Everyone got up early and took their showers and had a big healthy breakfast. Mel is normally not a morning person but she was up early and extremely excited. Al on the other hand was still in bed and didn’t feel like getting up.

Sis is everything okay? Mel ask while running her a bath.

I don’t know sis. I am extremely tired she replies.

I will bring you something to eat okay Mel says and left the room before Al can say anything.

Mel entered the room with fruits on a plate and some orange juice.

Here you go sis east up there’s more food. Mom really made sure that we have a good meal before the ladies start with us.

Al sat up in bed and started eating some grapes and jumped up to go puke in the bathroom.

Are you okay sis? Mel ask. Should we get a doctor out?

No sis I will be okay Al replies.

I think I know what is happening but I’m not so sure Al replies. I forgot to do the test last night because I was just too tired.

Test? Is this what I think it is? Mel ask.

Yes sis I forgot to take the pregnancy test she replies.

So what you waiting for let’s do it Mel says clearly very excited.

Al smiled at her and started the process.

Five minutes later the results show two clear stripes and Mel became super excited.

Don’t worry sis I will give you something to use and you will feel better soon Mel says and left the room.

Some minutes later Al walked into the lounge where everyone was pampered.

Good morning everyone she says.

Mel could see that she looked and felt much better than earlier.

Everyone got ready and they looked absolutely beautiful.

Mel my child Dave says. Today I feel it’s an honour to call you my child and to hand you over to a man that loves you dearly.

Mel looked at him and looked teary.

Dad today I’m a very lucky woman to have a family that loves and supports me on this very special day. Thank you for being there for me and the twins. Mom and mama thank you for going through such a lot of trouble in making this day both special and memorable for us. I know that I will have your support moving forward.

Yes my dear we will be there and can’t wait to see the little addition to the family in a couple of months.

Mel looked at Al and smiled sweetly.

Sis thank you for always being there, even when I was not the friendliest person to sit with you still insisted on being my friend. today we are sisters, something I never thought was possible but I am grateful Mel says.

Thank you for excepting that friendship because today you my sister and best friend. Thank you for always making yourself available to listen to my concerns and complains Al says and everyone laughed.

You are a beautiful bride today my child. Everyone gets married with the thought that they never want to get a divorce. You met someone that loves you dearly and I know in my heart you guys will be married till you old and grey Maria says and dried her teary face.

Maria, don’t ruin your make up now Liz says and everyone laughed again. It’s okay they can quickly fix me up again she says and sat down again for it to be fixed.

Mom and dad I know its Mel’s big day Al says and looked at Mel.

Mel looked at her and smiles sweetly and knotted her head.

I also have news Al says and everyone looked at her.

Dylan asked me to marry him and I excepted but I didn’t want to say anything because I didn’t want to take the shine when it’s still Mel’s time.

We knew that he proposed darling Dave says and smiled at her. we were just waiting on our daughter to say something.

We love you for thinking about your sister Ally Liz says and hugged her daughter.

And then I have more news Al says obviously having everyone’s attention. I am pregnant she says.

Oh my word my child I’m so happy for you Liz says and she became teary.

Mom your make up Al says and everyone laughed.

I will then have to go sit too Liz says and joined Maria on a chair.

I’m truly happy for you my child Dave says and gave Al a big hug.

There’s one more thing Al says and looked at everyone. We would like to get married in the Seychelles. Something intimate but beautiful Al says.

That can be arranged my child Liz says and got up after the lady was done with her make-up.

Come on ladies we don’t want to be late Dave says.

Mel went to her room to get dressed with the help of all the other ladies.
