Derek's POV
We are outside Anna's room, and I can't wait to see her and touch her belly. Vince is helping Liam hold me up because I'm a little dizzy but okay.
"Alpha," Vince says, holding my arm and looking at me, "we love Anna a lot, and we all treat her like we are her brothers, and if we give hugs to her, I hope you don't freak out," he says nervously. I chuckle.
"No, she would have my ass if I said no, so hug her and treat her with respect. All of you make her happy, and I know you don't look at her in an inappropriate way, so we are good. "Did you worry about anything else?" I watched him nod and smile at me.
We go in, and my angel is curled up sleeping, her cute as fuck belly sticking out. Victor is sitting by her bed holding her hand and watching her sleep. His gaze goes to her belly every few seconds.
"Alpha, a warrior says, 'Glad you're okay,'" and I smile at him.
"Thank you, and I'm glad you're here with Anna. I appreciate you protecting her." I move to her bed and sit beside her and touch her face. She whimpers and moves closer to me. Victor lets go of her hand and hugs me before backing up. She mumbles something and turns over; her belly is just fucking adorable. I place a hand gently over it, and she sighs softly.
"She looks so fucking cute." My voice comes out rougher than usual.
"Yes, Liam sits behind her, his hand joining mine; it is absolutely adorable." He smiles at me as I look at her, thanking the goddess that she is okay.
We watch Anna sleep for a while till she yawns and moves to get up. She barely opens her eyes as she trudges to the toilet to pee, but when she comes back, her eyes go huge, and she launches at me, and I catch her and hold her tight to me.
"Derek!" she sobs loudly. "Oh, Derek...I thought...I was so scared." Her sobs kill me as she touches me and feels my skin. She is in my lap, crying on my neck, holding on tight as I run my hand up and down her back trying to soothe her.
"Baby, it is okay. I'm here, angel. "Calm down, love," I try to soothe, but she keeps crying and whimpering. Her face stays in my neck, and feeling her tears on my skin kills me. My wolf whines as she cries; he hates her being this upset.
"I love you, baby." I kiss her head. "I love you." I keep saying this as she cries.
"I was so scared, Derek. There was so much blood, and you got taken to surgery," she was rambling, but I didn't interrupt her. "Then Victor, the big buttface, was hurt and collapsed. I was so scared." Her crying made everyone look down and look guilty. Victor looked so torn up.
"I'm sorry, Alpha," he said, looking at her sadly.
"Your fine baby looks like the buttface is fine," she gasped, looking at Victor.
He chuckled as she looked embarrassed. She blurted it out loud, but he smiled at her fondly.
"I don't mind being a buttface if it makes her happy. I will be the buttface so she can get a laugh whenever she needs it.
"I'm sorry, Victor; it is rude to say that." She looked guilty.
"It's fine, Sis, I swear it is." He looked at me, and I nodded.
"So we have news, honey," I said, kissing her head and rubbing her belly as she sat in my lap.
"You're not hurt worse, are you?" She tried to leave my lap.
"No, baby, but it may shock you. Okay, first Liam caught a nurse playing with my junk while I was unconscious, and he threw her ass out. "I mean literally threw her against a wall," I said, and she growled.
"Who the hell does that? We need to wash your cock pronto." She forgot the guys were here, and an instant blush hit her face when they laughed.
"Second, you're carrying two female pups; one is Liam's and the other is mine. "Doc wants you on bedrest till they are born, and I agree. "I watch her face as she pales then looks at us, uncertain if we will flip out or celebrate. Everyone celebrates as we stare at each other. I am more than happy as she keeps my gaze.
"Are you okay with this?" She looks scared.
"Yes, angel, we are going to get two more beautiful girls that will have all your beauty. We love you, baby, so damn much it is scary." I kiss her lips and hug her.
"Derek, I had the warriors kill the two bitches that helped the alpha rogue right in front of him," she said, not even flinching. "I wanted him to see we aren't weak. "I was so fucking proud.
"Good baby, that should be a message to all: we aren't the pack leaders to fuck with. I'm fucking proud of you, but from here on out since you're in a delicate position, Liam and I will handle this shit. I want you to be safe and healthy." I kiss her lips and lie down with her. The doctor comes in with the ultrasound machine, and Anna stops the warriors from leaving.
"No, please stay." She looks up at me, and I nod.
"She wants you to stay, so stay; come see your nieces." I smile and kiss her. Once the machine is on, he squirts gel on her belly, places the wand, and I see two little lives that bring tears to my eyes.
"Oh my goodness, Derek, look." She burst into tears. Liam is on the other side smiling at the screen, and my warriors are wiping their eyes. Big pussies.
Your two girls are alphas, and they are right on schedule and appear very healthy. Luna needs plenty of food and bed rest from here on out," he says, smiling at us.
"Thank you," I say, wiping my eyes as I stare at our girls.
