The following morning Emiliano had gotten up really early doing his morning workouts before he headed to the office still keeping in mind about his other affairs on digging information about a woman he did not know or care about other than the power she held.
"Dimple I know I'm neglecting you but I promise tonight I'll make it up to you"Emiliano said over the phone to the worst woman who always followed him just because he had a night with her, getting out of the gym with a towel draped over his shoulders, Emiliano continued sweet talking dimple as he made his way downstairs to get a bottle of water which he asked the helpers to get for him but they didn't do that.
"Alright fine come to my office for some fun"he said in defeat and cut the call he looked up with a smile but it soon faded when he saw Sia going the same direction as him but stopped once she saw him.
"My morning is cursed now"Sia muttered and chose to ignore Emiliano and tried to walk to the stairs but Emiliano grabbed her arm and slammed her to a wall trapping her completely with his tall frame and again Sia hated how small she appeared in front of him, Emiliano slammed her so hard that a hiss of pain escaped her lips, Sia glared at him.
"Morning baby girl, you look so ugly in the morning"Emiliano whispered in a husky voice with a smirk dancing at the corners of his lips and Sia ignored his insults and reached her hand to his face and caressed him to his lips.
"You know Mr Casanova, I always knew you liked me somehow... that is why you always follow me around isn't it?"saying that she bit her lower seductively and trailed her other free hand from his hard chest down to his abs, he was wearing a tight white muscle which stuck to him outlining his perfectly hard abs and solid rippling muscles.
"Even if you were the last woman on earth I wouldn't even look in your direction... ever"he moved closer to her snaking his hand around her waist and whispered to her ear, Sia put pressure to the finger which was on his abs trying to cause him pain but the man just chuckled sarcastically.
"You are so full of yourself Emiliano, I wonder what those desperate women see in you"she remarked in a cold tone and looked at him in the eyes hoping to hurt him and yes, his eyes were shooting fire without his knowledge and she was enjoying it very much, nothing made her happy than seeing emiliano angry.
"Could it be that... you are dying to be one of those women... I could..."he stated and used his fingers to push hair off her face and tucked it behind her ear and gave out a sly smile that had Sia clenching her fist in pure frustration, emiliano saw through her and chuckled only to move away from her before winking and proceeded downstairs leaving Sia fuming in anger.
"That good for nothing man... I hate him"she said through gritted teeth and walked back to where she came from but stopped half way when she realized she was going the wrong way.
"Damn it Sia get it together"she reprimanded herself and turned around walking to were Emiliano had gone to only to find the whole family seated in the living room including Vince who never liked her from the start and hated being where she was but who cared, the old lady had asked her to join the family in the living room.
"Good morning Sia, come sit with me"Carmen greeted her with a smile and gestured for her to join her and Sia feeling helpless and out of place, she made her way there and could feel the piercing gaze from both Emiliano and Vince who where sitting together discussing about business while the old lady sat alone majestically, the TV was on which was the only thing Sia could look at to avoid the awkward moment other than her phone in her hands and to make matters worse Angie had taken Diego out on a morning stroll together with Lulu 'oh god save me from these boring rich people' she cried in her heart and looked carefully at the screen and her face turned ashen white, like everyone had noticed what was happening on TV they shifted their attention there and Vince who appeared interested turned up the volume.
"Mom, aren't those the Navarro family?"Carmen turned to the old lady and asked curiously.
("The famous Navarro family have just landed in Canada for their family vacation this morning and we had an opportunity to get a glimpse of Mexico's most loved family including their beautiful first daughter who we'll have an opportunity to interview later on, many are asking questions about where the youngest daughter is but as we know we are sure to run into her somehow"the reporter went on and one saying all sort of things that Sia sunk deep in her seat hating every moment her family were being displayed on TV.)
"Yes of course who doesn't know them, they are the wealthiest family in Mexico"this time Vince said with a smile and Sia watched as her father together with her mother walked elegantly while reporters flashed their cameras at them and like celebrities they were, they basked in the glory. Emiliano too got interested as he fixed his eyes on the TV which he never did but if the so called Navarro family were now in Canada then their ghost daughter was supposed to be with them too but to his frustration she was not there other than the parents and another beautiful elegant lady with long brown hair dressed in a black business suit, Emiliano guessed it was the divorced lawyer.
"I heard the eldest daughter recently got divorced after a year of marriage?"vince voiced out his opinion and carmen chimed in.
"Yeah poor girl being a lawyer she had to undergo something so heartbreaking I wonder what went wrong"it wasn't old news that the Navarro eldest daughter got divorced after a year in marriage everyone didn't know why but they had been several rumors circulating on social media about the reason and all of them were unpleasant.
"Who knows I'm sure these women are spoiled rich brats who takes marriage as a joke, I pity the man she married"Vince said bitterly and Sia who had been quiet hearing her sister getting slandered by random people clenched her jaw in anger such that one more foul word from them then they would be sorry.
"Let's not judge because we don't know what the poor girl went through"this time the old lady said defensively and Sia calmed her nerves, she knew exactly why her sister got married and filed for a divorce within a year it was a family matter not for outsiders but her dad couldn't let that be. This was the only thing bugging her but the fact that her parents were now in Canada but why because she knew Seth(her father) never liked taking vacations like the reporter said, he valued making money more than anyone such that any day that went without going to the office felt like losing billions to him.
"And I heard the youngest daughter is very beautiful"Carmen commented, her friends told her about the Navarro family's second daughter and someday she wished her son would marry her but now things have changed Sia was going to be the daughter in law which was not a complete loss because she was very beautiful too and couldn't wait to announce the wedding to everyone.
"Yeah, our family would be the wealthiest if she was my daughter in law "vince said with so much pride that Emiliano rolled his eyes secretly in annoyance while Sia frowned and got up from where she was sitting, her mind was messed up, if her family was now close to her how was she going to make her mission successful and most importantly what if they found out about Diego.
"Sia, where are you going with all this I forgot to tell you why I called you here"carmen said and the old lady nodded, vince and Emiliano had resumed they business discussion.
"Well... I... I'm going to grab some water"she said hesitantly and Carmen nodded with a smile for her to proceed and with a sigh of relief, Sia headed to the kitchen to call Mario and find out why her parents had come to Canada. Emiliano secretly observed her as she retreated from the living and frowned, she was all sarcastic to him a few minutes ago so what happened now?
