ELEONOR.
The more seconds passed, the more pleasurable his thrusts became. I could feel him taking me with more force, with more desire, with an inner savagery as if he wanted to tear me apart, reduce me to nothing, turn me to dust and have my ashes immersed in his skin. The way his hands held my waist, I swore he would leave a mark there. He was completely possessed, and I had never seen him like this. I didn't even see any sweetness in his eyes; they were clouded.
His lips sought mine and devoured them with great passion. I can say he left them dry and maliciously grazed his teeth on my lower lip before releasing it.
I didn't know what was happening with the Ever who treated me gently. When he was granted his freedom, I came with him to his house to be together after the agony and worry that invaded us at the thought of being separated for a long time. As we went up to the room, amidst caresses and kisses, things escalated, and here we are. However, it didn't feel the same to me; he seemed upset or uncomfortable. Grotesque would be the word? I couldn't sense him being calm, serene, or sweet.
I drowned in my moans, closing my eyes and clinging to his hair, feeling my whole body convulse, and the weight inside me leave me in peace.
"Fuck!" I heard him growl, assuming he had been released. We both did it together.
This time he didn't stay inside me, and I was grateful for that. I felt a bit sore, and my body was exhausted. He lay beside me, and with uncontrolled breathing, he covered both of us with the blanket from his bed. I rested my head on his chest, and immediately I felt his hands burying themselves in my hair. I think that had been the sweetest gesture from him throughout the whole moment.
"Are you going to stay?" he asked me.
"Are you telling me to leave?" I sat up, sitting on the bed.
"I didn't say that, I'm just asking," his tone of voice didn't please me.
I covered my chest with the sheet and looked into his eyes.
"Can you tell me what's wrong with you?" I asked, trying to decipher what was in his gaze.
"Nothing's wrong with me. How do you expect me to be after being in prison?" His answer seemed somewhat harsh. I didn't expect him to be completely happy, but I did expect some sense of peace from him for being free again. However, he appeared tormented.
"And do you have to take it out on me? I did everything in my power to get you out of jail quickly. And it worked; you didn't last even two hours locked up. You can't be so ungrateful," I stood up and, trying to cover myself because I was embarrassed to be seen completely naked, I managed to spot the clothes scattered on the floor. Turning my back to him, I began to get dressed.
"I already thanked you, but that was the least you could do for me, right? That's what relationships are for, to help each other. I beat an animal to death so it wouldn't kidnap you," his words were cold.
With my underwear on and a pair of jeans that barely fit me, I turned around to look at him in disbelief.
"Are you throwing that in my face now?" I truly didn't understand his sudden attitude.
"I'm not throwing that in your face, Eleonor," I saw him put on nothing but a pair of sweatpants without underwear and walk towards me.
"Don't you dare touch me," I warned him when I saw he was about to grab my wrist to prevent me from continuing to get dressed.
"Don't leave," he pleaded, looking into my eyes.
"I am leaving. You've behaved so differently from how you usually are with me," I spoke, feeling my throat dry.
"I'm tired of being seen as a problem. The last thing I need now is for you to question me and try to control my behavior," that hurt.
"Are you listening to yourself? I can say that I don't know you. You seemed like a demon inside me a while ago. You didn't even let me catch my breath before asking if I was going to stay. You're an animal, a savage disguised as a sheep. You haven't shown the slightest bit of kindness towards me today! No one sees you as a problem, or at least I don't! You don't have to be rude to me! I have never judged you, never belittled you, never made you feel bad because I don't care about your past, or if you like boxing, or if you have traumas! I don't care about anything else but you and you come and treat me like just anyone for no reason!" It was the first time I shouted at him.
His eyes, I could see them soften, I could see him lower his guard, and as he furrowed his brow, he let out all the air held in his lungs.
"I'm just not in a good mood, that's all."
"But you're not in a bad mood because of me! Not because of me! So don't take it out on me!" I put on my shoes and tucked my cell phone into the back pocket of my pants.
"Do whatever you want, Zeus. But don't ever lay a finger on me again, don't look for me, don't call me, and don't consider yourself my boyfriend. Dogs like you find bitches of your breed." I freed myself from his grasp, opened the door to his room, and ran downstairs.
