Chapter Seventy-seven
Chapter Seventy-seven
Bryan
When I woke up the next day, Kacy wasn't beside me anymore. I hate it when she leaves my side without telling me where she is going. I might sound possessive or clingy, but I want her to stick with me all the time, especially now that we have lots of enemies. Just the thought of her being taken away by them makes me feel anxious. Immediately, I swung my legs off the bed and went to the kitchen. I found Kacy drinking her coffee.
"Morning." I placed my hands on her shoulder, giving her a slight massage before kissing her cheeks.
"Morning," she replied with a smile as sweet as caramel. "Want some coffee?"
"Yeah, sure," I said.
"I'll make you one then." She was about to stand up, but I didn't let her.
"I'll do it myself."
"Why? Do you not like the coffee I make?"
"That's not what I'm trying to say. Of course I like your coffee. It's the best in the world. But let me do it—it's the least I can do. Just sit back and relax," I said.
"Okay." She remained seated, behaving like a little girl while I went to brew a cup of coffee.
I made a cup of espresso and baked waffles, while Kacy sat there, enjoying her coffee and watching me bake. A few moments later, Francis came into the kitchen.
"Smells good. What are you guys cooking?" he asked.
"I'm baking," I replied.
"Oh... Sounds nice. I didn't know that you know how to bake," he said, approaching me. "I'm glad Jonas didn't come back and murder us in our sleep."
"Yeah." I didn't really know why Jonas had to do that. Or maybe Kacy was right. That's the only reasonable thing. Why would he come back to the team anyway if he was already living a peaceful life with his family? And Francis said he didn't reconnect with him. That man must be an imposter in the shape of my friend.
It was more confusing that he didn't attack us while we weren't prepared. He got all those chances to do what he wants, but it seemed like he was waiting for the perfect timing to strike. We're lucky that Francis found out his disguise before worse things happened.
"What should we do next?" Kacy asked.
"I think we should leave this place as soon as possible and go somewhere safer. That man might come back with other enemies and attack us," I said, putting down a plate of waffles on the table.
"That's right," Francis agreed. "Your, nay, our situation is much worse than I anticipated. I thought everything was finally over."
"I'm sorry for involving you, Francis. You could be living your peaceful life if we didn't come to you," I said.
"Don't say that, boss. I'm your friend. I'll do anything to help you," Francis replied.
"I'm glad to know that. You should help us find some information about the enemies too. You're our only hope left."
"I guess I have no other choice. I'm already involved with this. There's only one thing I can do now; it's either to help you or let's die together," Francis said.
"Yeah. But for now, let's eat." I sat down in the chair and dug in. This chocolate waffle matches with espresso.
After finishing our coffees, we packed our things and headed back to Francis' apartment building. It's the only safe place we know. It doesn't matter if the enemies knew we were there as long as we are guarded and it's nearby the police station, which makes it easier to ask for help when they attack us.
I felt bad for involving Francis with this mess. He's supposed to be having a peaceful life now if we didn't come to him, bringing the enemy who pretended to be my friend. I admit that was the most foolish thing I've ever done in my life. I never thought that was possible.
"Are you guys hungry?" Francis asked.
"Nope," I replied, then looked at Kacy. "How about you?"
"I'm good. I've eaten waffles before going here," she said.
"Okay. I'll be in my office. You can call me if you need anything. I just have some work to do and urgent meetings to attend," Francis said.
"Um. Thanks," I replied.
Francis took the elevator to the penthouse. Kacy and I stayed in one of the luxurious suites. We finally had time for ourselves and a safe place where we could do some things that a couple would normally do.
Sitting on the bed, I couldn't help but smile watching Kacy do her thing, unpacking the suitcase and pulling out some clothes. "You look so beautiful," I said.
"Come on, you don't have to flatter me if you need something." She threw away the blue scarf and lunged at me. Before I knew it, she was already over my body. She lowered down, looked into my eyes, and taunted me.
I kissed her, and she kissed me hard. Even if she wouldn't say it, I know she misses me like how I miss her. I helped her take off her clothes until she was left with nothing but her thong and bra. She also helped me remove my shirt. "Are you ready for a ride?" She asked, biting her lips.
I didn't expect this adventurous side of hers. But I couldn't wait for it. She started moving over me, rubbing herself. "That'll feel better without my jeans," I said.
"Not too soon, Mister." She took her time moving down. But she didn't pull my jeans, and instead unzipped them. Damn. She looks so good with what she's doing. I can't wait to feel her mouth wrapped around my cock.
"Pull it out, please," I ordered, but she didn't obey and kept taunting me like a pornstar.
"Beg me first," she said.
My cock was so painfully erected in my pants, like a caged cobra wanting to get out. "Please..." I begged.
"Alright, Monsieur." She finally took out my cock. It feels so good in her hands.
"Suck it, please." Blood rushed through my veins as she opened her mouth and twirled her tongue around the tip of my cock.
