At 23, Aeryn is already making waves in the scientific community—fair, bold, and driven by a relentless passion for the unknown. As part of a multinational team, she's been dedicated to the pursuit of one of humanity’s greatest questions: are we alone in the universe? The answer seems to be within reach when they pick up signals from a distant planet, confirming the existence of alien life. But as the team prepares for the next step into a mission that requires sending a human to this otherworldly realm, they abandon Aeryn, leaving her behind just as the stakes reach their peak. On the alien planet, Alex is as king,a being of immense strength and unparalleled powers. Yet, there’s a void, a missing piece that threatens not just his rule, but the survival of his entire kingdom. His powers are vast but insufficient until he gets coupled and consummates the bond with his chosen bride. Without this, his powers remain incomplete, and the very existence of his people teeters on the brink of extinction. The search for his queen becomes a race against time, with the fate of his kingdom hanging in the balance.
