Someone goes bump in the night
Nash and I kicked things up a notch where sex was a concern. We wanted to have some fun, so I held up a pair of fuzzy handcuffs as I sat on top of him. I dangled them off of my finger. He gave me a look. "Don't even think about it." "Oh, come on, Nash. I can play the cop, and you can play the criminal. My sexy criminal," I pouted. I jutted out my bottom lip, and he finally relented. I hurriedly put them on, cuffing him to the bedpost. I needed to do this quickly before he changed his mind. As I got to work, he was thoroughly enjoying himself. Boy, he enjoying himself as I worked my mouth on him when we heard some noise coming from the other side of the door. I popped my head up, and so did he. "What was that?" He asked. "I don't know." I shook my head. "Give me the key," he ordered. My eyes widened. "Mags? The key," he demanded with a stern look. "I don't know where the key is," I winced. "What do you mean you don't know where the key is?" "I sort of," I stopped before finishing my sentence. If I even finished it, it would piss Nash off. "You sort of what?" He asked with an irritation in his tone. "Lost it," I cringed. "What?" He exclaimed as I hid my face in embarrassment. We heard another thump. "Maggie! That isn't funny!" He yelled at me. "I'm not laughing, Nashville!" I yelled back. I got off of him quickly as he thrashed about until he broke the pole in the bed frame, getting himself loose then falling onto the floor since his pants were halfway down. I looked down, and he looked at me. "A little help, please." I helped him up and pulled up his pants. He still had the cuffs on as we made our way to the living room. Then we saw someone. They kept bumping into things. "Christ! That freaking hurt!" Someone huffed. I hit a light switch to see who it was. "Jasper?" Nash and I both exclaimed. "Oh, hey," he waved as he fell over. We did a double-take as we looked at him on the floor. "Mags, it seems to me, he's snooker," Nash remarked as I looked at him and nodded then back at Jasper, oh boy. Nixon pushed a button on the handcuffs, releasing them off Nash. "Do I even want to know how you knew about that?" Nash asked him. "Did you forget who our little brother is?" Nixon asked him with a look. "Enough said," Nash mumbled, not wanting to elaborate on Nolan's sexual hi-jinks. "What's his deal?" They looked at Jasper as I handed him a cup of coffee. I took a seat in a chair. "Thanks," Jasper said as he took the cup and took a sip of the coffee. "Jasper? Why are you here?" I asked him. "Well, I took Marco's key and left," he answered as the three of us looked at him, confused. "Why?" Nash asked him. "Because my boyfriend would rather have fun with others while I'm busting my ass at the hospital," he sighed as he sipped his coffee. "What?" I asked, confused. "I came home to spend time with him because with the crazy hours I have, I haven't seen him much. Then when he took a shower, his phone lit up. There were messages from another guy how he couldn't wait to see him that he had fun the other night. That he loved his…." "Okay, we get the point," Nixon interrupted, cutting off Jasper. "You got a problem with gays?" Jasper asked him. "No, I got a problem with hearing anything about Marco and sex," he said with a look. We all looked at him as he shrugged. I shook my head. "Did you ask him about it?" I inquired. "Yeah, he was speechless, and I left," he said as he sat back and sighed. "Do you have any idea what it's like to find out someone you love and care about is doing that? I can't breathe. I feel like everything fell on top of me." We looked at Jasper. He seemed utterly heartbroken, and I was livid. Nash stood up and suggested, "We'll go talk to Marco. You stay with Maggie." "Who's this we?" Nixon asked him. "That would be you and me, we," Nash replied, with a big brother look. "How do I get roped into these things?" Nixon exclaimed. "Lucky, I guess," Nash shrugged. "Luck as nothing to do with it. More like I'm doomed," he grumbled as they left the house. I stayed with Jasper as Nash and Nixon went over to Marco's. Bam! Bam! Bam! "Jasper! I'm so glad you," Marco started to say as he opened the door to see Nash and Nixon standing there. "Nash? Nixon?" He stuck his head out of the door and looked around. "What are you doing here?" "Well, considering your boyfriend is at my house, interrupting my playtime with my wife, you have five-seconds to explain to me that you are cheating on him," Nash ordered him. Marco looked at him, confused. "What do you mean?" "The text messages brainless wonder. How you and some dude had fun along with the fact he can't wait to see you and all that other jazz," Nixon remarked while flailing his arm around. "But that was a mistake!" Marco claimed. "How is cheating a mistake?" Nash asked him. "Because I'm pretty sure your sister doesn't see it that way." "No, the messages were a mistake," he said defensively. "Huh?" They both asked. "Look," he said, handing them the phone. Nash scrolled through the message. "Christ," Nash remarked. "That's what I'm trying to tell you. I got a new number, and someone texts it thinking the person was texting someone else. It was all a misunderstanding. I don't even know who this is. Anyone I do know has a name in my phone," Marco explained to them. "So, you never cheated on Jasper for working so much?" "No, I would never do that, but I didn't even have time to explain. Jasper started screaming at me like a lunatic and then left." Marco walked over to the couch and sat down. "I love Jasper. I would ask him to marry me, but he thinks I'm a cheat. I barely understand other people. How would I be able to cheat?" "What about the bakery? When you were flirting with those guys?" Nash asked him. "What flirting? Some girls asked me to hit on them. Said it would be funny," he replied. "Christ, this gets better and better," Nash mumbled. "Well, we need to fix this, or I will not be getting any," Nixon mentioned. "How come?" Nash asked him. "Because I'm pretty sure your wife will call my wife," he told Nash. "Aren't you supposed to be a celibate?" Nash asked him. "What? No! I'm a minister, not a priest," he huffed. "And there's a difference?" Nash asked him curiously. "Big difference," Nixon retorted. "Can you two discuss your nonexistent sex lives later? I need to figure out how to get Jasper back," he said, heartbroken. "Fine, give me a few days, and whatever you do, don't text anyone," Nash informed him. "Okay," Marco said as Nash and Nixon left the house. "Now what?" Nixon asked him. "Well, now we do this the Gray way," Nash said as Nixon grinned. This time they would need help, lots, and lots of support.
