Chapter 86 Going To The Sauna

Chapter 86 Going To The Sauna
NADIA

After making love with my passionate boyfriend, I fell into a deep, exhausted sleep.

Let's say my dreams weren't very pleasant, and after imagining myself falling off a cliff, I woke up with someone shaking me.

Nadia! - Dean exclaimed, grabbing my shoulders.

"What happened?" I asked, feeling sweat trickle down my forehead.

"You were writhing and screaming for help," he replied with a worried expression.

"It was just a nightmare," I said, trying to reassure him.

"I know, it's just that you seemed desperate," he said, joining his hands with mine.

"What did you dream about?"

"I don't remember very well," I replied honestly.

"I only know that they weren't good dreams."

"Okay," Dean said after seeing my tired face.

"Why don't you take a shower and rest a little more?"

And you? - I asked, not wanting to move away from him.

It was as if I knew that bad things would happen if we were to separate.

"I have something important to take care of," he said, almost apologetically.

Ah... - I murmured, disappointed.

"But I promise I won't be long." he moved closer to my lips and gave me a slow, lingering kiss.

Okay. - giving him a reluctant smile.

"I'll ask them to bring you lunch," he said, getting out of bed.

And then I realized he was already dressed in a dark blue suit, a black tie, and a white shirt.

Dean. - I called him before he left the room.

"What?" he replied, turning to me.

I love you, I felt the need to say that.

"Me too, my love." Dean smiled in that charming way and then left the room.

"But what the hell is this feeling that something bad is about to happen?" I thought, slowly getting out of bed.

Then I went into the bathroom and soaked in the bathtub for about half an hour.

As I was leaving the bathroom, wrapped in a fluffy white bathrobe, the sound of the doorbell echoed through the room.

I approached the door to see who it was.

"Hello?" I said, looking through the peephole, but I couldn't see the person.

"I brought your lunch, miss," said a male voice.

"You can leave it there," I said, feeling apprehensive about this stranger.

"As you wish, miss," said the man, stepping out of the peephole's field of vision.

So I decided to count to thirty before cautiously opening the bedroom door.

When the door was open, I stuck my head out and looked both ways down the hallway.

"Phew." I thought, noticing that there was no one there.

With that, I picked up the cart the stranger had left and brought it inside the room.

After opening the three trays that were closed on the cart, I was faced with a fragrant little feast.

"What a wonderful boyfriend," I murmured, noticing that he had ordered a huge portion of French fries with cheese.

And when I put one of the potatoes wrapped in cheese It melted in my mouth, I could barely suppress a groan of satisfaction.

After all, this is one of my favorite dishes.

After stuffing myself with the delicious treats, I decided to get ready to take a walk around the hotel.

But after thinking for a bit, I remembered that I hadn't brought any clothes for this last-minute trip.

"Shit!" I exclaimed, sitting up in bed with a face as if I'd just sucked on a sour lemon.

"Where could I go, dressed like this?" I thought, looking at the bathrobe I was wearing.

"Well..." I murmured thoughtfully. "I know!"

I smiled, an idea forming in my mind, and ran to my phone that was on the bedside table.

"Hello," said a serious female voice.

"Do you need anything?"

"Does the hotel have a sauna?" I asked, hoping she would confirm.

"Yes," she replied.

"We have ten saunas in total."

"Hmm..." I murmured.

"Do you have any recommendations?"

"Yes, I can recommend," she said, still in her professional tone.

"The best sauna in the hotel is the steam room, which is on the third floor."

"Thank you," I said, wanting to end that serious and boring call.

"I'm going there right now."

And so I ended the call and went to the bathroom, where I grabbed some moisturizer and a face towel.

Then I adjusted my robe so it wouldn't reveal anything unnecessary, and I left the room with long strides.

"Will Dean be worried?" I thought apprehensively.

So I turned around and ran to my room, where I grabbed a random napkin and wrote a short note.

Great. - I murmured, satisfied that my handwriting hadn't become illegible.

After leaving the scribbled napkin on the bed, I left the room and ran to the elevator.

A few minutes later I was already on the third floor, my eyes shining and a huge grin on my face.

"Wow," I murmured, admiring the space before me.

If I told you I've found heaven for women, would you believe me? Well, this is women's paradise.

The third floor was practically a spa.

Complete with beauty salons, massage parlors, heated pools, clothing stores, and a beautiful, large sauna.

"Oh my God," I thought as I noticed handsome, muscular men giving sensual massages to some lucky women.

"Hello Ms. Thompson," said a uniformed woman as I approached the service counter.

"Can I help you with something?"

"Does she know who I am?" I thought curiously, but decided to let it go.

Yes, well, it's just that... - I murmured, unsure of what I should do first.

"What would Dean think if I let one of those gods massage me?" I thought about it for a moment, but immediately dismissed the idea.

I didn't want to have a jealous Dean with a cold stare and a murderous personality near me.

"I want to spend an hour in the sauna," I said, feeling a chill run down my spine.

"It must be the lack of clothes," I thought, ignoring my natural warning sign.

"Of course, Ms. Thompson," she said, stepping out from behind the counter.

"Please follow me."

I followed the receptionist to a private room, where there was a transparent, frosted door.

"This is one of our private saunas," she said, approaching the door.

"Here you'll have privacy and can relax."

"Thank goodness," I thought, knowing that underneath the robe I was naked.

Thank you, you can go.

The receptionist smiled falsely and left, her high heels screeching on the white floor.

I can't quite explain why, but that receptionist didn't seem trustworthy; perhaps she was one of those who prioritize money.

"But enough tension," I said, opening my robe.

"Now it's time to relax."

After letting my robe slip off my shoulders and fall to the floor, I approached the transparent door and opened it.

And immediately I was greeted by a puff of hot steam, which made me close my eyes and rush inside.

Inside the sauna, it wasn't very clear with all the steam, but with a little care, I managed to feel a padded chair.

It looked more like a deck chair, and that made me smile excitedly.

So I lay down on the comfortable chaise lounge and let all that steam warm my entire body, causing me to slowly close my eyes.

(...)

I woke up coughing with a dry throat, and that's when I realized that some time had already passed since I'd been in there.

My fingers were wrinkled, my breath was labored, my hair was stiff, and my body was very hot.

"It's time for me to get out of here," I thought, carefully getting up from the deck chair, since at that moment nothing could be seen in that steamy room.

I walked slowly in some direction until I touched the glass door of the sauna.

So I started feeling around until I found the doorknob, but when I tried to turn it, I realized it was locked.

"What?" I thought, trying to turn the doorknob again, but it seemed to be buried.

I tried rubbing my hand on the glass of the door, but it was too foggy, and even rubbing it I couldn't see anything but some blurry shadows.

And that's when I saw a figure pass by outside the sauna.

At first, I thought it was my imagination, but the figure approached the door and wrote the following phrase on it with its fingers.

Die, bitch .

"What the HELL is this?" I thought, feeling despair growing inside me.

Then I felt the sauna getting hotter, and that's when I assumed the person on the other side of the door was responsible for it.

Whoever it was was trying to kill me safely, a way that would look like an accident and not a homicide.

"Help!" I yelled, and immediately afterwards I felt a pain in my throat.

"Shit..." I thought, knowing that the way things were going, I would die of dehydration or suffocation from all that smoke.

Dean! - I exclaimed, remembering the note I left on the bed.

"He will come to save me," I thought hopefully.

But before I knew it, I was coughing desperately, and even though I tried to stay awake, I was already being enveloped by an unknown darkness.

"Come quickly, my love..."
