CHAPTER TWENTY-SIX

NICHOLAS POV

The scenery was lackluster. It wasn't spring so the Themed park that came alive with the season was in very bad shape. The park was for the city's influence and I hoped I would bump into Kim these days if I kept at it.

It was beginning to feel like a crazed routine for me to show up at random places where the big names in Paris hung out hoping, praying I would somehow bump into Kimberly.

Today's meeting was a little close but not exactly as sane as my usual reason for hanging around here. Today I was meeting Cheryll. Over the past couple of months, I had learned the hard way that Cheryll was a cold, ruthless woman who would not stop until she got what she wanted.

She had made it clear that our alliance had only one purpose- and that was to destroy what Craig and Kim had. She swore revenge on Craig's decision to let her go. It was like seeing a real-life version of "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."

It really didn't bother me much. I had a parallel purpose as she did so I didn't mind being a pawn in her games. She had even gone to the extent of telling Rhona that she was now with me. Me and her? Together? That was going to be one hell of a mistake.

"Hey, a penny for your thoughts?" Speak of the devil. Cheryl had materialized out of nowhere in the few minutes that I had turned around.

I stood to pull out a chair for her to settle in but she simply sidestepped my help, sat down, and went straight to the point.

"If this isn't enough reason to be angry, then you'll never be angry enough to get things done," she hissed as she slapped a copy of 'Celebrity Paris' on the table.

The pictures on the cover almost made my head explode. The paper had paparazzi pictures of Kimberly and Craig looking completely stunning.

"CEO AND SOCIALITE CRAIG TIES THE KNOT WITH HIS LOVER."

The pictures weren't random ass pictures. It looked like the magic had been created by photographers who had attended the events just because of them.

"I really hate the both of them, and the thoughts of them being together eat at me every night that I lay down to sleep," I fumed.

How could they work? It didn't resonate with me. It made no sense. She was his slave and suddenly they were so in love?

"That's the spirit. The first step is understanding that they don't belong together. They're only hurting themselves by staying together. They are not from the same class strata. The marriage is bound to suffer. It's also very worthy of note that Craig's parents do not like her. That even further buttresses my point."

Cheryll continued on and on, delusionally assuring herself that the harm we were about to cause them was good in itself.

I hated both of them but something I did for myself was always tell myself the truth. Delusion was bad because it was one thing to lie to yourself but it was an entirely different thing to lie to other people.

"She comes from dirt poor. It's obvious why Craig's parents do not like her. Rich, rich people rarely ever like people who do not fit the bill." The look on her face convinced me that I was clearly wasting my time trying to convince her to at least not be delusional and so I let it go for the moment.

"We need to come up with a fail-proof plan, Craig is too toxic and powerful at the same time to fall prey to. He is also a person of interest in this city so messing with him without proper planning is definitely going to land us in real trouble this time around."

The park restaurant was teeming with people. It wasn't the holidays yet but the laid-back decor, croissants, and good services drew a lot of young people here during the day. My gaze casually settled on one of them, beautiful, tall, and full in the right places. The type of body I would love to squeeze and spank hard into submission.

"Nick... Nicholas.... Are you even listening to me? Have you heard a single word I said?"

Ah, she looked really pissed so I decided to go in with a full-blown apology.

"Hey, I was somewhere in my head trying to decide which game plan would better serve our purpose," I lied.

At this point, I knew that Cheryll's desperation was dangerous but if harnessed properly would give us back our partners. It was also important to note that one wrong move could bury both of us.

"That's fine. So what do you have for me?" She queried eagerly.

"What is the one way to keep lovers apart?" I started rhetorically. "It's simple. By actually keeping them apart!" I continued, feeling so genius for the idea.

"If we could find a way to take Kim away from Craig for a long ass time then half of our problems could actually be solved." The idea gave every bit of genius in my head but now that it was out, it sounded kinda immature.

"You intend to do this how? Are you kidding? Are you suggesting we kidnap her underneath Craig's nose? And what gives you the confidence? Must be delusion. Because I don't see how you want to bypass all of Craig's security to even get a hold of her."

She sounded too bewildered and it was so cute. This eats the cake but she clearly had no idea there were so many ways to kill a cat.

"Nothing in our plans would involve going to the house except Craig decides to lock her up forever. The chances that we would run into her somewhere are large. It doesn't matter how much time it takes. We would get her exactly where and how we want her," I reassured her.

CHERYL'S POV

Nightmares were now a regular part of my dream world. I would turn, twist, roll from end to end talking to myself I'm my dreams. Ever since the news of their marriage got aired and became the talk of the town, it had felt like my peace had also gone alongside.

I would casually be walking down the street and bump into people gushing about the opulence of their wedding.

" They look so good together," one would gleefully shout. "It's crazy to imagine that the Craig, would finally let a mere woman capture his attention enough to agree to a marriage."

"But of course, we all know their marriage is on paper only. That man would never truly love anyone!"

Their opinions were endless and seemed to haunt me everywhere I went.

One time I almost walked over to a group of women who were on the topic of the wedding and letting them know that I was Craig's one true love and that Kim was just a random gold digger who just happened to get lucky with him.

I wanted everyone to know the truth, she didn't deserve any of the attention that was coming her way.

I had already made a couple of attempts to reach Craig since they started their honeymoon but each had failed. That monster wouldn't even take my calls.

As though on cue, my cell phone started ringing. I picked in the first ring and the voice over the phone gave me a level of comfort.

"Mi amor, you want me to come now?" He asked.

I made no hesitation to answer. "I want you here now."

I took the opportunity of the wait to get a shower in and fantasized about him while I waited.

A sharp rap on the door announced his presence. I wanted to further aggravate the tension so I refused to get the door until it felt like he was frustrated and about to leave.

I opened the door, slammed it shut behind him, and pulled him in by his collar. He was livid but that added to the fierce burning desire that already started at the pit of his stomach.

In no time, his anger turned to raving wild passion and he was tearing my lingerie away with a wildly satisfying intensity.

"I want you to eat me out from behind," I begged. "Then let me sit on your face, and then bang me from behind over the table."

He took his time to plunder my mouth, paying no attention to any of my preceding instructions. I was arching wilding under his ministrations like a cat deprived of affection.

"Say, Daddy!" My mystery man groaned.

I wanted to reply but my mouth was latched on his cock, sucking like my life and whole existence depended on it.

In no time he was inside me bucking wildly and riding me with a savage that made this whole sneaking around worth it.
