Estelle held her hand with a gentle smile and said, “He is not an old man. He is a young man.”
“Young man?” Rebecca asked with doubt. “Really?”
“Really,” Estelle said. “Rebecca, thank you so much for helping me today. I have to go now. And please help me find a job.”
Rebecca patted her chest confidently and said, “No problem. Consider it done.”
“Then how will you go back home?” Estelle asked.
“My father is also here. I’ll go back with him later. Don’t worry,” Rebecca said with a smile.
Estelle nodded, got into the car, and said goodbye to Rebecca.
In the car, she kept looking at Rebecca from the rear-view mirror until the car drove away and Rebecca was out of her sight.
Later, she received a message from Mr. Mysterious again.
‘Do you have a good relationship with Miss Miller?’
‘We’ve known each other for more than ten years, but... Something happened to me before, and we lost contact. We reconnected with each other not long ago. Rebecca is a good girl and a loyal friend.’ Estelle texted him.
‘The Miller family had a cash flow problem recently. I heard that Rebecca and her father came here today to seek to cooperate with York to get through the crisis of their company.’ Mr. Mysterious replied to her.
After reading the message, Estelle couldn’t help but worry about Rebecca and thought, ‘Rebecca offended Uncle York for me. In this case, Uncle York will certainly not cooperate with the Miller family. It’s all my fault.’
Estelle felt very upset. “Excuse me, please drive me back to the Hudson’s House.”
The driver was a little surprised, saying, “Miss Hudson, Mr. Mysterious has been waiting for you in the Grand Hotel of Hadale City. Did you leave anything in the house? Just tell me, and I’ll ask someone to pick it up for you.”
“No. I just still have something to say to my Uncle,” Estelle explained abruptly.

After hanging up the phone, the driver turned his head and said to Estelle, “Miss Hudson, Mr. Mysterious told me not to follow your order to drive you back to the Hudson’s House. He asked me to drive you directly to the Grand Hotel of Hadale City.”

“He said that he knew you didn’t want to owe anyone. If the Miller family loses the opportunity to cooperate with your Uncle as she offended him and you feel guilty and want to go back to beg your Uncle to help the Miller family, according to him, it won’t work.”
Estelle bit her lower lip and thought, ‘How does Mr. Mysterious know what I’m thinking? He can always read my mind.’
“Miss Hudson, Mr. Mysterious instructed me to tell you that he will help the Miller family solve the cash flow problem, and he assured you that.”
Estelle raised her head immediately and asked, “Did he really say that?”
“Yes, he said that Miss Miller helped you today, so he was willing to help her,” The driver uttered.
“But I...”
“He also said that you are his, and since you owed Miss Miller a favour, he would return the favour for you.”
“...” Estelle didn’t know what to say.
“Miss Hudson, shall we go back to the Grand Hotel of Hadale City as planned now?” The driver inquired.
Estelle nodded, “Okay.”
The driver started the car and headed to the Grand Hotel of Hadale City.
It was already late afternoon when they arrived at the Grand Hotel of Hadale City.
When Estelle returned to the room, the lights were still off, and the curtains were still drawn.
She was quite used to the darkness.
“You’re back?” Mr. Mysterious’ voice came from the direction of the dining room.
It was not until after a while that Estelle’s eyes adapted to the darkness.
Then she saw Mr. Mysterious sitting in the dining room and elegantly drinking a cup of coffee. The room was full of the fragrance of Blue Mountain Coffee.
“Sir, I’m back,” She approached him.
“Come and have a seat,” Mr. Mysterious said gently.
Estelle took a deep breath, walked to the dining room, and sat opposite him.
“Would you like some coffee?” Mr. Mysterious had offered her.
Estelle shook her head and said, “No, thanks. I can’t drink hot drinks.”
The man smiled and said, “Why?”
Estelle hesitated to answer him.
Since she got lung cancer, she couldn’t drink any hot drinks because they would cause piercing pain in her lungs.
“Sir, the Miller family...” Estelle started another topic with a hesitant look.
“What do you want to say?”
Estelle sighed and answered, “The company of the Miller family is of the same scale as the Hudson Group. To solve the cash flow problem of such a big company, the money that the Miller family needs must be astronomical. I’ve already taken a lot of money from you, and now you will spend more money to help the Hudson family for my sake, which means I owe you more. I don’t know what else I can do for you. Mr. Mysterious stared at her for a long time and said, “You have.”

“No problem,” Estelle said firmly. “But I may not be healthy enough. May I know which organ your friend needed? As long as my organ can function well, I’m willing to donate it to her in—”
“Estelle,” Mr. Mysterious interrupted her.
“Yes, sir?”
Mr. Mysterious chuckled and said, “You are so imaginative. You are suitable for the job of a designer.”
Estelle was confused. “What?”
“Organ donation? How could you think of such a possibility?” Mr Mysterious couldn’t help chuckling. “Don’t worry. I don’t want your organs, and you don’t need to pay back the money to me.”
Estelle was relieved, asking, “Then why did you help me repeatedly at great cost? Is it just because I look similar to your old friend?”
“... Because I’m guilty,” Mr. Mysterious declared casually, but his voice was wrapped with a bit of sadness.
