“What the fuck do you mean?!” My angry voice echoed across the room, making my fucking pussy of an assistant, Sean, jump out of his skin.

“I… um… it…” The miserable pussy stuttered, trembling from head to toe.

“Do you want me to beat some sense into that knuckle head of yours?!” I thundered, my dark eyes glaring into his, which widened with fear.

“W-what? N-n-no, sir.” He quavered, still not meeting my eyes.

“Then repeat what the fuck you just said.” I gritted.

“T-the two bodies of the two men you…”

“What happened to them?!” I slammed my fist on the table, making him flinch.

“T-they disappeared, sir.”

“Disappeared?!” I sprang to my feet and rounded the table, then grabbed him by the neck, then jacked him up. “Disappeared, you say?”

He began to kick his legs as his hands flew to his neck in an attempt to break free from my grip.

“Please, sir.” He pleaded in a choked voice, the blood draining from his face.

“Since when?” I demanded. “Since when have the bodies been missing?!”

“Since… over… three… weeks ago… Sir…”

My grip on his neck tightened, “Three weeks? Why in bloody hell didn't tell me?! Why didn't you fucking tell me?!”

“You… said… not to bother you with these types of things,” He choked out. “I've… been trying to find the bodies… but…”

“But you're incompetent!” I gritted, “You know how I feel about incompetent fools!”

“P-please… give… me one… more chance… sir…”

It would give me grave satisfaction to kill this useless, incompetent pussy right here and now, but his sudden disappearance will certainly raise questions.

And that's the last thing I needed.

I let go of my grip on his neck, and he slumped to the floor, his hand flying to his neck as he gasped and choked for breath.

I reduced to his level and grabbed him by the chin, then dug my fingers into his skin.

He yelped out in pain, tears streaming from his eyes.

“I give you one week,” I warned. “If you don't find this two bodies within one week, you're as good as dead.” I tilted my head to the side and glared at him, “Got it?”

The pussy hurriedly nodded.

I struck him on the cheeks and sprawled out on the floor, wincing in pain.

“Get the fuck out of my office.” I returned to my desk. “Get Jace in here.”

He hurriedly sprang to his feet and limped out of the office.

My heart pounded against my chest as I waited impatiently for Jace to come in.

Those two bodies… who on earth could've taken them? How did they discover where they're kept before being burned? If news gets out about the bodies, it will be over for me.

There's no other person who would relish my downfall than Charles.

But if Charles has those bodies… why hasn't he said anything yet?

He hasn't threatened or blackmailed me or done anything of the sort.

Was it Mother?

Even though she's the woman who gave birth to me, I still don't trust that conniving snake.

Those two bodies need to be found as soon as possible.

Three weeks? Three fucking weeks?! For fuck’s sake! If he doesn't find those bodies, he's as good as dead, and I don't give a fuck if his disappearance raises questions.

I will kill him over and over again!

The door opened, and Jace walked in with a smug smile as usual. Seeing the deadly glare on my face, the smile vanished.

“Boss,” He gave me a slight bow.

“What did you find?” I demanded, expecting good news, “Did you find out who she is?”

Charles has been dating an anonymous girl for the past month. And I've been trying everything in my power to discover her identity, but everything I've been trying has all ended up useless.

Every photograph of her taken doesn't include her face, which is always covered by a wide-brimmed hat and goggles, making it impossible to find who she is.

I've checked and met with every girl that he has been on a date with, and it appears that none of them is the girl he's dating.

None of them!

“It’s impossible to find out who she is,” Jace went on, placing the photographs on my desk, which I began to skim through, “She's always covered when they're in public, which is a huge sign that he knows we're trailing him.”

Smart Charles! I'd expect nothing less!

“He normally spends time with her at your uncle's mansion after school hours, and when they go on a date, she's all covered up.”

“And it never crossed your dumb mind to follow her when she's leaving?” I glared at him.

“Of course, I do.” He said, “But Lopez is an excellent driver, considering he was once a professional racer. I always lose them in traffic.”

I slammed the photographs on the desk in utter frustration.

“It's been one fucking month, and you know nothing of this girl! You know how much I hate incompetence!”

“I know.” He said. “Have I ever failed you before, boss?”

“Then we need to find this girl!” I yelled. “My grandpa and uncle will be in New York in a few days, and you know what that means? I'm certain they'll want him here, and the last thing I want is having Charles here. I need solutions!”

“And solutions I bring.” He placed a photograph on my desk, and I picked it up.

“What's this?” I stared at the picture of a girl with dark blonde hair.

“We've met and interviewed all the girls your mother set Charles up on a date with…”

“Cut to the chase, Jace!” I snapped at him.

“Alright, sorry.” He gave a nervous smile. “We haven't interviewed her yet.”

“And she is?”

“Her name is Katy Johnson, the daughter of Barry Johnson, CEO of Johnson Corps. I suppose you know him.”

“Yes, I do.”

“His daughter is the last girl Charles was supposed to go on a date with. But I went to the restaurant, and dug around, only to discover that she didn't come.” The fool waited for a reaction from me, and not getting any, he went on. “It appears someone else came in her stead.”

“So, what the fuck are you suggesting?” I demanded. “I told you to cut to the chase!”

“I suggest you meet this girl, Katy Johnson and find out who she paid to go on the date in her stead.” He replied. “My best bet is that the girl Charles is claiming he's dating is this girl. If Katy bought her, Charles can too, so I'm sure Charles paid this girl to fake date him.”

I pressed the intercom on my desk.

“Sean, send a text to Katy Johnson, she's supposedly Barry Johnson's daughter, and request a meeting with her as soon as possible.”

“Yes, sir.”

I gave Jace a look of dismissal, and he nodded before turning around and walking out.

“Keep an eye on them.”

He turned and winked at me, “You know I will.”
