Ian's Residence.
Four Hours Ago.
Ian let out a deep cold breath, deep down he could feel his heart aching as he watched her drenched unconscious body on the cold wet floors but his head was clouded by the thoughts of what she must have done with Luke, he felt even angrier thinking about it.
He turned away from the scene, walking back into the villa not daring to cast a glance at her for fear that he would let his guard down if he saw her meek body once again.
The people watching stared at him in fear, the felt the cold air stride past them as he walked.
They were about to disperse and go to Diane when Ian halted, they could feel their bodies stiffen up as the waited for what he had to say.
"No one is allowed to bring her in, if she is to enter this villa the she should do so on her own feets" he breathed out coldly before disappearing in the direction of his room.
The people exchanged, scared and surprised glances between themselves, scared for the woman who is about to die from cold and surprised by the heartlessness of the Alpha.
The pondered differently on what they could do for a while before dispersing helplessly one by one at the thought of there being nothing they could do, leaving only Yvette who has grown fond of Diane over the past three months.
In tears she launched at the unconscious body on the floor, trying to jerk the body awake but all to no avail.
"Please wake up" she cried on the body pulling the attention of the people around.
"Help!! Please we have to help her" she begged while the people shaked their heads in helplessness.
"You heard the Alpha, unless she wakes up, she can't go in" Matt one of residence protection wolf said.
"So? We leave her out here to die?" She asked in tears.
"Then, should we risk our lives over a wolf whose origin we do not know?" He asked.
"Do not be stupid Yve, if the Alpha chooses to kill you can an already condemned person save you?" Joe another wolf asked but Yvette did not answered.
Lightning stroke followed by the sound of thunder signalling for another rainfall.
"Even the Moon Goddess condemns her" Matt spewed out of his lips.
"Shut up!" Leah ordered this time.
"The Moon Goddess never condemns anyone" she said as she watched Yvette cry on Diane's body.
"If the Moon Goddess truly watch over us then she would not allow this evil befall us" Alia said stepping in.
"The Alpha said we cannot bring her in ourselves, but he did not make any order on waking her up" Leah said and Yvette looked up.
"I've tried.." Her voice shaked.
".. Nothing is working" she cried.
"Is she that nice Yve?" Alia asked as she noticed Yvette deep concern for Diane. Yvette nodded.
"She is ice cold, the best we can do is warm her up and then hope for the best" Leah said and Yvette hugged the body tightly in a bid to supply body heat.
"Alia and I will go get towels" Leah said to Yvette who did not reply until they were almost gone.
"Can you get hot water too?" She asked and they nodded, before disappearing into the villa.
"I think I can finally guess who you are" she whispered to Diane's unconscious body in warm breaths as she hugged her.
"If you say me hugging you, you'd probably be mad" she chuckled.
"So wake up, wake up and scream at me My lady" she continued whispering.
Ian could hear the commotion down stairs from his room with his sharp hearing sense.
"They can't even wake up a sleeping body" he deadpanned slightly annoyed.
"If you are so concerned why did you leave her out there in the cold" His wolf questioned him, unlike other werewolf who were one with their wolf he and his wolf were at loggerhead with each other.
"Get lost" he replied even though he knew there was no body in particular that he was referring to.
"You say you hate her, that the thoughts of having a mate disgust you, then why Ian?" He asked and unclear question.
"Why does the thoughts of what might had happened in that room scare you?" He asked.
"Nothing scare me you idiot wolf" Ian deadpanned.
I
"Ouu what are you going to say? It doesn't scare you, it only annoys you right?" He asked but Ian did not reply.
"Lies, deep down you know it is all lies, you are scared Ian, scared of what Luke might had done with Diane"
"He did not do anything" Ian replied not waiting for what his wolf would want to say.
and"He didn't? Is that what you know or what you want to believe?"
"Shut up you damn wolf" he screamed at nothing.
"You only want me shut because you know my word is the truth" His wolf sneered.
"And so? So what if it is?" Ian screamed.
"It does not change the fact that you are just my damned wolf" he screamed.
"Oh yes, yes it does" his wolf replied.
"It means Luke stepped into your pack, touched what belonged to you and left freely, you are WEAK!!" His wolf deadpanned hitting the nail into the wall.
"If this was a battle Ian Luther he won" his wolf said like a harsh cold wind.
"I am not weak you damn fool" he said angrily.
"Whether it was against your father or your grandfather all you've ever been is weak Ian, so weak you couldn't protect our mother in the guise of what? Training? You are weak Ian, a sore loser, the only thing you know how to win is a fight, in the game of life you are a sore loser"
"Shut up" he looked up.
"Please" he felt weakened by just the thought of how weak he was.
"What? You can't even bear hearing of how weak you are, so shameful" he deadpanned.
"You shut it or I will kill you" Ian replied picking up his sword.
"But how do you intend doing that, I am you after all" he replied.
"How weak are you exactly, oh I know, so weak the only person you could actually take out your anger on was her someone you felt was weaker than you" he continued.
"Well guess what, it seems she is even stronger than you, after all she still did not give in to the fact that Luke was ever here, she did not cower under you to beg for her life, she is not as weak as y.." He stopped sudenly.
Ian had stabbed himself in a non-vital spot.
His wolf sneered in pain.
"You are so weak you cannot even command your own wolf to go back in, so weak you did not even notice you were arguing with your own Mind" his wolf voice faded into nothingness.
