Chapter 14

Nandini's POV:

After I left from his House.. I didn't hear anything from him.. It's expected that he was mad.. I had no choice.. It would risk his life even more.. Now I have to do something to stop this marriage..

Someone rang my doorbell. I am not expecting someone. who it could be, manik? I quickly open the door and saw my friends standing there..

" what are you guys doing here?" I asked..

"We came here to see u.. We are not hiding anymore right.." Mukti replied..

"U even didn't receive our calls.. I was so worried.." Navya said and hug me..

"  and we can to  ruin your house .." Shina said and dropped on my baby couch..

"Hey.. gently. That's my baby.." I  remind her and she giggled.

"We are lucky that nobody made our video that night.." Aliya sighed..

"They did.. But Arya's stuff made sure to ruin all.. " shina said...

"Yeah apparently.. That club owner was Arya.. Abhi was so angry.." Mukti said..

"Oh! Shut up... Don't we have anything else to talk about other than the boys?" I scowled and they rolled their eyes..

" they are our recent and biggest problem.. So no we don't.." Aliya said....

"Nandu.. U don't have ice-cream..." Navya whined opening the fridge..

"I do." I remember I had one tub remaining last night..

"1 tub se kya hoga... We need to do some grocery shopping.. So that we can Cook and bake.." Navya said excitedly..

"We can just order food from somewhere..." Aliya grumbled..

"Oh Hello.. We have the famous chef with us.. So why order from outside.." Shina said and point towards Mukti..

"Why thank u.. I am flattered.. It would be an honor for me to cook for u brats.. " Mukti said dramatically..

I shook my head and said," We are not giving you any award.."

She made a bad face and we laugh.. suddenly my phone Rang with an unknown number.

"It's Cabir.." Navya said when she saw the number..

I nodded  and hesitated to receive the call. I had a feeling like something was wrong. I pushed that creepy feeling aside and receive it..

"Hello..."

"Nandini.. Someone attacked Manik in his house.. "

"Whaaaat!!!!!" I shouted.. All my fears were coming true..

"He is so injured.. I don't know if he will make it or not.. Please come fast.. we are in his house.."With that cabir disconnected the call...

" Nandu, What happened?!" Mukti asked worriedly.. All of them looking worried...

"Manik was attacked.. He is injured badly.. We need to go.." I said and we all ran out of the house...

Soon we reached to Manik's House and saw everyone there except Manik..

"Where is he? How bad his injury is?" I asked and cabir shook his head..

"Don't know.. All we saw was blood in his room.."

"Now where is he?" I asked..

"In his room ..." Arya replied and my eyes widen..

"Are u mad!! He is injured then why he is here? We have to take him to the hospital.." I tried to go towards the room but they blocked my way...

"We called a doctor.. He is inside now.. He is Manik's family doctor and he said he couldn't assure us about his safety.. Because his situation is critical.." Abhi tried to comfort me but it didn't work.. My friends were standing silently..

"Then why didn't u guys take him hospital.. He can't have the best treatment in his house.. We need to take him to the hospital.." I said aggressively..

"We don't have the time.. It's too dangerous for him to move.. That's why he is still here.." Dhuv said.. That was it I couldn't fight anymore and broke down..

"It's all because of me.. I told him to leave from my life.. otherwise that bloody Maddy won't leave him.. See... " I cried

"Nandu... Please stay strong.." Navya said and I shook my head..

"What strong... All of them were in the ICU because of me.. He caused their accident.. And When we were still with them after the accident.. He send his men to kill them in the ICU only.. That's all because of me.. And see he again strike on My Manik." Everything was because of me..

My friends were crying with me.. And fav 4 was standing still.. Like possessing what I said..

"So.. That's why u guys decided to leave us.." Someone said from the back.. I turned and see Manik standing there...

I couldn't believe he was standing infront of me.. My teary eyes was looking for his wound.. When I couldn't find one I sighed in relief.. He was okay.. Maddy didn't harm him yet.   But he is looking angry.

"Guys u heard her, they left us because of that Maddy.." He said and glared at us..

"So.. All these were fake and ur plan.." Mukti said..

"U knew?" Aliya asked..

"No.. But I doubted .."

"Why didn't u guys tell us.. We could have do something.." Arya said..

"U guys were unconscious when he attacked u for the 2nd time.. How the hell u expect us to tell u without killing u." Shina said frowning..

"That was five years ago.." Dhruv said..

" We didn't want u to get hurt again.. So we never came in front of u guys and contact you. Except when I started Modeling.." Aliya said...

They were talking but Manik was busy glaring at me.. He lied and faked everything just to know the truth.. Now It's my time to get angry.. I wipped my tears and stood up..

"I have works so I am going.." I said..

"Now where are u going?" Manik asked still glaring at me.. I glared him back..

"Bhag nehi rahi hoon.. U know everything about me now.. So u know where to find me..." With that I left them..

I was still shaken.. I was feeling angry, sad, relieved, scared everything at a time.. Everything was so Overwhelming... I need to calm my self and find my inner peace..

Manik's POV:

I was so angry.. The reason was clearly in front of us but still we took so many time just to know it.. Such a dumb act..

"I think Nandini is angry.." Dhruv said after she left..

"Usse jyada to mein gusse me hoon.." I said...

"She was so scared when she heard about u.." Navya said..

"If u told us before we didn't have to do that.." I said angrily and started pacing...

"We should go and look for her.." Aliya said..

"She went back to her house.. Let's go , do some grocery shopping as we were planning and then we will go back to her like nothing happened.." Mukti said and they nodded..

"Good bye.. Boys" they said and left..

"Ahh.. I am exhausted..." Cabir said and dropped on my sofa.

"We all are.." Dhruv said and sat next to him.

"At least now we know.." Abhi said...

"Sorry bro.. I am not moving from ur house today.." Arya said and laid down on a sofa..

We spent our day discussing about business and watching sports.. But in the evening Mukti called me.. Strange.

"Hello.."

"Manik where are u?" Mukti asked all panicked..

"Relax.. I am in my house. why?" I asked all attentive.

"We searched for her everywhere... But still not found her.. She left her cellphone too." She said and my heart skipped a bit.. But I calmed myself..

"What do u mean?"

"Nandini is missing.."
