Cristofer had a weak stomach and couldn’t eat spicy food. During the five years when Estelle lived alone in their villa, she cooked different non-spicy food for him daily.
However, Cristofer didn’t want to see her and had never gone back to the villa. As a result, every day, the leftovers would become her food for the next day. And the next evening, she would cook food for him again.
When she was studying abroad, sometimes, when Cristofer went to see her, she would cook for him, considering that Cristofer was not used to eating raw and cold food there. And among all the dishes she could cook, Cristofer liked stir-fried pork with cucumber best.
Hearing Yohan's words, Mr. Mysterious forked a lump of pork into his mouth and tasted it.

“It’s delicious,” Mr. Mysterious said to her with a smile.
Breathing a sigh of relief, Estelle said gently, “I have cooked this dish many times, and I’m best at cooking it. It’s good that you like it.”
Mr. Mysterious raised his eyebrows and said with a nod, “I like it very much. It’s really tasty.”
“I’ll cook some other dishes for you tomorrow,” Estelle said. “By the way, Sir, do you eat spicy food?”
When she finished her words, Cristofer, no, Mr. Mysterious’ smile froze.
For fear of Estelle discovering that he was actually Cristofer, he nodded and said, “Yes.”
“Then I’ll cook spicy chicken wings tomorrow.”
“Okay.”
After dinner, Yohan pulled Mr. Mysterious into the children’s room and said with an expectant look, “Dad, let’s play games! There’s a difficult stage that I can’t get through. I need your help!”
As if feeling Yohan's excitement, Yvonne, who was lying in Mr. Mysterious’ arms, also became excited and kept giggling.
While playing games, both Mr. Mysterious and Yohan sat cross-legged on the floor, each with a gamepad in their hands and fixing their eyes on the screen.

Soon, the children’s bedroom was full of happy laughter and cheerful voices.
In the dining room, Estelle was helping Mrs. Moorsum cleaning up the table.
Mrs. Moorsum praised while working, “This is the first time I’ve seen Mr. Mysterious. He’s more handsome than celebrities! And Yohan is a spitting image of him!”
Hearing this, Estelle smiled awkwardly.
‘Yohan does look like Mr. Mysterious, but Mr. Mysterious is not his father but his... uncle.’
Thinking about the interaction between Yohan and Mr. Mysterious, she sighed with emotion.
She didn’t expect that Yohan and Mr. Mysterious would become so intimate. After all, this was the first time that the two of them had met each other.
In her impression, when Yohan lived with Eric in Ameris, he had never been so intimate with Eric.

“No, we’ve just been together for a few months,” Estelle said as she shook her head.
Mrs. Moorsum was stunned. “A few months? But Yohan is already five years old.”
Estelle was at a loss for words.
The relationship between Mr. Mysterious and her was too complicated, and it was hard to explain it to Mrs. Moorsum.
Before Estelle could say anything else, Mrs. Moorsum said, “Oh, I see. You mean you two spent more time apart than together before, and you’ve just been reunited for a few months, right? It’s good that you two can finally live together and spend more time with each other. Miss Hudson, Mr. Mysterious cares about you so much. He asks me what you eat and whether you are well every day. And he always reminds me of your living habits and what you like to eat.”
Hearing what Mrs. Moorsum said, Estelle smiled.
After experiencing so many difficulties, she was finally able to live the happy life that she had longed for.
She was living with her beloved man and had two lovely children. And her son’s name was Yohan, while her daughter’s name was Yvonne.
It could be said that everything went as she had imagined before, except that the host of the family had changed.
Once she finished tidying up the table, Estelle proceeded to slice the freshly purchased fruit by Mrs. Moorsum into bite-sized pieces and arranged them on a plate. Carrying the plate of fruit, she made her way to the children’s room.
In the room, Yohan and Mr. Mysterious were still concentrating on playing video games.
When Estelle opened the door, she heard Yohan cheer excitedly, “Yeah! We cleared all the stages! Dad, you are awesome!”
Mr. Mysterious laughed heartily and asked, “Yohan, what did you call me?”
“I called you Dad. What’s wrong?” Yohan said.
“Nothing,” Mr. Mysterious said and shook his head. “Um... Did your Mom tell you that you have another dad?”
“Yes, she did,” Yohan said with a nod. “And I saw that dad in my great-grandpa’s house a few days ago.”
“Then who do you like better, him or me?”
“I like you!” Yohan giggled.
“Why do you like me better? Is it because I’m good at playing video games?”
Upon hearing this, Yohan shook his head solemnly and spoke with earnestness, “No, it’s not just because you can make Mom happy. Dad, I understand you’re a superhero and constantly occupied with saving the world, but Mom needs you too. I wish you could spend more time with her. When I was sick earlier, I had to stay in Ameris for treatment and couldn’t be with Mom. She must have felt lonely. Uncle Eric told me that my biological father is now with someone else and no longer cares for Mom. If he doesn’t care for Mom, then I don’t like him either!”
“If that dad realized he was wrong and promised that he would be good to your Mom, you, and Yvonne, will you forgive him?”
The question stumped Yohan.
He cupped his face with his hands and thought for quite a while but still didn’t know how to answer it.
“Uncle Eric said that one who can correct his mistakes deserves to be forgiven. But Dad, I always feel that it is unfair. That dad knew he was wrong, but the fact that he has hurt Mom can’t be changed. When Mom was sad, he was with another woman. Dad, I think you are better than him. I like you better than him because you are good to Mom and have never hurt her.”
