The Beast

In his room, Shah Mir was sitting on the chair in an arrogant style, his one leg was crossed on top of the other leg, shaking his top foot. He was dialling his father-in-law number while Aleezay was sitting beside him, waiting desperately to listen to her father's voice.

Shah Mir noticed her desperateness as he leaned over her, making her flinch back.

“Listen to me clearly, after listening to the voice of your father, if you try to over react then I won't take a second to take your life.” He warned her in a strict voice, making Aleezay stare at him with unknown expressions in her eyes.

“What do you mean?” She was still not getting the meaning behind his words.

“Meaning is obvious, keep your tongue tie or else I will cut it off.” Taking daggers in his eyes, he jerked her in a stern voice.

“Then how will I talk with him if I don't use my tongue?” She was still not getting the matter what he meant.

“Who said you will talk with him?” In a low pitch voice, he made himself clear.

“You said yourself earlier, now you are deviating from your words.” She snapped at him in a state of shock how heartless he is.

“I just said I will make you listen to the voice of your father, got it!” He can't endure the way she was opposing and defying his words.

“What do you mean by that? You are deceiving now. You told me yourself you will let me talk with him and I will….” Her remaining words were left in her mouth when he put his hand on her mouth.

“Just stop it, how much more nonsense will you utter? Now keep your mouth shut or else it won't happen that your father has to bear the punishment of your mistake.” He hissed in a sharp voice, making her scared. But poor Aleezay couldn't do anything. She lowered her eyes and following his command, she didn't speak a word in response.

Meanwhile, Shah Mir dialed Nawaz's number and Nawaz, who was sitting in his room missing his daughter, picked up the call after seeing an unknown number blinking on his mobile.

“Greetings, my dear father-in-law.” Listening to the voice of Shah Mir, he brought a mobile in front of his eyes, staring with strange eyes at the unknown number.

“Sorry, wrong number.” He said and was about to cut the call but what Shah Mir spoke next made him stiff.

“Hey, Mr. Father-in-law, I'm Aleezay's husband speaking.” In a heedless tone, he blasted a bomb on his head.

“Who are you? And where's my daughter?” Nawaz got alert by his revelation as he stood up from the chair.

“Hey, you need not worry. Your daughter is under my seizure…. I mean she is safe in my home or you can say that she is present in her house. And it's obvious the real home of a woman is the home of her husband, am I right?” To Nawaz, Shah Mir's voice seemed familiar. His bitter tone, his voice, and his way of laughter all seemed somewhat familiar to him.

“What nonsense are you uttering? Let me talk with my daughter quickly. You don't know whose dignity you have put your hands on.” He snarled in a state of anger.

“Oh my dear father-in-law, how are you talking? Why would I put my hands on someone else's dignity? Aleezay has been mine since the beginning. And as far as her talking with you is concerned, she won't talk with you. I tried insisting her a lot, but she keeps on saying that other than me she won't keep any relationship with anyone. Maybe your daughter is very happy with her husband, I mean with me. She should be happy, after all, your son-in-law is a very careful man.” Taking daggers in her eyes, Aleezay was glaring at him with a furious look. She was stunned by his white lies that how great a liar he is and how cleverly he was lying to her father.

While on the other side, Mr Nawaz got concerned for his daughter. To speak to her father, Aleezay tried scooting close to him, making Shah Mir glare angrily at her. Aleezay's eyes brimmed with tears and soon it flowed down on her cheeks.

“Just shut your nonsense, very soon I will find my daughter whether you are hiding in any city of Turkey.” He was losing his cool the moment he heard his daughter was married to someone unknown.

“Oh my dear father-in-law, why did you bother to go to Turkey? Why did you put yourself in so much trouble? You should have waited a little then I would have told you myself that I'm in Pakistan. Actually, the matter is that your daughter, I mean my pretty wife, isn't in the mood for a honeymoon for now. So that's why we are here in Pakistan.” In a mocking tone, keeping his voice light, he was informing his father-in-law.

“Whether you go anywhere, it doesn't matter. I will set my daughter free from you, get it! You don't know yet who you have just messed with.” Nawaz tried to threaten him so to make him scared.

“Just SHUT UP!” How dare he threaten Shah Mir who is a Beast. He lost his cool, his mind was buzzing as he couldn't endure that someone raise their voice in front of him.

“Mr Nawaz Khan, don't try crossing your limits, don't ever. Otherwise, you don't know yet who you have just messed with. Aleezay was forever mine, she is mine and she will remain forever mine. And it would be better for you if I call you next time, you should talk within your limits. Don't try crossing your limits even by mistake or else I will cut you off into pieces and throw you away. And I hope you have aptly understood the answer to your question of ‘who I am’.” In a dead harsh tone, Shah Mir roared at him.

Listening to his dominating and wrathful voice, Aleezay was now truly getting scared of him. While on the other side, Nawaz was also shivering badly as he just came to know that on the phone call, he was talking with no one else, but Beast.
