Chapter 144 Chapter One Hundred and Forty-Four

Chapter 144 Chapter One Hundred and Forty-Four
Me and Jace turn to look at Adalina. Her hair is a mess, and she still has that half asleep look, but honestly, she couldn’t be more beautiful. “Good morning babygirl.” I say, smiling at her. “Breakfast is almost ready.”

“Good morning, Austin.” She says, as she walks over to me. Adalina gives me a quick kiss and turns to Jace. “Good morning, Jace.” She says, giving him a peck on the lips.

“Good morning, baby.” Jace says, smiling at her.

“Who are you worried about?” Adalina asks, sounding concerned.

Jace sighs. “I was just worried about Spencer. He seems stressed out.” Jace says, obviously not wanting to lie to her and I don’t blame him. I hate lying to her.

“I thought he seemed stressed out too.” She says, sounding even more concerned. “Do you think he is okay?” She asks.

I glance over at Jace. He looks at me for just a quick second, and I nod my head at him. He knows as well as I do if she thinks there is anything wrong, she won’t stop worrying about him. He reaches out and rubs the top of her arms. “Yeah, baby. I think he is okay. Probably just tired or has a lot on his mind from work stuff.” He says, which is not a complete lie. He does have a lot on his mind; it’s just not exactly work stuff.

“Do you think I should talk to him? See if he is okay?” She asks, still sounding a little worried.

Jace smiles at her. “I’m sure he is fine baby. I’m sorry I made you worry.” He says, as he leans in and kisses the top of her head.

“It’s okay.” She says. “I just love you guys so much, and I worry about you all the time. I don’t want anything to ever happen to you.”

“We aren’t going anywhere baby. You couldn’t get rid of us if you tried. I promise.” Jace says, giving her a reassuring smile.

“He’s right baby. We aren’t going anywhere.” I say, kissing the top of her head.

I finish cooking the rest of the food and put everything on the table. “You guys can start eating if you want, I am going to go wake Spencer up.” I say, smiling at the two of them. He must have been exhausted last night; he is usually one of the first ones up. Probably only because he goes to work so early, but still.

“Thank you for cooking.” Adalina says. “It smells delicious.”

“You are welcome, baby. I hope you like it. I will be right back.” I say, as I lean in to kiss her, before turning and walking out of the room. I make my way upstairs and when I get to the bedroom, I can’t help but smile.

Spencer is sprawled out in the middle of the bed. His hair is all over the place and he just looks so peaceful. I walk over to the side of the bed and even though I don’t really want to ruin his sleep, I reach out and touch his arm. “Spencer, it’s time to get up. I made breakfast.” I say.

Spencer groans softly and I gently shake his shoulder. “Spencer it’s time to wake up. Jace and Adalina are waiting for us downstairs.” I say, this time a little louder.

Spencer groans again. “No.” He says, voice rough from sleep.

I laugh. “You have to get up.” I say, rubbing his arm.

Spencer shakes his head. “No, you need to come back to bed.” He says, barely opening his eyes.

I smile at him. “I can’t sleep anymore.” He knows once I am up and moving around, it is almost impossible for me to go back to sleep. I have always been like that. I can sleep for a long time, as long as I don’t wake up any.

Spencer gives me a mischievous, sleepy smile. “Who said anything about sleeping?” He asks, reaching out and grabbing my arm.

Before I can say anything, he pulls me back in bed with him. I land halfway on top of him and we both laugh. “What now? Since you got me back in bed.” I ask, smiling at him.

Spencer cups my cheek and leans in to kiss me. Each swirl of his tongue around mine, sends an electric spark of pleasure shooting through me. “I had a dream about you last night.” Spencer whispers, when he pulls back breaking the kiss.

“Oh yeah?” I ask, smiling. “What kind of dream?”

Judging by the redness in his cheeks right now, I’m assuming it was a naughty dream. “Well, we were in the shower.” He says, the redness in his cheeks turning darker.

I run my hand down his chest, going to his stomach and back up. “Mmhmm and what happened while we were in the shower?” I ask, enjoying his embarrassment a little too much.

“I- uhh, well we.” He pauses. “You ummm, you were kissing me in the shower and playing with my dick.”

“I like the sound of that.” I whisper, running my hand down his chest and stomach again. “What happened after that?” I ask, looking into his eyes.

“You spun me around, so I was facing the shower wall. Then you pinned my hands against the wall and well-.” He pauses again, obviously embarrassed. “You know.”

“I fucked you?” I ask, dick twitching at just the thought of that.

Spencer nods his head. “Yes.” He says, in a low whisper.

I bite my tongue to keep from groaning. “Did you like it? In the dream?” I ask.

Spencer stares at me for a minute, not saying anything. Then he leans in to kiss me again, rolling us over so he is on top of me. “Yes. I did.” He says, when he pulls back.

I smile at him. “Maybe we can make your dream come true sometime.” I whisper, hoping someday he would be comfortable with that plan.

Spencer smiles. “I think I would like that.” He says.

“Me too.” I say, glancing at the door. “We should probably go downstairs. I told them I would be right back.” I don’t want to go, especially not after hearing that, but Jace is already worried about Spencer. I don’t want to give him more reasons to wonder what’s going on.

Spencer sighs. “Yeah. Let’s go.” He says, giving me a quick peck on the lips. Spencer sits up and climbs off the bed. I reluctantly get up and the two of us head downstairs.

Jace and Adalina are already eating when we get downstairs. “Good morning, baby.” Spencer says, walking over to kiss her.

“Good morning, Spencer.” She says, smiling up at him.

Me and Spencer take a seat at the table, filling our plates. I catch Jace staring at Spencer, but he doesn’t say anything. “Do you guys have any plans for today?” Adalina asks, looking around the table at the three of us.

“You already know I don’t.” I say, smiling at her. “I am just going to spend time with you.”

Spencer smiles at her. “I was supposed to work today, but I don’t want to. So, I am going to let my project manager handle it.” He says, glancing over at me.

Adalina smiles and turns to Jace, giving him a hopeful look. “I don’t have any plans baby.” Jace says.

Adalina claps excitedly. “Yay! I get to spend the day with three of my favorite guys. The only thing that could make this better is if Tyler was home. I miss him so much.” She says.

“I know. We miss him too.” Jace says.

Maybe I can convince Tyler to come home early. I want her to be happy. I want her to have everything she wants. If having Tyler home will make her happy, then hopefully I can find a way to make that happen.
