CHAPTER EIGHT – Co-operation
Earlier before anyone arrived at the zone, 5:30
“Looks like it’s time for my morning jug” Jack said to himself as he looks at the time
“Woah I’m faster than before, I guess I’m actually improving” Jack said to himself as he jugs around the field
15 minutes later some strange men cornered jack tries to kidnap him
“Hey leave me alone I’m going to call the cops” Jack shouts as he struggle with the men but gets knocked out and dragged along
“Huh where am I, oh I remember, Let me out of here or I’m going to destroy you
“Hey you, we mean no harm we just wanna talk to you, we are Abraco” A strange man wearing a white coat with the name tag ‘wick’ said
“What? So that’s what made you kidnap me all the way here” Jack replied in anger
“If you join us we can give you all you ever imagined” Wick said with a smirk on his face
“Heck no, I ain’t joining you filthy mutant creating freaks” Jack replied
“Are you sure? We can give you all the cash you want” Wick replied
“I said NO, now set me free so you can be pardoned” Jack replied
“Hey wick, the boss requesting to see him” A strange man walking from the door behind wick said
“Okay I leave him to you” wick replied as he scuffs and walks out of the door
“Boy its better you co-operate and follow me” The strange man said as he walks out of the door to an elevator
“Tch, when this is over I’m going to make sure this guy ass is whooped” Jack replied as he snares and follows him, they later arrive at the room
“So what do you want from me exactly” Jack said
“My name is ace the one and only head of Abraco, as you now the people you’re working with has put us out of business and to get back we need information on how to put an end to them, think about it all you ever wanted power, money and gadgets, you’re not going to be bossed around by some boy who just happen to have powers, So what do you say?” Ace replied with a smirk on his face
Just at the moment jack had received a call from tom on his wacky tacky
“Wait I have to receive this” Jack replied as he answers the call
“Oh he picked, hey jack what’s up” Tom said
“Nothing I just misplaced my phone and I have another problem so I might not be able to come to the zone today, see ya” jack replied as he turns off the wacky tacky
“Okay I’m in, But you have to be sure about this” Jack replied as he shakes ace
Present day
“Guy I think we have a visitor” Dave said as someone knocks on the door
“But who could it be, maybe jack” Chuck replied
“I’ll go check the surveillance camera” Tom replied
“I Wonder why inspector kyle and mr. ben left early” Dave said as he walks round the room
“I guess they had something important to attend to” Chuck replied
“There’s no one in the surveillance video” Tom replied as he walks out of the surveillance room
“Guys this might be a trap” Chuck replied
“Relax guy’s the location of the zone is top secret, plus we have a self-destruct function, an escape pod and weapons, I mean what could possibly go wrong” Dave replied as he walks to the door and opens it
“Come see guys, fast!” Dave shouted as he opened the door
“What” Chuck replied as he ran to the door
“What’s going on there” tom replied
“It’s chicken wings, burgers and fries from the new restaurant that was opened yesterday” Dave replied as he walked into the room
“Wow that restaurant has five stars, this is great we get to eat to our heart content” Chuck replied
“Guys you don’t know if it’s poisoned, this could actually be a trap” Tom Replied
“It’s not, I’m sure its probably your mom that got it here for you” Dave replied
“Yeah it can’t be poisoned, I mean just take a sniff of the aroma” Chuck replied
“Well if that’s the case then let’s eat” Tom replied as they begin to share the food
“Oh, this is soo delicious” Dave said as he took a bite from the burger
“The chicken wings taste better” Chuck replied
“No the fries are the best” Tom replied
Later after the feast everyone had fell asleep, a very deep sleep
“Ahhh that was such a refreshing nap” Dave said as he yawns
“How did we sleep so fast” Chuck replied as he stretches his arms
“Speaking of sleeping, I can’t believe we even slept that deep” Dave replied
“Instead of talking about how we slept, how about where we are?” Tom replied
“Oh, that’s true this isn’t the zone” Chuck replied
“And how is everything so dark, it’s kinda creepy” Dave replied
“This should be the work of limitless” Tom replied
“No, it isn’t you just happened to be careless children who went accordingly to plan” A woman walking from the dark said
“According to what plan and who are you?” Tom replied
“We drugged a food package and sent an agent to drop it” The woman replied
“…Hey you guy’s stop staring at me” Dave said as tom and chuck stares at him
“Tch, I said it” Tom replied as he turns his head
“I can’t believe this” Chuck replied as he scuffs
“It’s not my fault” Dave replied
“Well where we and who are you exactly?” Tom said as he stands up
“My name is agent style, my actual name is Ana” Agent Style replied
“Hey the lights are on, Wow this place is huge” Chuck said as he also stands up
“Who’s that fatso?” Dave replied as he points as a fat man on an office chair
“My name is agent cracker or Agent One and this is the MRS, the Mutant Rescue Squad, I would like you to address me by the code name you feel is convenient for you and not call me ‘fatso’” Cracker replied
“I would Like to let you know that we are not your enemy, but share a common enemy you know as ‘limitless’” Agent cracker said
“Go on” Tom replied
“They stole a very dangerous chemical known as the ZX-21 serum that can spread sicknesses effectively, and when I say effectively I mean if used correctly the ZX-21 serum can spread round the whole world within 12hours and if accelerated it can spread within 4hours and 36minutes, we need your help to be able to stop them” Agent cracker replied
“But if your such a big squad why do you need our help?” Tom replied
“Because you have the power to help us Thomas ben and your squad, you’re also related to the Abraco Incident and if the Limitless group is left to do what they want they might take an overwhelming step and I also want you to know that the Abraco Company hasn’t given up yet, we can’t handle all these on our own and we need your help, The fate of the word might depend on us” Agent Cracker replied
“Well if that’s the case then we are in, right guys?” Tom replied as he shakes agent cracker
“Right” Chuck and Dave replied
“Then welcome I’ll show you round the place and tell you more about us” Agent Cracker replied
