After ending the call, Estelle attempted to reach Mr. Mysterious once again. However, to her disappointment, he still didn’t answer. Resigned, she handed the phone back to the driver.
“Have you found someone to pay the fare for you?” the driver asked.
“Yes,” Estelle said with a nod. “He will pay you the fare when I arrive at the destination. Don’t worry.”
“Okay.”
Twenty minutes later, the taxi stopped at the gate of the Rose Garden.
Leaning against his car, Justin had been waiting for a few minutes.
When he saw the taxi, he walked over and handed the driver a note. “Thank you. Keep the change.”
The driver took the money happily and drove away after Estelle exited the taxi.
“Miss Hudson, is your incision still painful?” Justin asked as he took Estelle gently by the arm to help her.
“No. It doesn’t hurt anymore,” Estelle answered. Suddenly, she looked at him and asked in surprise, “Mr. Roberts, how did you know my incision hurt?”
“Weren’t you bumped into by the robber?” Justin blurted out.
“Yes, but how did you know that?” Biting her lower lip, Estelle thought of a possibility and asked tentatively, “Did Mr. Mysterious tell you about that?”
“Um...”
“You contacted him, right? He knew I was robbed? Then why didn’t he answer my calls?”
Justin, who spilled the beans, was speechless and panicked.
Then he tried to explain, “Well, here is the thing. It was indeed because the driver’s phone number was unfamiliar to him that he didn’t answer the phone. He called you but couldn’t reach you because your phone was robbed. But don’t worry. He is on his way back, and you will see him later.”
“Really?”
“Yes,” Justin affirmed with determination. “Only you have his private number, and he doesn’t answer calls from anyone other than you. When you called him just now, he assumed it was a prank call, so he didn’t answer. Miss Hudson, are you feeling better now?”
Estelle nodded slightly and replied, “I’m glad to hear that. Thank you. By the way, about you and Rebecca...”
Justin smiled shyly but confidently, saying, “I won’t let her go again. We’re staying together.”
Estelle had never doubted Justin’s love for Rebecca. He had waited for Rebecca for so many years, which was enough to prove his sincerity.

“I’ll go upstairs with you. Mr. Mysterious said that I must ensure you’ll arrive home safely,” Justin suggested.
Estelle nodded. “You have a good relationship with him, right?”

“May I ask how you knew each other?”
Justin answered vaguely, “Our families have been in a good relationship for many generations, and we knew each other a long time ago.”
“But didn’t Mr. Mysterious leave the Hans family when he was very young?”
“Yes. Well, maybe it’s fate that we knew each other.” Justin said perfunctorily with an embarrassed smile. Then he helped Estelle into the elevator and pressed the button.
Estelle’s apartment was on the third floor, and they arrived there soon.
Seeing her enter the apartment, Justin said, “Miss Hudson, I’m leaving now. Rebecca is waiting for me at home.”
“Okay, thank you, Mr. Roberts.”
Justin then ran downstairs without taking the elevator and didn’t stop until he got to the gate of the community.
After getting into his car, he called Cristofer at once.
“Where are you?” he asked after getting through.
“Drive one hundred meters ahead. I’m under a tree. It is far enough from the window of the apartment. Estelle can’t see me there,” Cristofer told him.
Justin was speechless. He started the car and said, “I suddenly feel like we’re like two spies meeting secretly...”
Under the shade of a tree one hundred meters away, Cristofer was leaning against the car door and smoking.

“You want to live with the identity of Mr. Mysterious in the future? What are you going to do with your company? You have worked so hard to run Hans International Corporation in the past years. Are you really going to give it up?”
Cristofer smiled and said in a relaxed tone, “I’m already very satisfied that I can get Estelle back. I won’t be greedy for anything else. As for the company, I’ll hand it over to Uncle Nelson.
