Chapter 24 Our Little... [Final]

Onyx's POV

"It's okay baby, deep breaths." I said as he held my hand tightly.

"I-I'm scared." he whimpered, gripping tighter making me wince.

"It's okay..." I said and he bit his lip nodding.

The baby is late, he isn't coming so he's having a C-section. He whimpered, crying and I wiped his tears away.

"I-I don't want them cutting me." he whimpered and I hugged him softly.

He hiccuped as daddy looked through the mirror view frowning. Dad couldn't make it since he was at work.

"I know baby.... but I don't think it's safe that you carry the baby any longer." I said and he nodded biting his lip harder.

"I-I wanna go home..." he cried and I rocked him.

"I know I know baby." I said and he cried hard. I hate seeing him like this but I just wanted him to be okay. I hummed softly rocking him and eventually I closed my eyes and fell to sleep. When I opened my eyes I felt wetness surrounding me.

"What the-" I started to say.

"Aahhhhh!" I heard Alex scream and I looked over to see daddy telling Alex to push.

"Baby!" I said and grabbed his hand which he took and squeezed so hard I wanted to cry. I looked around noticing we were in really bad traffic.

"Took you long enough to wake up." daddy said glaring my way before going back to coaching Alex to push.

"I-I'm trying." he panted and pushed again, squeezing my hand.

"Well at least you don't have to get a C-section." I said grinning and Alex panted hard.

"Whe-When he's out.... I'm gonna smack you." Alex panted then yelled pushing making me wince as he squeezed my hand hard, probably a fifty fifty with it being on purpose or not.

"It hurts." Alex cried and I wiped his eyes.

"An ambulance should be close hy since I did call one before traffic was this bad." daddy grumbled and was about to widen Alex's legs.

"I-I'll do it." I said but Alex pulled me down whimpering as he pushed.

"Quit being jealous he's your damn father." Alex said pushing harder and I blinked at him, he rarely speaks that way. "Aaahhhh!" he screamed as a guy in a uniform ran over to the car. 

"A doctor?" my daddy asked hopefully.

"Or at least a nurse?" I winced as Alex squeezed my hand.

"No, I'm bob the builder." the guy scoffed, making us all glare besides Alex who only screamed pushing.

The guy handed my daddy some small little bathtub thing I guess with water in it and a towel before coming over to help Alex give birth.

"Ahhh!" Alex screamed and before I knew it.

"Waahh waaah!" I heard the baby cry as daddy smiled softly and helped the the guy clean off the baby.

"It's a boy." the guy said handing Alex the baby in a yellow blanket, who was panting exhaustedly while the baby cried.

"Sh sh it's okay." Alex said smiling down at him tiredly.

The baby blinked but his crying went softer until it stopped and his brown eyes stared up at Alex. I smiled, kissing Alex's head.

"You did a good job." I said.

"I know thank you." the guy and my daddy said at the same time before glaring at each other.

"You can leave now." Daddy said and the guy huffed before turning to us.

"So what are you going to name him?" he asked and Alex smiled.

"Hmmm how about Manny?" he asked looking up at me smiling and I nodded.

"Manny Rene'." I said.

"Reed." daddy said, smiling and we all nodded while the guy wrote it down.

"Uh huh, nice doing service with you all." the guy said before taking his leave.

"Manny Rene' Reed." I said smiling as Alex kissed the baby's head softly. I reached out to the baby and Alex smiled handing the baby to me.

"Hi there Manny." I said, smiling brightly and wiped my eye. "I never thought I'd be a father, well not this soon." I said as he only stared at me. "I know you probably don't understand anything I'm saying but I'm glad you're here. I hope you make Alex and I stronger. And I want you to know that you're already loved." I said, smiling and kissed Manny's nose. I heard a faint giggle which made me grin down at him. That little giggle and smile meant the world to me.

"Okay okay, pass him to his grandaddy now." daddy huffed, making me laugh as I handed him over. "You're going to be so spoiled." he said, smiling down at him as Manny only blinked.

I laughed softly and glanced at Alex to find him fast asleep. I kissed his head and rubbed his hand smiling. I glanced over at Manny who was in daddy's arms. He had brown hair like Alex and my dad. It was curly though which he must have got from my daddy. And his brown eyes he also got from my daddy which made me huff. But he got his soft skin from Alex. Where is there any part of me in that baby? Well I guess his messy hair comes from me but what else....

"Awww his little nose looks just like yours." Daddy cooed and I smiled. "I miss when you all were babies!" he cried, making me roll my eyes smiling and I glanced down at my baby son.
