When we got back home my dad was sitting there waiting.
“ Collin,what use are you when your wife and daughter were insulted “. She yelled at dad.
“Wife ? , Daughter? Where?. As far as I'm concerned I'm not married nor do I have a child. This is your family ,I never wanted to marry ”. He said not even looking at us.
“ Oh really , even then why didn't you defend them when that little Bitch was insulting them? When she was disrespecting the Jaques family name?”. She said

I didn't want her and dad fighting their arguments always ended with me and mom being in the doghouse.
Dad stood up and looked her in the eyes.

Most of the shareholders, investors and loan partners have a connection or business relationship with the Chase family. If word got out that this little bitch here is screwing with someone from the Chase family what the Fuck do you think will happen to us ?

He was yelling, this is the first time he's talked back to grandmother, he's usually quiet. This can't be right.
“ Then we deal with her quietly ” , grandmother said.
Dad started laughing.
“ Have you finally gone crazy Collin?”.
“ Don't do it mother,If you do then I won't be held responsible for it. When you lose everything Don't blame anyone.That girl and that family will ruin our lives if you keep this up and keep believing these two. Dominic Chase is already a ruthless bastard and I don't think he'll spare anyone when it comes to his woman. I Guess the liar didn't tell you she had the girl kidnapped and raped , and they already know she's behind it and they're coming for her. So I suggest you protect yourself and your own interests , mother or they'll drag you down with them”. he said then walked out.
“ Did you do that Alyssa ”. Now her anger was focused on me.
“ Yes ,I had to do something ”.
She came to me and slapped me.
“ You little bitch, If you're going to do something do it right. If you want something done, do it yourself. I'll deal with her . If she's dead the better ”.
I walked up to my old room ,I grabbed the vase and shattered it against the door. This fucking Bitch. All she had to do was stay away. Grandmother can do whatever she wants and I'll do what I want. I won't be able to go back into that building so I'll screw with her.
I was careful, How did they find out I was involved? It doesn't matter to me ,I didn't touch her.I grabbed the phone I had hidden and called the number, He answered on the second ring.

I knew the minute Alyssa and Rachel stepped into the building I was already on my way to her . I was in The conference room in her department when they Walked in . They didn't see me standing at the door.
How she knew all that was beyond me. She was scary, Was that why she was meeting her friends?.When She hit Tia I lost it but when my baby slapped her back it was priceless.
She stood her ground,I guess they didn't expect that,they probably thought she was weak and would back down. When she called for Jason,I headed back to the conference room.
She came to me a few minutes later.
“ What's wrong Tia?”.
“ I feel nauseous, and keep throwing up. Can we go to the doctor?”.
“ Okay,why don't you grab your bags and we'll head over there ”.
After the doctor's visit we headed home. She was one month pregnant. I needed to up my shit and make sure she was properly protected.
Allie and Bennett decided to move back home seeing that Tia and I were there and my mother was in all her glory ,she loves having a full house. Dinner was loud and happy, they were making wedding preparations. We were sitting out back relaxing.
“ Mr Chase there's someone by the name of Cyrus here ”. I looked at Martha.
“ Let him in ”.
He was well dressed,he looked about my father's age. He came over to us.
“ Mr Chase, I was told to deliver something to you”. He said, looking at me.
“ Yes and thank you ”. I took the package from him.
“ Angela how are you?, is this her”.
“ I'm fine Cyrus . Yes ”. She said looking at Tia.
“ She's grown up to be a lovely young lady. A heads up to all of you. Mr Jaques informed me that After your meeting earlier today,they were enraged. They're out for blood and his mother is going to try to kill her. And that you're to make sure they don't know she's your daughter or this will end badly ”.
This woman “ Thank you, we'll take care of them ”.
He nodded and left.

Oh the game was on now. I knew it would happen, so I had given Leah a call and asked for something I could use to rile Rachel up. I didn't want Dominic to get involved so when I saw him walking towards my office I lightly shook my head.
After Cyrus left Dominic grabbed his phone and walked off in the distance. I just remembered I wanted him to do something for me ,so you can expect the shock I had when I walked up and heard him say to the person on the phone to break her legs.
When he turned around and saw me he looked freaked out for two seconds.
“ Babe ”.
“ Which one of them?”. I asked.
“ Alyssa ”. He replied
“ Not yet , I need to screw with her first also , I need you to rotate the bodyguards. If you rotate them it's less likely people would notice them also no suit , casual wear , I'll meet them every morning before I go out that way I'll be able to recognize them and no one will be the wiser”.
“ Yeah I wanted to talk to you about that too. Like they say great minds think alike ”.
He said pulling me into him and wrapping his arms around my waist. He was getting touchy.
“ Dominic?”.
“ Hmm” ,he answered while kissing my shoulder. My phone started ringing. I saw Leah calling. I pulled away and answered.
“ Yeah Leah?”.
“ Bitch you're not going to believe what I found. We need to meet this weekend ”.
“ Okay then let the others know. same place, same time ”.
“ Okay ”.
I found him looking at me after I ended the call. He wanted to ask but didn't.
The rest of the week I was going over the documents Collin sent me. They were copies of the loans every Jaques company took and their time frame for repayment. Their investors and partners.
They were in debt. I called Dominic and Bennett down to my office and showed them the documents.
“ How Did you get these? Wait, was this what they man brought?”.
“ Yep , I'm going to ruin them Bennett. Do you know any of these people?”.
“ Between me , Dominic and dad yea we know all of them. Don't tell me you want them to pull out their investments?”.
He asked, looking between me and Dominic.
“ Yep, they'll need to start selling shares ,and I have the perfect blind company to take over it . Greystone ”. I said
He started laughing,he stood up and continued laughing.
“ You're ruthless Just as he is . God damn the two of you deserve each other. We didn't announce the takeover nor did Anderson. Will he do that ?”.
“Well she got him to sell his company so who knows,she needs to meet him”. Dominic said.
“ Alright then. I'll get dad in the loop and we'll start making calls. By the way sis. How the hell are you handling work and all this ?. All your projects have been getting submitted on time .”
I smiled, “ that's the beauty of a great team. Let's get to it.”.
After they left I was busy going through some documents when Tatiana came in.
“Hey Tia ”.
“ Hi Tatiana, I'm sorry I haven't been much help to you guys. I'll take you all out this weekend,let everyone decide”.
“ That's okay, we understand. Umm HR sent an assistant for you, it's a guy and something about him doesn't feel right Tia”.she had a worried look on her face.
“What do you mean ?”.
“I don't know but something about him feels off. He's outside ”.
“ Okay and I believe you. Let's meet him”.
When we walked out he was sitting in a corner. When he saw us he stood up and smiled and started walking towards us. The first step he took , jolted me ,the sound against the tiles sent me back there.
I grabbed Tatiana's hands. He was getting closer.
“ Tia, are you okay?”. She whispered quietly
“ Don't leave my side, please and warn the others”. I whispered. She squeezed my hands to let me know she understood.
“Hello Ms Sommers,My name is Sam Miller , the new Assistant. I hope we'll work well together , as it is I know most of the employees in this department are girls so I felt it was perfect for me”.
Even his voice, and the way he pronounced the word girls .
“ Tatiana will explain your duties to you. I need to be in a meeting so excuse me. Also one rule,"My office is off limits, no one enters unless I'm in there ”. I said looking him in the eyes.
“ Okay Ms Sommers, could I call you Tia ”.
“ No ,we don't know each other that well. Tatiana can you help me get the documents ready for the meeting and show him to his desk.”.
“ Sure boss”. She said
I took my time and walked back into my office, once there I stood still for a minute in order not to panic or throw up. I grabbed all the documents Collin sent me and put them in a folder. I grabbed my bags and everything else and walked out locking My office.
