Chapter 30

Chapter 30
The team fell silent, knowing that Rambo was right. They quickly started to prepare for the mission, checking their weapons and gear.
Rambo and his team, Archer, cobra, Viper, and Dagger, left the meeting room and headed towards the loading dock of the warehouse. They quickly loaded the weapons into a van, securing them tightly so they wouldn't move around during the drive.
As they finished loading up, Sniper approached them, holding a duffel bag. "Almost forgot the extra ammo,"
he said, handing the bag to Rambo.
"Good catch," Rambo replied, taking the bag and stowing it in the van.
With everything loaded and ready to go, Rambo turned to his team. "Everyone ready?"
They all nodded, checking their weapons and gear one last time.
"Let's do this," Rambo said, climbing into the driver's seat.
As they pulled out of the loading dock and headed towards the city limits, Archer spoke up, breaking the silence in the van. "Damn the news these days never cease to amaze me?" Looking up from his phone.
Rambo shot Archer a look, "That's enough about the newsl. We have a mission to focus on. Let's not get distracted."
The team fell silent, the tension in the van palpable. They knew they had to stay focused on the task at hand.
As the van drove through the city streets, Rambo kept his eyes trained on the road, his hands gripping the wheel tightly. He couldn't afford to let his mind wander, not with a mission as important as this one.
The team continued to remain silent, each member lost in their own thoughts.
After a few hours of driving, they reached the outskirts of the city and the road became rougher and less traveled. The surroundings grew more and more desolate as they continued on towards the mountains where the Red blood clans were located.
Viper spoke up, breaking the silence once again. "We're almost there. Let's keep our guard up and be ready for anything."
The others nodded, knowing that they were now in potentially dangerous territory. They had to be alert and prepared for anything.
As the van neared the rendezvous point, Rambo slowed it down and scanned the area for any signs of the Red blood clans. The others in the van tensed up, their hands gripping their weapons tighter.
Suddenly, a figure emerged from the trees and approached the van. It was a member of the Red blood clans, signaling that they had found the right place.
Rambo rolled down the window, and the Red blood member leaned in. "You have the weapons?" he asked, his voice gruff and sharp.
Rambo nodded, "We do. We have everything you asked for, and then some."
The Red blood member motioned for them to follow him, and they made their way deeper into the woods.
They arrived at a clearing where a group of rough-looking people were assembled, their weapons glinting in the light. The leader of the clan, a tall bearded man named Bjorn, approached them.
"You're the Don's men?" he asked, his voice rough and commanding.
Rambo nodded, "We are. The Phoenix sent us with the weapons you requested."
Bjorn nodded, eyeing the van full of weapons. "Looks like you have what we need," he said. "Let's take a look at what you've brought us."
The Black Eyes Clan members watched as the Red blood clansmen began to inspect the weapons. The air was thick with tension, the two groups studying each other warily.
As the inspection went on, Sniper leaned over to Rambo and whispered, "I don't like the way they're looking at us."
Rambo nodded, his eyes scanning the clearing, taking in every movement. "Stay vigilant," he replied, "We can handle ourselves if things get rough."
After what seemed like an eternity, Bjorn spoke up. "Your weapons are satisfactory," he said. "Now, let's discuss payment."
Rambo and the other Black Eyes Clan members waited tensely as Bjorn pulled out a bag of gold coins.
"The agreed upon price," Bjorn said, handing the bag to Rambo.
Rambo took the bag and quickly counted the coins to ensure they were all there. "Everything seems to be in order," he said, nodding at Bjorn.
Bjorn grunted in acknowledgment. "The weapons are in our possession. Your mission is complete," he said, giving a signal to his men.
They began to retreat back into the woods, leaving the Black Eyes Clan alone in the clearing. Rambo looked around at his team, a sense of relief washing over them.
Archer spoke up, "We did it. We completed the mission without any trouble."
"Let's not celebrate just yet," Rambo interjected. "We still have to get back to the Don's mansion in one piece."
The team quickly loaded the remaining weapons back into the van, ready to make the long drive back to the city. The successful completion of the mission had lifted the mood slightly, but they knew the journey back could still hold unforeseen dangers.
As they began the drive back, Rambo reminded them to remain vigilant. "We're not out of the woods yet," he said, his voice serious. "We need to stay focused and alert until we're safe in the clan house."
The team nodded, silently agreeing with Rambo's words. They understood the dangers of their profession and knew that complacency could lead to disaster.
The van continued to drive through the night, the headlights cutting through the darkness. The team remained on high alert, their eyes and ears attuned to any signs of trouble.
Hours passed, and the city lights began to grow closer in the distance. The team's excitement at being closer to home began to rise, but they knew they still needed to tread carefully.
Suddenly, a strange sound echoed in the air. It was faint at first, but grew louder and more ominous as they continued driving. Everyone in the van tensed up, their hands instinctively reaching for their weapons.
"What the hell was that?" Viper muttered, his eyes scanning the area.
"I don't know," Rambo replied, his knuckles white on the steering wheel. "But I don't like it. Keep your guard up."
The strange sound continued, growing louder and more menacing. The team exchanged worried looks, their hearts racing as they prepared for whatever they were about to encounter.
Suddenly, a shape appeared in the distance, moving rapidly towards them. The team squinted, trying to make out what it was.
As the shape grew closer, they realized it was a group of heavily armed men on motorcycles, their weapons glinting in the night.
"Oh sht," Sniper muttered, his grip tightening on his gun.
"Stay cool," Rambo warned, his voice tense. "We don't want a firefight in the middle of the highway."
The motorcycle gang encircled the van, surrounding it from all sides. They pointed their weapons at the Black Eyes Clan, their expressions cold and menacing.
Rambo and his team could feel the tension in the air, the situation suddenly having escalated rapidly. The odds were uneven, with the motorcycle gang outnumbering them.
The leader of the motorcycle gang, a heavily tattooed man, approached the van, his eyes scanning the team inside. "Open the door," he growled.
Rambo's mind raced, trying to figure out their next move. He knew a direct confrontation would put them at a disadvantage, but he also knew they couldn't just surrender.
After a tense moment, he took a deep breath and slowly rolled down his window. "What do you want?" he asked, his voice steady.
The leader of the motorcycle gang smirked, "I think you know what we want." He gestured to the back of the van, where the weapons were still stored.
Rambo raised an eyebrow, "You want the weapons, huh? Sorry, they're not for sale."
The leader chuckled, "Oh, I wasn't asking. Hand them over, or things are gonna get ugly real quick."
The Black Eyes Clan is highly skilled and trained, with each member having unique abilities and skills that make them formidable opponents but in this aspect the motorcyclists outnumbered them.
Rambo's mind raced as he tried to come up with a plan. He knew that they had to act quickly and strategically if they were going to come out on top.
The gang members on the motorcycles started to taunt the Black Eyes, their confident tone making it clear that they thought they had the advantage.
"You're outnumbered and outgunned. Just hand over the weapons and we'll let you walk away unharmed," one of the bikers taunted.
Rambo clenched his jaw, resisting the urge to snap back. "I don't think so. We've dealt with worse than you," he replied, his voice steady and firm.
The leader of the motorcycle gang chuckled, "Cocky, aren't you? Well, let's see how long that bravado lasts."
The rest of the gang members snickered, their confidence growing at Rambo's response.
Rambo knew that they had to keep their cool and not let the gang get under their skin. He glanced at his team, silently communicating with them to stay focused and ready for action.
The leader of the motorcycle gang began to circle the van, his eyes glued to the back where the weapons were stored.
Rambo could feel the tension building, everyone in the van growing more and more on edge as the gang continued to encircle them.
Rambo's mind raced, trying to come up with a plan to get them out of this mess. He knew that they couldn't just hand over the weapons and they couldn't take on the gang in a physical altercation.
Suddenly, he had an idea. But he knew it was risky and could put his team in danger.
He turned to his team, "I have a plan, but it's going to be dangerous. We need to act fast and stay focused. Can I count on you all?"
The team exchanged looks, each one nodding to signal their acceptance. They knew that they had to trust Rambo's leadership in this situation.
Rambo took a deep breath, steeling himself for what was to come. He turned back to the leader of the motorcycle gang, who had finished circling the van and was now standing right outside of Rambo's window.
"Listen, there's no need for violence," Rambo began, keeping his tone even and calm. "We can work something out."
The leader of the motorcycle gang sneered, "Oh? And what do you have in mind?"
Rambo leaned closer to the window, speaking in a low, serious tone. "I have an offer for you. Let us go and we'll give you some of the weapons. We'll even throw in some extra ammo."
The leader's eyes narrowed, clearly intrigued by the offer. "How much ammo are we talking about here?" he asked.
Rambo paused, silently calculating in his head. "Thirty rounds of high-caliber ammo. Enough to make it worth your while."
The leader's mouth curled into a sly grin. "Thirty rounds, huh? And just how many guns are we talking about here?"
Rambo quickly estimated the number of guns in the back. "We have twenty. Five handguns and fifteen rifles."
The leader leaned forward, his eyes sparkling with greed. "Now we're talking. That's a fair deal. Let me talk to my boys for a sec."
The leader turned away from the van, calling out to his gang members. Rambo waited, watching as the leader spoke with his goons in hushed tones.
With the leader momentarily distracted by speaking with his gang members, Rambo saw an opportunity to take initiative. He quickly whispered to his team, "Now's our chance. Be ready, on my signal."
His team nodded silently, their hands tightening on their weapons. They were ready to spring into action at a moment's notice.
Rambo watched the leader closely, waiting for the right moment. The leader was still engaged in conversation with his gang members, their backs turned to the van.
Rambo's heart raced as he counted down the seconds, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. He took a deep breath, steadying himself.
Suddenly, the leader of the motorcycle gang turned back towards the van, a satisfied look on his face. "We've got a deal," he said, his eyes glittering with greed.
