Chapter 104
Chapter 104
Genevieve
He kissed me fiercely so that I couldn’t scream. His mouth covering mine, trying to absorb every ounce of scream my mouth leaving.
His aggression appeared through his kiss. When he broke the kiss, my lips already swollen as hell.
“You little con woman.” Alonzo’s voice dropped low, rough. “You changed your clothes in front of me on purpose. You wanted to turn me on.”
His brows pulled tight in suspicion.
I couldn’t help it. A silent laugh slipped out of me.
That was enough to send him over the edge.
How he was drooling when I took my shirt off. A beast ready to attack his prey. Now he was helpless because he didn’t want to wake his precious daughter.
“Why don’t you try again..” I smirked.
He grabbed my waist and yanked me close. His mouth grazed my ear.
“You’ll pay for that,” he whispered.
Then he let me go and stalked into the bathroom like his control was about to snap in half.
I lay back on the bed, exhaled, and closed my eyes.
I knew he wouldn’t touch me.
Not when he was fighting himself this badly.
Water ran. A low, frustrated groan followed.
God. He was actually doing it.
He was masturbating under that hot shower. Moaning wildly that I almost lost myself for a minute.
I couldn’t help but kept thinking about his strong muscular hands stroking that rock hard, pinkish blue venous dick.
Shall I let him fuck me?
No. Remember how he left me with my throbbing pussy.
When the door opened again, I didn’t move.
I stayed exactly where I was—naked under the sheet.
Alonzo stepped out, saw me and froze.
His jaw clenched.
His eyes darkened so fast it looked like a storm hit them.
“This brat…” he muttered. “She’s doing this on purpose.”
The mattress dipped under his weight.
His hand slid over my breast—warm, big, possessive.
My eyes flew open the second he touched me.
My breath caught.
Alonzo stared down at me. His eyes wide and his pupils blew like he’d walked straight into a trap I didn’t even set.
He wasn’t supposed to touch me.
He knew it.
I knew it.
But his hand didn’t move.
If anything… he tightened his grip.
I recalled my insult and tried to pull away from him. But his hand held my breast.
“If you dare to scream, I’ll fuck you whole night wrapping your mouth with fucking tape..”
Alonzo’s voice brushed my ear like a threat wrapped in heat.
His hand stayed firm around the side of my head, holding me still.
I didn’t move.
I didn’t say a word.
I only closed my eyes.
His scent was like smoke wrapped around me.
My breathing slowed. My body melted.
Against all logic, all fear, all anger… I relaxed under his touch.
Somewhere between one heartbeat and the next, sleep pulled me under.
Deep. Heavy. Safe in the most dangerous arms I’d ever known.
“Genevieve! Open the door.”
The pounding shook the wood so hard it snapped me awake.
My eyes flew open. My heart jumped into my throat.
For a second I couldn’t breathe. The knocks kept coming—loud, angry, impatient.
Alonzo wasn’t beside me.
The spot where his body had been was already cold.
Sunlight flooded the room, bright enough to blind me.
I blinked and pushed myself up, and then—
My breath stopped.
I was naked.
The sheet slid down my chest. My skin was marked with his mouth, his hands, his teeth.
Red, purple, bruises that he left the whole night.
Genevieve… are you inside?”
The knocking shook the entire door.
One more hit and it would crack. My heart jumped into my throat.
I grabbed my clothes with shaking hands, pulled them on as fast as I could, and rushed to the door.
My fingers fumbled on the lock.
The moment I opened it, I froze.
My father stood right in front of me.
My eyes widened. My stomach sank.
I instantly pulled my shirt collar together, hiding the hickeys Alonzo had scattered down my neck.
If Dad saw even one mark… I was dead.
“Dad… you’re here?” My voice came out thin.
I glanced behind me. Relief washed over me when I saw the room was empty.
Alonzo was gone. Not a trace of him.
Dad stepped inside, his eyes narrowing like he smelled trouble.
“Yeah. I’m here. And you—” he looked me up and down “—what exactly are you doing?”
His tone was sharp. Accusatory.
He looked furious, like someone had dropped a whole storm cloud on his head.
My throat tightened. I stared at the floor.
Did he somehow sense Alonzo had been here? That I’d had sex with the most dangerous man he despised?
I couldn’t read his expression.
My mind raced. My palms turned sweaty.
“I… I was sleeping.”
The lie scraped out of my throat. My voice shook.
My palms were ice-cold.
I kept glancing around the room, terrified Alonzo would step out from a corner I’d missed.
My father’s presence made the walls feel smaller and dangerous.
Dad folded his arms.
His eyes were sharp enough to slice through bone.
“Sleeping,” he repeated. Disbelief dripping from his tone. “Right. And you expect me to believe that?”
I swallowed hard. My heart hammered.
Then he asked the question that made the ground drop from under me.
“Don’t tell me you joined the mafia too.”
For a second, I forgot how to breathe.
The air around me froze. My body went cold from the inside out.
Did he know something?
Did someone see Alonzo here?
Did someone tell him?
My thoughts scattered. I felt dizzy.
“H-how… why would you think that?” I whispered. My voice barely existed.
Dad stepped closer. His jaw tightened.
His anger wasn’t loud anymore. It was worse. Quiet. Heavy. Suspicious.
“You think I don’t notice changes in my own daughter?” he said.
“What… what are you saying, Dad?”
My voice cracked. I tried to look at him, but my eyes kept flicking toward the bedroom.
I was terrified Alonzo had left something behind.
Dad didn’t buy my confusion. His nostrils flared.
Without another word he held his phone toward my face.
“Then explain this message.”
My stomach dropped.
“Your daughter is sleeping with a mafia man. A man who was dangerous enough to kill her. She is hiding a lot from you. Save her before she ruins her life.”
