"What do you need from me?" a very civilized question from Jason came to the beautiful Nayrah.
From the sadness she had after telling the man the whole story of her life, she knew the man would feel sorry for her but despite listening to her very carefully, that was the first statement out of his mouth and he did not bother to say sorry to the woman. She expected to be given enough a lot of sympathy so the question surprised her. Due to the problems, she had experienced in her life, considering she is a girl, it was necessary for a man to caress her a little, but strangely, she met a question that she understood required a lot of thinking.
"Do I have to choose only one thing or can I choose more than one?" She replied while wiping her tears and taking a deep breath so that she would be calm when she spoke. "That's why many people fail in their lives when they are given the chance to have many choices. Today if we take you to the market and you find a bunch of good tomatoes, you will be confused because you will want every bunch, and you will lose your focus. You may even choose something worse than everything, but if you only have one choice, then you just have to choose one because you have no choice. I was just reminding you that in life there are no two choices, there is only one choice when there are many choices they become desires" answered the girl to make him understand that she did not have many choices like his mind was deceiving him. She wanted to choose only one thing, it was enough.
"I want to be a part of your life." She said trembling but with emphasis as she bowed her head down in embarrassment.
Jason was not surprised by this revelation, he was counting on it from the beginning. He looked ahead at the field where people were passing one by one, in the distance time was getting closer. He pulled his memories to the United States where he had a woman he loved very much, he sighed hard and turned to Nayrah.
"Are you among people who have the heart to fight for love in their lives?" he asked her without blinking.
Nayrah didn't even give herself time to answer, she nodded to show that she had accepted. Jason felt very sorry, he felt a lot of pity for the woman who seemed to have suddenly fallen in love with someone she didn't even know well or where he came from. seeing him go to the police officer may have reassured her that he was a good man.
"How can you trust a man without knowing his full name, you don't know where he comes from. How does he live? If he is married or single? Aren't you afraid to play that game with your heart and your life in general?" He added a question to the young lady who seemed to have already made up her mind and was not ready to go back anymore.
"No one ever gave me the chance to listen to me, to find out how much trouble I am going through or the pain that I am going through except the old lady. No one was ready to help me with anything, but you have come in a very different way in my life. You don't know me but you were ready to help me, you have agreed to lose your time for me, I ask you to forgive me but I love you very much" she said while looking at the man's face very sympathetically.
It was as if she was giving him a sign to not refuse her request because she would make him regret his decisions. Jason smiled and kissed her heavily on the mouth, Nayra smiled a lot and hugged the man happily. For the first time in her life, she had agreed to hand over her heart to a man. It was too bad that the girl did not even know him but she agreed to gamble with her heart, the consequences that she would suffer later were up to her. She was asked if she was ready to fight for love and she accepted it even though she may not have understood what that statement meant. Jason decided not to continue bringing more pain to the woman's heart so he agreed with her request even though the truth was that he knew what was stored in his heart was claimed by Monalisa.
"I have forty minutes here, please take me home to see your parents and siblings before I leave," he said as he stood up after checking his watch, he had important duties that were supposed to begin the next day and he did not want them to continue wasting time there where the beautiful woman was seen very tired. His statement generated happiness from her and the woman got up in haste and started to lead the way, they arrived safely and the man was invited inside.
Inside the house, there were only normal things that were found in normal houses.
"Good evening, mom" he greeted politely
"Hello, my son. Welcome," the mother answered Jason's greeting with concern. She was worried that the night visitor brought by her daughter was threatening her peace due to the rough neighbourhood of violence they were living in.
"Thank you" answered Jason and sat down, Nayrah asked her to talk to her parents and that's the job he had to do.
"Mother, that is the person who helped me with the money that day" Nayrah spoke very briefly and made the mother turn to look at Jason. She was overwhelmed with questions that were answered very quickly, Jason wore clothes that made him look like a modern normal man but his face showed that he was a person who had no stress in his life.
"I am very grateful my son for your help. I have nothing to repay you but GOD will repay you, you have helped me, and my family, I ask you to continue having the same loving heart when you can help those who are in need" the mother spoke very painfully, tears streaming down her face.
The problems in her life reminded her of memories of their past, every time she remembered the life they were living in the beginning and where they are now, it was very scary. Jason looked at Nayrah's mother as she shed tears, he found that tears were coming out of his eyes, something that even Nayrah was surprised by. Jason was not seeing just a woman in front of him but he felt as if he was looking at his biological mother who he had never seen or known since he was born and he had never called her mother. Since the first time, I was old enough to remember he had been in his brother's arms and he had lost him and just buried him on the same day. He was very hurt.
