"You," I point to a woman. "Show me every room."
There a few stray shoots, but they don't hit me. I throw down my empty gun, take a few loaded ones from the corpses.
They won't need it anyway.
She shows me the library, the bedrooms, the bathrooms. I stop, my trigger finger itching.
"Do you think this a game?!" She whimpers but that does nothing. I don't need that.
"Take me to the place you hold prisoners. Now."
She leads me down a narrow staircase, creaking under us as if to complain about the weight.
Obviously, this isn't used much.
It's silent and dark, a faint drip leaking from the ceiling echoing down the stairwell.
She takes me to every room. No one is here.
There's one more place I haven't checked.
Nic and I head back to the States, not only to check on the remaining Famiglia
Nic and I head back to the States, not only to check on the remaining Famiglia. There's also a hotspot we haven't checked. We'll scoop down on Chicago, sweep a few places.
It's been almost a week since my wife was taken from me. My Kitty. My Savannah. My Love. She's gone, I can't find her.
I haven't slept in days, ever since I saw her in that dream.
I am relentless. I am massacring everything in my path. And I will reign hell on Earth until I find her.
No one will rest. No one will sleep easy. I will wreak havoc, I will spread fear like a virus. Until I get her back, there will be no peace.
I will make sure of it.
"We're landing," Nic calls eagerly. He's eager to see Deena, who decided to stay behind and protect the children, and help put the Estate back together.
We hurry home, to hurry back. After the attack and kidnapping, we had to bury the dead, organize those left, and fill the hole in from another unit.
I walk in, the silence creeping the brush of cold finger dancing on my skin.
"Buon—"
My heart drops. Dead. Everyone is dead. Nic rushed to find Deena, Sam and Collin. I walk in, observing the bodies. Everyone.
Damnit! Damnit how did this happen?!
"No!"
She's dead. I can tell by the way he cried. Deena is dead. I go upstairs, trying to step over bodies, not step on them.
"Buonanimo." I murmured, heading upstairs. Bodies liter the stairs, shot where they stand.
Do they want me to come after them? Do they want me to kill them?
Metallic copper fills the air, blood. I find Nic in the nursery. All the children are dead. And Deena, her eyes are open, her hand reaching out trying to sheild the child behind her.
Apparently, she couldn't.
They broke her legs. She was a excellent fighter, but it's near impossible to fight with no legs and no gun.
Nic looms over her, brushing her hair. I look away.
"Era incinta. Avremmo avuto un bambino."
(She was pregnant. We were gonna have a baby.)
"Il mio bambino. Il mio amore."
(My baby. My love.)
I hug him, and let him cry on my shoulder. He's practically my brother.
"Se ne sono andati, Luciano."
(They're gone, Luciano)
"Lo so, fratello. Mi dispiace."
(I Know, brother. I'm sorry.)
He can't stop chanting they're gone. They're gone.
"Li vendicheremo, fratello. Li vendicherò tutti."
(We will avenge them, Brother. I will avenge them all.)
We stay there for a while, I refuse to cry, but I'm overruled. I'm surrounded by murdered children after all. Babies. Toddlers.
Who with a heart wouldn't cry?
Finally, Nic closes her eyes, and kissed her forehead.
"Abbiamo del lavoro da fare."
(We have work to do.)
We arrange a press conference, including Chicago police
We arrange a press conference, including Chicago police.
The news keeps reporting about the murders, mob activity. But they don't know what they're talking about.
I will set them straight, and then they will help me find her.
I stand in front of hundreds of reporters, hundreds of police, some government officials.
After all, how often does a Mob boss call for a Press Conference?
Everyone clammors for answers, but I say nothing until the cameras turn on.
