Chapter 31

After Alon's unexpected nightmares, it was later discovered by Ino that Alicia was behind his terrible dreams.

She kept quiet for a while as Ino was busy pressuring her arm as he aggressively cloak it hard.

‘ arh, ok am going to talk ’.

‘ go on, am listening ’.

‘ am a sorcerer, am not planning to kill anyone just testing if my magic still works, I never planned to kill anyone ’, she said.

And Ino loosen his hold on her, ‘ I believe you ’.

She became surprised, ‘ what ? ’, in a soft tone.

‘ I said I believe you, but I don't know why you wanna kill Alon, his an innocent young man, is there anything you are hiding from us or should I say from me, cause am the only person that knows your secret so better start talking ’.

She moves away from him and kept quiet for a while.

‘ yes, I was not really in trouble, everything I said was a lie about my family, in fact I don't even have a family of my own, I was sent here on a mission to stop you all from getting to Lincoln under the commander orders but as he is dead I realized that there is nothing to do so I decided to brainwash Alvin ’.

‘ why, he is a good guy ’, Ino said.

‘ that is not why really, not cause his a strong person, I can say his stronger than you but that is not why ’, Alicia said.

Ino become angry and yells at her with rage allover his expression, ‘ he is not stronger than me, take those words back ’, in a serious tone.

‘ am sorry but that is just the truth, he is really stronger than you but so that you would not kill me let's take it like that ’, she said.

‘ ok, go on ’.

‘ so that he would love me, that is why not cause his strong ’.

Ino doubts her words and thought to himself, ‘ she is telling a big fat lie like herself ’.

At Angela's room...

Alvin and Angela were having a serious conversation with Alvin yelling at her.

‘ why did you decide to tell them about Sir Giaus disappearance, you know we were planning to go search for him, why would you have to do that, you just messed things up, how could you ’, Alvin yelled.

She stares at her ceiling and slowly closed her eyes as the conversation became more and more aggressive, ‘ you do not real get what happened, we needed a leader for the main time, we can not just decide to stay here without a leader that is called flying blind, you do not want that for the team, remember you and I are just kids we do not know anything about this demon hunter academy until we are part of the corp, hope you know about that ’, Angela said.

Alvin curls his tongue and squeezes his palm together, ‘ I know but what you did was really wrong, we can not even trust this Elvis of a guy, his like a mad man, even his first expression spells danger, I don't like that guy ’, Alvin replied her in a serious tone accompanied with a calm look.

His demon urges were up again, he tries to hide it but Angela sights him and held his hands tight, ‘, stay with me, don't go down on me, if you shift you might die, I don't want that, remember you are all I have ’, she said in a scared tone.

As Alvin heard her voice, he sighs in and out and slowly lost the urge, Angela was already holding him tight and crying on his arms, her tears drips like water on his arms, she was cold like a fresh water fountain, Alvin knows how his condition threatens his sister welfare, he then braced her back, ‘ I promise you, I would not stay back on my words, just stay calm with me, I promise you that I will over come this ’, He said in a weak tone.

Hope was in the same room as Alon, he was busy staring at Alon as he was still at rest on his bed, his hands were bandaged while from his top to his bottom were covered on a long sheet.

Hope was watching after him Incase any event turns up again.

The door ‘ clink ’, and foot step could be heard walking into the room.

Hope noticed the foot step, it was so obvious to him that he decided to hear what the person had to say.

‘ how is he doing, hope his recovery quicker than we anticipated cause if not, there is nothing we can actually do for him ’, in a serious tone accompanied with sniffs.

‘ yeah, and what are you doing here ’, he turns his back and discovered it was Alvin.

His eyes were red and he uses his hands to clean away the tears on his face.

‘ what happened to you ’.

‘ nothing, is nothing serious, just feeling a little emotional, you know what I mean right ’, in a soft tone.

‘ yeah, I guess ’, Hope replied.

‘ am getting curious about your new friend Alon, his looking strong, I guess Angela really had her works on her wrist, like look at how she took care of him, now his looking pretty good ’, Alvin smiles.

‘ so why are you here, do you wanna tell me something important or what ’, Hope asked.

‘ yeah, it is about Sir Giaus, am planning to search for him tomorrow, am really thinking you should come with us to go find Sir Gaius ’, Alvin said.

He kept quiet for a while before he went on saying to him, ‘ after seeing this new guy behavior, I really think that he is not going to let us go out from the academy because of his strict attitude, am starting to hate this guy ’, Alvin said.

‘ I think we should really tell him about it, it's going to be rude of us to just leave without telling nor telling any of the other students about our leave ’, Hope said.

While Alvin was holding up his jaw and thinking to himself.

‘ you know what, I can not come with you guys, I rather stay here with Alon and monitor his odd behavior Incase something comes up ’, Hope said.

‘ no worries, am going to inform the others then, just do me a favour and lie on our behalf and also take good care of your friend ’, Alvin said.

‘ no worries, I will ’, Hope replied.

And Alvin walked out from the room.
