Meanwhile, Alex had been standing and waiting for the nurses to come outside. He was really furious and he didn't know what he would do to Isabella today. "Only God would help her if he wouldn't kill her right at the spot." 

Immediately the nurse walked out. He stormed into the room. Isabella lifted her head up and saw him. She was very frightened. She was scared. She just stammered, "Alex, what's… What are you doing? How did you know I was conscious?"

"Just shut up already, you crazy!" As he walked up to her, Alex strangled Isabella. "Just die already, you crazy! See what you've done to me. See… Oh, you made me be… I was not like this before you turned me into this beast I am today."

"Isabella, how dare you! How dare you regain consciousness and call James immediately! Why couldn't you call me? I risked my life just for you. I risked my life so you would regain your memory. And this is what you give to me in return? This is the thank you you can give to me? Really? Your parents did not train you to appreciate people that did you a favor? Now this is what you're giving to me in return? After everything I've ever done for you, Isabella. Why?"

"Why did you call James? Who is James? James was not there when I was with you. James was nowhere to be found when I was sacrificing my life for you. Why now, Isabella? Why are you forsaking me now? Now you're telling everybody that I've changed. Now you're telling everybody I've turned into a crazy maniac. Meanwhile, you are the one who is crazy, Isabella. 

You are the one who turned me into who I am today just because I loved you. You turned everything around me just because of the unending love I had for you. I became a dummy for you. And this is what you give to me in return. No, Isabella. I'll make you pay today. It will all end today. I regret ever making you regain your memory. I regret ever finding a doctor that will carry out that surgery on you. I… I wish Lily had just killed you that day instead of poisoning you. I wish that poison had killed you. Isabella, I hate you. I resent you. Just die already! Why did you always have to come back? Why? Just die!"

Alex continued saying it as the nurse immediately rushed inside Isabella's room. As he was there, she was already hearing a lot of noise. She had already called the security and they immediately uncuffed Alex and took him out of the room. The nurse immediately checked Isabella as she was coughing continuously. Alex had already choked her so much that she couldn't breathe well. The nurses immediately checked her and helped her sit properly on the bed. Isabella was just crying. She couldn't even say anything. Her voice was choked already and she could not even utter any word. The only thing that she could say was, "James has not…" as she immediately knew what she wanted and went out to immediately call James over.

Meanwhile, James had been stuck in traffic. He was panicking already, fearing that Alex would have already gotten to the hospital, but the traffic was just too much. He had to park his car by the road and run to the hospital because he was scared that Alex would have done something to Isabella. He didn't even hear his phone ringing while the nurse was calling him. The doctor had already arrived at Isabella's room trying to check her and see if she was okay so she wouldn't fall into another coma. Isabella was just crying and couldn't utter a word. Her tears fell uncontrollably as the doctor kept on asking if she was fine. She could only nod her head as she could not say anything.

Meanwhile, Trisha had already called Isabella's parents as James told her that Isabella was conscious and Alex was on his way to the hospital and he might try something funny with her. She immediately called Isabella's parents telling them that Isabella was conscious. All of them rushed over to the hospital. As Isabella's parents got to the hospital, they saw Alex sitting right outside the room and he was anchored and had been begging the security guards to uncuff him as he didn't know what he was doing. "I was just drunk. That was why I choked Isabella, but they wouldn't listen to me." They believed that he was dangerous.

Immediately Isabella's mom saw Alex sitting down there, she was surprised. "What's going on, Alex? Why are you uncuffed?"

"Thank God. Yeah, you already answered. Please just tell them to uncuff me. It was just a mistake."

Immediately the nurse went in front of Isabella's mom and dad and explained to them what happened and how Alex had tried to choke Isabella. Isabella's mom immediately walked up to Alex and landed a very heavy slap on his cheek. Alex looked at her stunned.

"Aunt, I didn't do it on purpose. I was drunk. I didn't know what I was doing!"

"Just shut up already, Alex! I've been watching you. I've seen you being aggressive towards Isabella. I thought it was just my illusion and I warned Isabella about all of this but she wouldn't listen to me. So this is what you have been doing to my daughter? Who knows, maybe you are the reason why she was in that coma before you insisted on carrying out an operation to regain her memory. And I didn't want you to do this. You insisted, she fell into a coma. Now that she's conscious, you want to kill her. Why? What has Isabella ever done to you? Is it a crime that she loved you? Alex, why? I don't ever want to see your face. Please just get out of here already!"

As the security guards uncuffed him and threw him out, Isabella thought she couldn't. She didn't want to say anything to Alex because he might just end up severely injuring her. That's why she didn't say anything.

Immediately, Isabella's parents walked into her room. As soon as Isabella saw her parents, she immediately stood up and hugged her mom very tightly. "Mom, I'm sorry for not remembering you. I'm very, very sorry. I have been a bad daughter," she said to her mom as tears continued flowing from her eyes. Her mom was also crying uncontrollably as the both of them hugged each other tightly, not ready to let go. Her dad came before Isabella also and asked, "How are you, my daughter? Hope everything is fine? Are you okay now?" she said to her as Isabella released herself from her mom's grip and also hugged her tightly.

"I'm sorry, Dad, for not recognizing you. I'm really, really sorry. I've been a bad daughter."

"Sweetheart, you don't have to say that. Isabella, you are our daughter and everything is going to be fine now," she said as she continued crying. "Don't worry, I chased Alex out already. Alex would not be able to do anything to you."

"Mom, how did you know?"

"I just saw him out there and the nurses told me what he did to you. I already told you Alex was not a good person but you wouldn't even listen to me. I had a bad feeling about him right from the beginning."

"Isabella’s mom said to her as she kept on crying. Her mom immediately wiped her tears. "You don't have to cry now. You are safe. Everything is going to be fine."

"Mom, what of Trisha? Where is she? Why hasn't she come yet?"

She hadn't even asked about Trisha when the door just swung open and Trisha rushed over to her. "Isabella, finally you're awake! I was very, very scared that you wouldn't wake up. Why did you put me in that condition? Why did you make me scared?" 

As the both of them hugged each other very tightly, not wanting to let go, Isabella noticed someone else had walked in with Trisha. As she let go of Trisha and looked in the direction of where Trisha was, then she saw Rachel standing there. 

As Rachel spoke out, "How are you, Isabella? We were all worried about you. Thank God you are safe now," they said to Isabella. 

Isabella looked at her sternly and looked right back at Trisha. Trisha just motioned with her hand to her that everything was fine and she didn't even say anything to Rachel. Rachel understood that Isabella was still angry and she would eventually come around.
