Chapter 97 - YOU'RE WRONG

If she only left him alone before to continue her plan, is she capable of leaving him for good in order to escape? The thought fills me with horror and revulsion, but also confusion. I find it hard to believe that someone could be so ruthless as to abandon her own child, but Sora's actions so far make me doubt her true intentions.

The roar of Frank's voice echoes through the walls of the cabin, causing even the glowing fire in the fireplace to tremble. His figure stands imposing, emanating a dark and commanding presence, while his eye twinkles with distrust. Every word he utters is like a blow, charged with anger and contempt.

"You expect me to believe that?" His tone is harsh, full of defiance, as if he is ready to challenge any statement with his sheer strength. His fists clench in anger, the veins swelling in his neck as his breathing becomes ragged, as if he is struggling to contain his rising fury.

"I never should have trusted you with such a simple task as luring Genrant here," he continues, his voice filled with disdain and disgust. His jerky movements and menacing stance, like a predator stalking its prey. Every word he utters is laden with hostility and disdain, like sharp blades slicing through the air.

"I should have killed you and your puppy when I had the first chance. I knew you'd be a liability, especially that puppy of yours," he adds with a snarl, his words laden with bitterness and resentment.

"How dare you speak like that?" snarls Sora. Her fists clench fiercely at the sides of her body, her muscles tense and ready for confrontation. "You have no idea what you've done, Frank. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't be in this situation - I could have lived a quiet life!"

Sora responds with a look of defiance, her eyes sparking with an equally fiery fire to Frank's. She lifts his chin proudly, her lips curving into a sneer as he prepares to counterattack.

"You're wrong, Sora. One way or another, you would have ruined everything. Or have you forgotten that I didn't force you to accept my proposals? You deluded yourself into thinking that Genrant would love you if only that human wasn't around. And now look at you, at the first opportunity when the going gets tough, you drop everything. You're just a weakling pretending to be strong. And what about your son? You say you love him so much and you just abandoned him. Or was that a lie that you were always going to protect him too?" said Frank with contempt.

The tension in the air is palpable, like a storm about to rage. Every word spoken is charged with electricity, and it seems like at any moment it could erupt into pure, raw violence.

"Shut up, Frank!" replies Sora in an anger-filled tone as she pushes back her hair in a stressful manner. Her voice rings out in open defiance of Frank's authority. "You think I didn't try? You think I wouldn't give my life for my son?" she continues. His words are like sharp daggers, cutting through the air with palpable ferocity.

"Well it's just what it sounds like, you only know how to talk but you can't really even defend yourself, can you? Seriously, I think I should have killed you, though it doesn't matter much now, it'll be just as easy to snap your neck," Frank says with a triumphant smile on his face as he boasts about his own strength.

"You should have killed me!" exclaims Sora. Her hands tighten into clenched fists, ready to fight any threat that stands in her way. In the blink of an eye, Sora transforms, her figure altering into a mass of muscle and fur. A guttural growl escapes her throat as she lunges forward with ferocity, her razor-sharp claws extended and her eyes blazing with wildfire.

Frank barely has time to react to the sudden attack. His face contorts into an expression of surprise and fury as he recoils from Sora's onslaught. His hands instinctively rise in an attempt to protect himself, but his movements are clumsy and desperate due to the injury to his shoulder compared to the agility of his opponent.

Sora advances with determination, her teeth gleaming in the darkness of the hut as she seeks to clutch her prey. With a piercing roar, she lunges forward, her claws extended and ready to tear at Frank's skin.

Frank backs up quickly, stumbling over the cabin's furniture as he struggles to stay out of Sora's reach. He desperately searches for something he can use as a weapon, but finds only useless objects in his claustrophobic surroundings. His breathing becomes labored, his heart pounding in his chest as he tries to devise a strategy to counter Sora's fierce attack.

The battle rages in a frenzy of movement and violence. Sora and Frank clash with a ferocity that shakes the ground beneath their feet. Each blow and bite is an echo of their bitter rivalry, a reflection of years of resentment and enmity.

The sound of growls and snarls fills the air, accompanied by the creaking of shattered furniture and the clatter of objects thrown to the ground. The hut becomes a makeshift battlefield, where every corner is witness to the merciless struggle between two mortal enemies.

In the midst of the melee, Sora clings tightly to his target, her teeth searching for Frank's neck with determination. His fangs manage to bite part of his target, but Frank's resistance allows him to break free of his grip at the last moment. A guttural growl escapes Sora's lips as she prepares to launch another attack against his adversary. The tension in the room is palpable, every movement calculated and every breath ragged.

Frank seems to get fed up with the situation and lunges at Sora in an attempt to subdue her under his force. With a guttural growl, he throws her to the ground and pins her down with his powerful paws, letting out a triumphant roar as he ferociously immobilizes her.

Her fangs, now stained with foam and fur torn from Sora, sink mercilessly into his opponent's neck. The force of its bite is merciless, as if it were trying to rip the very life out of him. Sora lets out a piercing shriek, a sound that echoes through the hut like a wail of agony.

The room fills with Sora's desperate struggle, her claws clawing at the air as she struggles to free herself from Frank's unrelenting grip. Every movement is an act of desperation, every whimper a silent plea for mercy.

However, Frank is determined to finish her off. His gaze is filled with ferocity as he continues to attack, his razor-sharp teeth sinking again and again into his enemy's flesh. The smell of blood and fear permeates the air, an ominous sign of the tragedy unfolding in the gloom of the cabin.

Can Sora find a way to free herself from Frank's ferocious grip before it's too late?
