We cordially invite you to the wedding of Nashville and Margaret-1

Kat was pacing back and forth as I sat on the bed, then turned to me. "You have got to be kidding me!" She exclaimed. I looked at Kat, not saying anything. I mean, what was there to say? "Maggie, you only had one thing to do, and that was to get your wedding dress. We all got ours," she said incredulously. "Sorry, it's been a crazy year," I replied defensively. "Does anyone else know?" She questioned me. "Well, no," I said sheepishly. Kat sighed. "The wedding is tomorrow, Maggie." She walked over and sat down on the side of my bed next to me. "Maybe we can go to a store and buy one," I spoke optimistically. "But what about alterations? Then you have to make sure it's ready. People take months making sure their wedding gown is right. Everyone except you," she said to me with an annoyed look. I sat there and mumbled, "I am so dead." "Yep, you are. Good luck with Grammy Gray," she reminded me. I fell back onto the bed and sighed, yep, good luck to me. "I knew it. I knew Mags never got her dress," Nash whispered to Nate as they listened at the door. "Sounds like your mom," Nate chuckled. "Huh?" He looked at him questionably. "Your mom forgot to get her dress until two days before our wedding. So, she left graduation with your Aunt Liz and went to get it, thanks to me," he grinned. "Wait, you bought ma her dress?" He asked him. "Yep, I talked to this lady that owned a shop, and she had it is waiting for your ma along with a note from me attached to the box," he explained to him. "Well, that's great, and all but Grammy will kill her," Nash retorted. "And that's why you, my son, must always think ahead," he told Nash with a knowing look. Nash looked at him as he waved him to follow him. They walked into Nate's room, and Pat was waiting for them. "What's going on?" Nash asked them. Pat looked at Nate and said, "This seems familiar?" "Yep," Nate agreed. She smiled and walked to the closet, pulling out a box. She carried it over and handed it to Nash. "Here, give this to Maggie. Tell her she owes me, grandchildren," she smiled. Nash gave her a look and took the box from her. He left the bedroom and made his way to my room; then, he knocked on the door. I opened the door. "Nash?" "Here, ma says you owe her grandkids," he answered while holding out a white box to me, and I took it from him. Then he turned and walked away. I closed my door and walked over to the bed. Kat watched as I opened the box to reveal a wedding gown. We looked at each other. Why did I have a feeling Pat and Nate had been through this before? That night, Nash stayed with Noah, as did the rest of the boys. They got ready together since all of them were standing up. The girls stayed with me, so they could help me get ready in the morning. I had a feeling I would need it. I lay in bed, playing with my ring. It was weird. Never would I imagine that tomorrow I would walk down the aisle to Nash. We were just two neighbors that grew up next door to each other. He would come over at night and talk to me through my bedroom window. I remembered when he started dating Sarah. My heart sank when I found out. I figured I would never have a chance. Then I ended up liking Bryson Tilson, who made my life a living nightmare. I just shook my head at that memory. I only had bits and pieces of my time with Nash from before. That doctor robbed me of my memories. I could forgo the bad ones as long as I got the good ones. It didn't matter, though, my heart remembered. My phone rang, and I answered it, "Hello?" I wanted to catch you before you fell asleep. "Nash," I responded as a smile curled on my lips. It took a long time to get here, baby girl, but I'm glad we made it. I got to thinking about everything and realize I'm so damn lucky to have you in my life. You make me a better man because of it. My smile became more prominent. "I never in a million years would have ever figured we would be here, getting married tomorrow, but I'm thrilled we are. Nash, you mean everything to me. The good and the bad, I wouldn't change it for anything. You loved me even when I didn't love myself. You saw a side of me. I didn't show too many people. You saw me." Does this mean you don't have any doubts about us? That you are sure about this? I chuckled. "That's what this means. I will see you tomorrow." I'll be the one standing up front waiting for you, baby girl. He hung up after we exchanged 'I love you, and with that, I finally drifted off to sleep. Nash hung up and looked at his brothers, who stood there watching him. "Is it weird to know I'm getting married tomorrow, knowing what a complete tool I've been to her?" He asked them. "Brother, we have always known this. It just took you longer to get here," Nixon remarked as the others laughed. "Nash, you may have been a tool and maybe a tool at various points, but no matter what, you're still our brother," Noah reminded him. "Yeah, you're our big brother. When you left, each of us felt a sense of loss. It was like a piece of us was missing," Nathan added. "No matter what, you will always be our brother just like we'll be yours. We are the Gray Brothers," Nolan told him. Nash nodded in agreement, trying not to cry, knowing his brothers would tease him since that's what they did to each other. Nate walked over to him and the others. "You boys have a bond like no others. Being a brother is a different relationship than it is with most people. Your brothers are your first friends and understand you better than anyone. They have your back when life gets rough, even if they can piss you off faster than anyone. You may get married and starting your own families, but you will always be brothers, remember that," he advised all of them. The brothers looked at him then at each other, understanding what Nate was saying. Only they could understand the bond each of them had with each other. I had been privy to see it myself. It was something I held close to my heart with them. "Maggie! What are you doing?" I heard someone yell as heels hit the floor. "Five more minutes, Mom," I mumbled. "Okay, first off, I am not your mom. She's horrible. Second, you're getting married today, you twit," Kat yelled at me. I snapped up in bed. I looked at Kat wide-eyed. "I'm getting married today."
