CHAPTER 11: IM SORRY

I’m in the library looking for books that might help me with Don Ricardo’s request. I am busy doing my training but I still find time to finish his request when the lights turned off.

“holy shit!” I was surprised, it so dark and I can’t see anything when I felt someone hug me.

“ keep steel my lady” I keep steel and I smelled his perfume, it’s so fragrant

“ wha-what do you want? “ I ask. My heart beats fast when he smelled my hair from the back

“ Why did you not tell me that you already knew that we were your friends before?”

“ That was before, if your mother didn’t tell me that she is Vivian Montequinto then maybe until I don’t know that you were my friends before”. I said. It’s ok what’s done is done, we can’t put back the time.

“ I’m sorry, Dad got involved with an accident that day that is why we were not able to come” he explained. I was surprised and felt sad for him.

“ Just like I have said it ok now, I know that something happened back then. I know you, you don’t turn your backs with your promises” I said his hug feels tighter.

“ I’m sorry” he face me and hug me, thank god it was so dark, or else he could see my face blushing.

“it’s okay now Mr. hidden guy, you can talk to me if you want and not like this,” I said but he's still hugging me

“ no, it’s not yet okay “ I was wondering why he said that, he remove his arms from me and he kiss me, just like the last time he did it. His lips were so soft I can feel them.

“ mmmm” that’s enough.

“ Hey, Mr. Montequinto How can you kiss me like that even if it’s dark” I’m amazed he can do that.

“ boys only know-how, my lady,” he said

“ that’s enough, That’s too much already” I tap him

“ I’m happy that you’re the one who know-how my lady “ I smiled at what he said so I hug him.

Liam already left me, I’m still thinking about it, and I’m so happy about that time.

Knock! Knock!

“ bestie??” it’s Fatima.

“ bestie!, come in,” I said, She was smiling so wide.

“ what happened? Why is your smile so big?” I ask

“ I saw him!!!!!! Ahhhhhhh!” she screamed

“ hey calm down! Well get scolded here” I said.

“ I saw him! I saw him! And bestie! He was so handsome I almost drop my underwear” I was surprised

“ you saw who?” I ask.

“ I saw Lucas! Who else” My mouth opened

“ you saw Lucas! Oh my! How? I thought we were not allowed to see them? “ I frowned.

“ I forgot to tell you, me and Lucas is getting married this coming month” my eyes widened

“ what?! I thought it will be held next year “ I said

“ I was a surprise but it’s their mom who told me,” said Fatima

“ since you and Lucas are getting married, I’m happy for you” I approach her and hug her,

“ thank you Sofie” she hug me, we sited down

“ bestie his mom said that tomorrow, Lucas and I will be leaving and we will stay in France”. I was surprise

“ what?! Tomorrow?” why are they doing it so fast.

“ tomorrow we will leave to fix our marriage in there,” said Fatima

“ Sofie even if I’m not here, make sure to finish your training. I know that you are doing a different kind of training compare to me” said Fatima.

“ what do you mean different training?” I ask.

“ The training I did was easier compared to you “I didn’t think we would have different training, I thought Fatima learned her training quickly so she got married right away but I was wrong.

“ Sofie something is going on that I don’t know but I want you to know that I am here for you even though I will become a Montequinto, if you need some help you can call me” I look at her.

“ thank you bestie “ right now I wanted to thank her already because I know she can help me more when we also arrive in France.

Fatima left and I went back to what I am doing. I know that there is a reason why Don Ricardo wanted to see us so I have to prepare myself. I look at the papers they gave me and I only finished half of the 50% of the shares that I have to give to the right persons. I should carefully choose who will inherit this business and give it to those who are capable of running it.

But there is a problem, one of Don Ricardo’s son who holds few of his businesses are slowly getting bankrupt.
