Chapter 56

Napabalikwas ako ng bangon nang marealize kong hindi tumunog ang alarm clock ko, shit, I overslept! Dali dali akong pumasok ng banyo at naligo, madaliang nag ayos at lumabas pagkatapos.

"Hey" napatigil ako nang marinig ang boses nya, ibinaba nya ang baso at lumapit sa akin. He snaked his arm around my waist and kissed my cheek. "Happy monthsary, baby" bati nya.

Namula ang pisngi ko and a smile formed on my lips, humalik rin ako sa pisngi nya at bumati pabalik.

"Happy monthsary, Coltrane ko. Akala ko late na ako"

"Kahit ma-late ka pa ng ilang oras I'd still wait for you, you look beautiful as always, baby." he kissed my head and gave me a stem of red rose.

Isang monthsary nalang at maga-anniversary na kami! We've decided na ituloy nalang, hindi naman kami nagka-break parang mini cool off lang. We're good, actually he's sweeter, mas makulit rin.

"Tigilan mo nga yung kilikili ko!" Mahina kong tinapik ang kamay nyang tinutusok ang kilikili ko "Come closer"

"You're driving, wag ka magulo" saway ko sa kanya. He chuckled and kissed the back of my hand. "No, you're distracting me Azrielle"

"I'm not doing anything, Coltrane. Stop blaming me" he grinned playfully. "You're too beautiful, I'm distracted." Inayos nya ang parking, I tried to unlock the door and I heard him chuckle.

"Baba na tayo" his hands went up to my face, and leaned his head close to mine. "I love you" he whispered breathily.

"I missed kissing you, baby" umirap ako at tinapik ang kamay nya. "You're such a kissing monster"

"Blame your sexy lips. Let's go" inalalayan nya akong bumaba at sinukbit ang kamay ko sa braso nya.

"Montreal" aniya sa waitress na lumapit sa akin, tila ba isang password ang apelyido nya. We were greeted by the fresh flower scent when we entered the vip room, there are balloons on the floor and on the ceiling too. May mga pictures namin na nakadikit sa mga tali ng lobo.

"I thought you hate surprises like this?" He shrugged his shoulders "Well yeah, but you love corny things and I want to make you happy." He reached for my hand and kissed it.

"This is sweet, not corny" I held his hand and played with his fingers. "I like you hande-rs"

He laughed and  brought my hand to his lips "I like everything about you" he answered back. I ran my fingers to the back of his hair, he placed my arms around his neck and he kissed me deeply.

Napaayos ako ng upo nang may kumatok, he chuckled and kissed my forehead.

"Buti kumatok" nahihiyang sabi ko. "Yeah, I asked them to knock." He smiled playfully and ruffled my hair.

"Eros, pre!" Napalingon ako nang tawagin niya si Eros, they man hugged and I hugged Angeline too. "Nakabalik na pala kayo, how's Spain?"

"Fun! Its amazing" sagot ko kay Angeline. "Where are you two heading?"

"Movie. Kayo? Saan punta nyo?" Sagot ni Eros.

"Kumain lang kami. Ingat kayo!" Nag high five pa kami ni Eros bago kami nagpaalam.

He snaked an arm around my waist while we're walking. I rested my head on his arm, this is where I belong, this is my home.

"Love" tiningala nya ako at hinaplos ang pisngi ko. "Why, baby?"

"I still can't believe you're here with me" I touched his cheek and kissed his hand. "I'll be with you always, and I don't have plans to leave"

He sat beside me and we watched the sunset together. Sumandal ako sa kanya nang akbayan nya ako, naririnig ko ang bawat pintig ng puso nya sa sobrang tahimik ng paligid. I felt him kissing my head, and it made me feel happy and kilig.

"Who would've thought we'd end up together? Lagi tayong nag-aaway, naiinis nga ako sa'yo noon kasi lagi mo akong pinapalo, sinisipa, sinasampal"

"Hoy, excuse me Mr. Montreal, I won't hit you if you're not making fun of me" pagdepensa ko sa sarili ko.

"Oh kita mo pinalo mo na naman ako" he chuckled, ngumuso ako at humalukipkip. "But crazy as it may seems, ramdam ko na gusto mo na ako noon kada palo mo sa akin—hep don't deny it, ano nga ulit yung sabi mo sa akin noon? You've been denying that you love me"

My eyes narrowed at him, I rested my head on his chest he then wrapped me into a tight hug.

"The warmth of your smile made me fell in love, ngingiti ka lang noon buo na araw ko" humalik sya sa ulo ko, he lifted my face and kissed my lips quickly. "My everyday goal is to make you smile, mag-aaway tayo pero hindi pwedeng hindi kita mapapangiti."

"And you always make me smile, Coltrane. Even though you're annoying, and you're crazy. I love you" I pinched his cheeks and kissed his lips. "I'll never get used to your sweetness, baby. Don't do that, you're melting me" he laughed softly and kissed me back.

"I love you more, Azrielle."

We were walking hand in hand inside the campus. Hindi pa rin ako sanay sa atensyon na binibigay ng mga tao lalo na kapag magkasama kaming dalawa, but thankfully hindi na kami hinahabol ng mga fangirls nya kasi feeling ko malapit na akong asthmahin kakatakbo. 

"One last sem and we're done with all of school shits, baby" he flipped pages of his book. "You're not even stressed at all, Coltrane. Don't me"

"Well yes, but its stressing you out, inaagaw pa ang atensyon mo sa akin." I smiled when he puckered his lips.

"Last sem naman na, and lagi naman akong may oras para sa'yo ah." He wrapped his arms around my neck and kissed my cheeks. "I know, pero gusto kitang idala sa iba't ibang lugar, mga bansa, to make more memories with you"

"Clingy mo, love." I kissed his cheeks too and pat his arm. "Let me study, you're distracting me" he bit his lip and pouted.

"No kissing!" He rolled his eyes and he still claimed my lips, ang kulit but I love it!

"No one can stop me from kissing you, not even you"
