Derek's POV
"baby where the hell you get that type of power it was strong. You shifted but didn't shed your clothes and you were on a she wolf fast. Fast like an alpha", I looked at my sweet mate loving her sweetness. She handed Vince more gummy bears and Victor was helping her gather all her gifts.
"I was always able to do that but the other stuff wasn't. I could never growl loud enough to shake a room. I'm at a loss guys",she smiled as Victor handed her a sub. He bought her a sub and cut up her pickles to put on top. She shared some with him and he didn't say no. She had cookies and she handed them out to our warriors. Freaking big ass babies.
"Baby do you always get that meaning when you shift?"Liam asks, kissing her head.
"No, I was really mad about what was said about Levi and I went crazy. I'm sorry Derek I didn't mean to be disrespectful ",her eyes filled. Victor was purring to comfort her and telling her it was alright. I mean really you damn guys are warriors mean as fuck fill others with fear warriors but here are my men sharing cookies and being affectionate with my mate. I was annoyed. Where the hell is my cookie?
"Anna, do you know anything about your bloodline?"
"no but I can ask my parents when they get back from their vacation",she ate more sub offering Liam a bite which he smiled and took a small bite.
"you guys want some I don't mind sharing ",she looked so cute.
"baby eat", I say getting more frustrated with this shit she didn't even offer me any. When her chin wobbled and every male in the room glared at me I sighed.
"I'm sorry Derek. her voice shook and she put down her food, "I'm focused now I'm sorry", tears filled her eyes and I instantly felt like shit cause I got jealous over my warriors.
"baby just eat",Liam said rubbing her back but she nodded no and try as she might tears slipped and every male glared at me more fuck now I'm the bad guy.
I sighed.
"I can call my dad now and ask him about our bloodline. I never behaved like that before and I couldn't control my wolf. She was furious. Am I forgetting anything?", her soft voice with an added sniffle killed me. My warriors sighed as they tried to coax her to eat. She was so tiny and I ruined it by being an ass. She wiped at her face and looked away from me. Liam looked at me and mindlinked me upset I got her so worked up.
"Can I leave now?",she asked, getting up from Liam's lap.
"Baby, I started feeling awful, you don't have to ask?"I tried to sound apologetic but she fled and everyone stood looking at me in anger.
"Derek what was that?", Liam asked, staring at the door.
"I did nothing",I tried to defend myself as they all looked at me like I was stupid.
"You upset our sister", my warriors voiced anger in their voices. She was eating and happy but you ruined it with jealousy. You both have nothing to worry about. We love her like a sister. She is kind to us and caring and none of us can't help but be drawn to her. Like brothers that is it and I would appreciate it if you didn't upset our sister like that ",was voiced and I glared at them. "I get it alright I'm just not used to others having her attention but Liam and I so excuse me for this", I growled. They all sighed and Vince left after her while the rest of us talked about her shift and power. She is strong as hell which I never would have guessed for my little beauty. She was extremely sensitive and nice to everyone and I was an ass.
"I will be right back Liam if you would talk battle plan till I get back please", I ask and he nods.
I rush to find my mate and I do but I stand back as Vince talks to her in the kitchen.
"sis you know he didn't mean it Derek loves you honey", he says patting her back.
"I know but he can be so mean at times and he was mean to you guys you guys don't deserve that. I'm sorry if I got you guys in trouble", she sniffles and he hugs her patting her back.
"no sis we should back off but we all love you and we want you happy. We found out your favorite food cause we are excited to feed you and our niece or nephew. We overstepped I believe ", he said and she gasped in fear. Fuck my angel shouldn't ever feel that.
"No you didn't, maybe I did but I always wanted brothers. Do you think he will discipline you guys? Maybe I can take the punishment ",she offered and Vince growled.
"No sis we got this, if we get disciplined we take whatever he orders on you we would die if you got hurt", he rubbed her back as she whimpered.
"I'm sorry Vince, my hormones are a mess. I cry too much. I don't know how Derek and Liam put up with me", she looked broken.
"We put up with you because we love you baby. You and sweetness is what draws us to you. I'm sorry I upset you baby. Vince if you would Liam and the others are talking I would like to talk to my mate",I say patting his back. He kissed her head and said cheer up sis and talk to your man before leaving us.
"Angel, I started as she looked up, tears falling as she whimpered, I love you".
"I'm sorry I'm weak natured", she mumbled sadly.
"baby no your not", I pull her in my arms and kiss her lips. She was in my lap and I was rubbing her back as she cried.
"I'm sorry I left. I needed a few and I called my dad. He said he will come back in a few days and wants to meet up. They have stuff to tell us", she cuddles closer wiping her face. I tilt her head up and take her lips.
