Chapter 31 The Trip

Lenny's POV

"Why daddy can't walk?" Nhemo asked as Van laughed while we walked to his car.

"I can walk perfectly fine." I said huffing and blushing.

"Dad why daddy lying?" Nhemo asked and I huffed as Van laughed more.

"Daddy just had too much fun so he's tired." Van said then smirked at me making me blush.

"Van." I hissed as Nhemo nodded.

"Daddy I no have too much fun or I can't walk like you?" he asked and I turned red as Van's eyes widen.

"You will never have fun." I said slanting my eyes and Nhemo hid behind Van.

"Daddy being scary." Nhemo said and Van picked him up laughing.

"No, daddy is just being protective." Van laughed unlocking the car doors.

Eventually we we're following loads of people onto a boat. I gulped not really liking the idea of being off land. But this is for Van.

"Soooo big." Nhemo said looking around as Van unlocked the door of our room.

Nhemo ran in the room and opened a green door that led to a SpongeBob room. He gasped and looked like he was gonna faint. I smiled glancing at Van knowing this was his doing. Nhemo smiled brightly and hugged Van then I.

"Thank you daaad and daddy!" he said smiling brightly.

"No problem kiddo." Van said smiling and I smiled also.

"Your welcome." I said as Nhemo pulled away and jumped on his SpongeBob bed.

I shook my head smiling as I felt something warm. I looked down and Van's fingers were entwined with mine. I looked up at him and he smiled at me. I blushed smiling back and squeezed his hand softly. We went in our room and I let out a breath laying back on the bed. He crawled onto the bed and I raised a eyebrow blushing.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Something." he said smirking and leaned over me.

"Nooo." I said blushing as I hit him lightly on the chest. "My ass already hurts." I hissed lowly blushing more.

"Haha your so cute." he said and kissed my nose making me turn red.

"Ugh why do I love you so much?" I asked wrapping my arms around his neck blushing.

"I don't know but I'm glad you do." he said and pecked my lips making me blush more and smile.

"We should of got Vincent to come too." I said feeling a bit guilty.

"Nah, I asked him a long time ago. He said no... probably have the house alone with Sammie." Van said rolling his eyes smiling.

"Mm maybe." I said snuggling against Van.

"Co-Cold." I said rubbing my arms when I got in the pool.

Van smirked getting behind me wrapping his arms around me. "Better?" he asked chuckling and I nodded blushing.

"If you got in sooner it wouldn't be so cold." Nhemo said before popping his little head under the water.

"Nhemo's right haha." Van said kissing my head as I pouted.

Two days on the boat so far. Tomorrow is Nhemo's birthday and the next day we should be home.

"Speaking of Nhemo, where did he go?" I asked looking all over.

"I'm sure he's somewhere." Van said.

"Of course he's somewhere Van!" I yelled freaking out as he sighed and took a deep breath before going under water. "Nhe-Nhemo?! Baby!" I yelled looking around.

"Yes daddy?!" Nhemo yelled popping out of the water scaring me half to death.

"Holy fuc-fudge." I said as he tilted his head.

"Eric said that one time too." he said giggling as I glared.

"He said what now? Ugh never mind, just stay close to dad and I." I said blushing.

"Okay." Nhemo said nodding then looked around. "But daddy... where is dad?" he asked.

"Not again." I said huffing.

"Right here." Van said popping out the water making me scream with Nhemo who then started giggling while I catched my breath.

"You both are ganging up on me, aren't ya?" I asked with slanted eyes.

"No baby." Van said chuckling and kissed my nose.

"Kissy kissy for me too!" Nhemo said pointing to his cheek and we laughed and kissed him on his cheeks.
