Chapter 841: The Union

Ever since she knew that Aldred had the blood of the Red Son running through his veins, Silvia had known that this day would come sooner or later, but it had come too soon.

So fast that she was caught off guard.

Dudley stopped in his tracks too, and as he looked at Silvia's suddenly pale little face, he whispered, "Big brother is still in the palace, you..."

Silvia dropped her long, slender feathered jets, "Dudley, let's go."

Watching Silvia's pretty shadow as she left, Dudley turned back and glanced at the castle behind her.

...

The palace.

The imperial doctor had just bandaged Wilfrid's wounds when someone hurriedly came to report, "My Lord, it's not good, the Sailor Princess has just sneaked away!"

"What?" Wilfrid was furious, he tipped over his coffee cup, "You're a bunch of losers, you can't even watch a Sailor Princess with all these people!"

"My lord, please don't be angry." The Sailor Princess must have escaped and gone to Silvia, so it's good that we don't have to do anything, just sit back and watch the fight."

Wilfrid's eyes lit up and his anger subsided, "That's a good point, we need to get Aldred to inherit the throne as soon as possible. Aldred to marry Codling, so that we may have a thousand generations in Spain."

At that moment a maid came in and reported, "My lord, His Highness Mr Aldred is awake."

Aldred was awake.

Wilfrid had brought Aldred back and given him the antidote to the poison from the knife, and now he was finally awake.

Wilfrid got up with a flourish, "Come, go and see."

...

Aldred was already awake, but he was a bit badly injured and still pale.

He lifted the covers and tried to get out of bed, but the maid quickly stopped him, "Your Highness, the royal doctor says you need to stay in bed to recuperate from the wound, so you can't get out of bed."

Your Highness?

The title caused a sharp light to well up in Aldred's deep, narrow eyes as he glanced around the room, "Where am I now?"

At that moment the door to the room was thrown open and Wilfrid ran in, hugged Aldred and started crying, "Great nephew, Uncle finally sees you, you must have suffered a lot with your mother all these years, it's all Uncle's fault, Uncle will make it up to you."

Aldred's face turned black when he saw a big man jumping at him and hugging him, "Let go."

Wilfrid quickly let go of his hand and looked at Aldred sardonically, "Nephew Aldred, it's me, I'm your uncle!"

Aldred gave Wilfrid a cold look before getting up and getting out of bed, he was going to find Silvia!

"Nephew Aldred, are you going to find Silvia? There is no need to look for her, we have a blood feud between Spain and the ancient kingdom of Loulan, and we killed her mother-in-law and the Four Swordsmen, there is no possibility for you and her, it is better to break it off before it is too late!"

Aldred's footsteps were halted as he turned back, his gaze swarthy and cold as he stared at Wilfrid, who was still unaware of all that had happened.

"Nephew Aldred, you might as well hurry up and accept reality, you have the blood of a red son in you, Spain is your responsibility, and as an uncle, I think highly of you, so I am going to pass the throne to you and make you the sovereign of Spain."

"Moreover, I have chosen for you a fine niece-in-law, Codling, the daughter-in-law of the Codling Family, a truly famous woman, whom I want you to marry as your queen."

There was no expression on Aldred's handsome face as he looked coldly at Wilfrid, "Is that all? I can go now."

He turned and walked away.

Wilfrid, "..."

He had picked up on Aldred's meaning, Aldred - talking to himself, simple idea, get the hell out of the way and play with yourself.

"Nephew Aldred," Wilfrid called out to Aldred, "now that Silvia is wanted, I'm searching the city for her, you're out looking for her just in time to show me the way, I'm worried about finding her."

Aldred's steps were swift and he turned around, his deep, narrow eyes already tinged with the scarlet of hostility, "Wilfrid, are you tired of living?"

Wilfrid shrugged, "Nephew Aldred, wait until you are in my current position before you say this to me, otherwise the blood feud between Loulan and Spain will remain between you, you will not protect Silvia, you will only bring her disaster."

Aldred's two large hands tugged into fists at his side, then after a few seconds he released them and returned to his seat, then curved his thin lips into a sly curve, "Wilfrid, have you ever thought for yourself that when I take the throne, you will be the first to be destroyed?"

Wilfrid stiffened, and then laughed awkwardly, "Heh", "Heh heh heh", "Nephew Aldred, let's not talk about that, Codling is already here, the first lady is very discerning. If she doesn't like you, there will be no such thing as a marriage, so, you know what I mean, you have to take care of this Codling first."

...

In the castle, several extended bulletproof limousines slowly pulled up and a maid respectfully said, "Miss, we're here."

Codling sat in the back seat and did not get out of the car.

The maid said, "Miss, we'll just go in and have a look, just for fun, and if you don't see this Mr Aldred, no one will force you."

Codling had an extremely beautiful face, she was different from everyone else, she had been brought up in the world of celebrity, she had the elegance of a first lady, she didn't want to get out of the car, she had no interest in the so-called Aldred, she slowly took out a painting of a cold and burning figure.

Now that was someone she liked!

...

Dudley took Silvia back to the study and Amos delivered another sealed file bag, "My Lord, word has just come in that Wilfrid wants Aldred to marry Codling, the thousand-year-old daughter of the Codling Family, as his queen."

Dudley opened the sealed file bag and inside was a portrait of Codling.

"It's her?"

"You know this Codling, my lord?"

Dudley put the scroll down lightly, "Had a passing acquaintance, I treated her."

"This Codling is the daughter of the Codling Family, she is a noble and much loved lady, she was named the first lady, I heard that she has many scrolls of princes' paintings pressed in her drawer, all for her to choose her husband, but she didn't even look at them."

"Now the Codling Family holds a lot of power in their hands, and whoever marries Codling will get the entire Codling Family's vast power, and it is because of this that Wilfrid has his eyes firmly fixed on Codling for the sake of the kingdom to be eternal."
