'What are you going to do about her? He needs to know that you didn't cheat on her to get rid of her trust issues and reduce her depression.' Vince told him as they sat facing each other on the couch in Daniel's room. He joined him for a drink today because he knew he needed someone to talk to. Also, he is the one with Aaliyah and their daughter in the state's.

'I know. But not right now. I need to make sure that no one will hurt them when they come back here. I'll make sure they won't be in danger anymore'

'I'll get it. Just update Nik and me when your decision is complete so we can bring them back here' said Vince.

'And one more thing, I know Aaliyah, she will feel guilty because you are the person she trusts for now, you helped her for so many times. Maybe she will think of giving you a chance because she knows you still like her. And that's all she can give back for what you did for her.' Daniel told him directly.

'I expected that. I know Nik will tell you that. Lately she's very kind to me. She even cooked me breakfast. And she wants to say something before you call me. Maybe I'll just tell you now. That time I don't know that she's the girl you're looking for a long time. I like her the first time I laid my eyes on her. And when I found out that she was the girl you were looking for, then you had a child, and she had your heart. 'You met her first. And one more thing, no matter what I do, you are the only man she loves. We all know that, I don't know what you did to her but bro, she's so fucking crazy, madly, deeply in love with you. There's nothing we can do about it' added Vince who was able to see a simple smile on Daniel's lips.

'I'm sorry bro' was Daniel's only answer to him and then he poured his own wine.

'Tsss' Nik said as he smiled and cheered him .

For him, it took him a long time to accept the fact that Aaliyah will not be his woman because her heart is only for Daniel.

'But bro? Do they know uncle and aunt? That your marriage with Trixie was fake?'

'Yeah. Dad was surprised. But my  mom was very happy.' He answered here.

They had been drinking for a long time and they talked about many things, talked about Aaliyah and their daughter. Also the plans that they should carry out so that Trixie and her people will not be able to find a way to get out of jail.

Daniel reached for a similar ring that he gave to Aaliyah when he proposed to her. And now he intends to propose to her again using that ring but through Vince.

Daniel came up with that plan that Vince immediately agreed to.

Now they were able to get along with each other because last time their friendships became a bit of a mess since they both liked Aaliyah.






Three days also passed before Vince was able to return to the states. They had to take care of a lot of things so they couldn't free Trixie.

Before she went home, she went to a restaurant owned by their family here in the states. This is where he plans to propose to Aaliyah using Daniel's ring.



He likes Aaliyah but he has no intention of claiming her because he is not the content of her heart.






It was three months before they returned to the Philippines. He immediately went straight to their mansion because his mother was worried about him and was eager to see him.

That same day, the plan suddenly changed. They hadn't planned to tell Aaliyah the truth, but Daniel's mother suddenly showed up, so Nik immediately called them.

Nik said that Aaliyah already knew the truth.

He was suddenly worried so he thought of going to Aaliyah at Liam's grave because he knew she would go here. He knew at this time that the woman he loved was crying again, so he went to support her.

It was as if his heart was being stabbed while looking at Aaliyah who was in Daniel's arms.

The memories of them back in the states where she took care of him so much, before going to work Aaliyah fixing his clothes, cooked  for him, and every time he came home someone would greet him. Someone will text and call asking him to eat and not be too tired at work. The times when Aaliyah went with him to drink. They also went to the mall several times, and ate outside. At that time, during the three months that Aaliyah was engaged to him, he knew that his heart was really close to her. And even though he knows that he is just pretending to be his finance, he is very happy.

In a short time he experienced being a priority for Aaliyah. That at least sometimes he was the only one that Aaliyah has been focused on.

But now he suddenly woke up to the truth.

Time passed quickly Aaliyah and Daniel's wedding was approaching. They have taken care of everything that needs to be done and they have conspired with everyone who will attend Aaliyah's wedding. One of them is his family friends, and Aaliyah's family. They secretly made wedding invitations and they also secretly distributed them.

Everything is fine. Including the wedding venue, with the help of Lyca, they found out where Aaliyah wanted to get married. And since Lyca know everything about Aaliyah's life, they all asked her what they should add to her marriage.

Just one week later, the girl he loves is getting closer to get married.

He thought of drinking and left his office early when suddenly he bumped into someone on the way out of the company.

Jho, a friend of Aaliyah and Lyca.

He didn't expect to be able to drink with her tonight.

At first his impression was different. He fully thought that this is an easy to get and happy go lucky in life because she also stayed in another country for a long time.

It turns out everything is wrong.

In an instant they suddenly became close to each other. A sad night for Vince turned into a fun one.

A few days passed and he hardly noticed that Aaliyah and Daniel were married in just a few sleeps.



Every day since something happened to him and Jho, they always eat together. He always sees her in the company, that's why they spend almost every day together and talk. One day when they went to his condo, they should have just had a coffee but when he was fascinated by her sexiness when she wore a dress that almost exposed her soul while placing the coffee in front of him, he couldn't stop himself. He immediately put it in his own room and Jho almost slept there all night.

Jho was the answer to what he was feeling in his heart. It was as if in an instant, his sadness and pain because of Aaliyah disappeared. There was a time when he almost didn't think about or think about Aaliyah because he was busy finishing his work so that he could have lunch with Jho early.

Vince Pov



'Where are you? I didn't see you today?' I said to Jho while I was talking to her on the phone.

'Ah, because Im with lyca we are here at the mall'

'Which mall?' I asked.

'Why?'

'What why? I'll pick you up. Are you with Nik?'

'Y--yes, but why---'

'Just tell me where you are!' I said a little irritated because she doesn't want to say where she is.

Tsk.

'Okay I'll text you where we are' she said and hung up.

I don't know but shit, I think, I'm addicted to her! I haven't seen her here at the company for a few days and I haven't been able to call her. I don't know why I seem to miss her! Damnit.

I quickly read the text from her.

I still have work that needs to be done,I also have a meeting at 2pm but I don't care.

I'll come to her.

Really fucking missed her!

I quickly left the office and I told my secretary to cancel my meeting now.
