CHAPTER 46: Never-ending manipulation

"What?" hindi makapaniwala na tanong ni Sebastian sa sinabi ko.

"I said take your son away from here because I'm gonna use Avery to lure Marius and so that you can do what I have told you to do," sabi ko sa kanya.

Nakita kong tumulo ang kanyang pawis sa noo sa kabila ng air-conditioned ang loob ng silid na kinaroroonan namin.

"I don't even know how to shoot a bird," nininerbiyos niyang sagot na halatang nagsisinungaling.

Is he kidding me? He was one of the best shooters when we were still young. So I doubt it if he can't do what I want.

"Don't lie to me, Sebastian. We made a deal. I helped you to get Avery back. And now it's your time to do what I wanted you to do," seryosong sabi ko sa kanya.

If this guy refuses again, I will kill him myself.

"I'm telling you dude if you back down you

know what I will do. And you won't like it," sabi pa niya sa akin.

Napabuntong-hininga ito. Refusal is obviously written all over his face.

"Okay, I'll do it. When do you want me to do it?" tanong niya sa akin.

"In a week," sagot ko sa kanya. "And by then. You need to be prepared," sabi ko pa.

Iniwan ko siyang nakaupo sa sofa. Wala akong personal grudge kay Sebastian but I don't want to get my hands dirty. If I want to kill Marius, I want it to be him. Sebastian is smart but sadly he's dumb as well. He walked right through my trap and now he cannot get out. And also, the manufacturing of drugs and weapons is doing fine. Aster will fall completely in my hands. Gusto kong tumawa. Gusto kong ipagsigawan na walang mas tuso kaysa sa akin.

"You know I hate to break whatever making you smirk but my patience is getting thinner," sabi sa akin ni Lemuel ng pumasok siya sa king opisina.

"I told you yo wait, didn't I?" tanong ko sa kanya. Isa pa itong taong to. Hindi marunong maghintay.

"How long will I be waiting? I want my toy to be delivered to me before I leave this awful country," sabi pa niya.

"Two weeks max," sagot ko.

"Are you kidding me?" inis na tanong niya.

"The boss wants me to transfer at hindi ako aalis ng hindi ko kasama si Sebastian!"

Medyo mataas na ang boses niya sa akin. Which is kinda dangerous. He might be an omega but he's scary as hell.

"Okay okay. Calm the down," sabi ko sa kanya.

"Make sure you can deliver him to me. I want my prize for helping you Haize. If you mess with me. I kill you and deliver your head to the boss or I'll let him do that for betraying him," sabi pa niya.

Napalunok ako. If Lemuel is scary enough, Duke is one hundred times scarier than him. I don't want to mess with that guy.

"I'll deliver him to you. Don't worry," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Make it sure," sabi pa niya bago tumayo at humakbang palayo sa akin.

Matapos itong makalabas ng aking opisina ay humingi ako ng isang brandy sa aking secretary. I need to calm my nerves now. This is not the time to feel scared. I have planned this all along for years and now that I'm closing to it's end, hindi ako basta-bastang tumigil na lang.

Nagsalin ako ng alak sa baso na may ice cubes at saka nilaro-laro ito.

No one understands me back when I was still hurting. It was only me who understood myself. Has anyone in this world lost his mate who hates you and rejected you before he died? Wala! Ako lang. I was hated in first meeting. Wala naman akong ginawa. I'm just a son of a king. It wasn't my fault that his parents died. Hindi ba napaka-unfair naman kung ibe-blame sa iyo ang lahat dahil sa kasalanang hindi mo naman ginawa. All I wanted was to be with him. Kung sakali mang nabuhay siya, I would do anything kasehodang paulit-ulit niya akong i-reject. Hindi ako susuko hanggang sa mapatawad niya ako. Hanggang sa maluyan niya ring akong matanggap. I would give everything to him including the moon if he wants. I could even picture a perfect family with him. I will be the king and he'll be my Queen.

When I was a kid, I was always fascinated with fated mates back then. I always read books about it. So when I grew up, I was always looking forward to meeting mine. And when I did meet him, he hated me, cursed me, and then died on the same day.

All because of Marius! He killed my mate and so I will kill him too and let his mate suffer. Malaking tulong ang paglalagay niya ng chockerband sa leeg nito which can only taken off by him. Sebastian couldn't bite him again and as soon as Marius died, Avery would feel hell.

A perfect plan. If I succeed this time, then I don't care if I'll die or where life will lead me. At least I avenged my mate.

"Are you sure your animalistic instinct didn't take over your mind?" tanong sa akin ni Achilles noong mabubuhay pa ito at nasa pangangalaga niya ako.

"No I'm good," sagot ko sa kanya ngunit ang totoo ay may bumubulong sa aking isipan ng ganito:

"Kill who killed mate. Kill who killed mate. Kill who killed mate!"

They said when your animalistic instinct all you think is revenge. I listen to that voice, that's why I'm here. I am no longer interested in the Crown or the money I inherited from my parents. And so I planned my revenge. Whenever I see Marius back then being laid back and laughing with our friends, I wanted to wring his neck and kill him that instant. But I stopped myself from doing that. One day, I will have my revenge. And so I waited for my chance.

"Haize, it's been a long time," nakangiting sabi sa akin ni Red, isang Mafia boss na aking allie. He's been helping me all along at siya rin ang nagpasok sa akin sa group ni Duke.

Alam ko na may hidden agenda ito sa pagpapasok niya sa akin sa grupo at kunin ang tiwala ni Duke.

"Yeah, it's been a long time. I did what you want me to do," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Good work," sagot niya sa akin ang he patted my head.

This dude is the one who trained me how to be smart. I met him when I was traveling back then and trying to figure out how to live my life. He taught me how to be what I am today.

"I heard you are being disowned by Duke. That was so fast but still you did what I told you to do. And that deserves a toss," sabi pa niya sa akin bago nagsalin ng alak. "And also," sabi niya bago lumapit sa akin at saka naupo sa aking kandungan. "I missed you," bulong niya sa aking tenga.

"Black please. I'm not in the mood today," sabi ko sa kanya.

Ngumiti si Black.

"Didn't you promise me that you'll be mine after I help you?" tanong nito sa akin.

"Yes I know but-"

He suddenly kissed me. Wala akong nagawa kung hindi tumugon sa ginagawa niya sa akin. I've been pent up too since all I can think is my revenge.

I already marked Black. He forced me to do it during his heat. Yes, he's an omega but unlike Lemuel, Black probably has the same body as Avery. But he's not weak. In fact, he is dangerous.

"Harder! Deeper!" he moaned

"Like this hmmm?" pabulong ko ring tanong sa kanya.

"Yes yes yes. Like that, just like that. Don't stop!"

I rammed my rod inside of him many times and hit his sweet spot repeatedly, making him come a lot.

One more thrust and I followed him shortly.

"You were wild today. What's up with you?" tanong niya sa akin habang nakasuot ng roba at naninigarilyo.

"I was just pent up," sagot ko sa kanya bago hinila ang kanyang leeg at inilapit sa akin upang masindihan rin ang kanyang sigarilyo ang aking sigarilyo.

"You were gone too long. So probably you have a lot of slut out there," sabi niya bago nagbuga ng usok matapos masindihan ang aking sigarilyo.

"I have one," sagot ko sa kanya.

Black hated liars. At alam niya kung nagsisinungaling akono hindi. In fact, he knew everything about me. Originally, his alpha is the head of this family. He took over when Duke killed him in cold blood for trying to kidnap his pregnant mate. Black didn't like his alpha so it was a big relief for him when he died. He's not even his fated mate. So when he met me, he said why couldn't we mate since he also knew my mate is dead. Hindi ko alam kung paano niya ako napapayag must be the help he gave me? Or I wanted to try at least how to be in a mate thing relationship. He said hindi rin naman daw niya ako pipigilan kung gusto kong sumubok sa iba as long as uuwi pa rin ako sa kanya.

"Is he beautiful?" tanong niya sa akin.

"I don't know. I just use him when I want to. He is paired as well," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Oh? Aren't you aware that alphas can smell other alphas scent to their mate?" tanong niya sa akin na bigla na lamang tumabi at nilaro-laro ang aking abs.

"Yeah I know that," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Then you are aware that alphas hated it when some other alphas laid their hands on their mate."

"I'm aware too," sagot ko.

"He probably hit the light out of him every time you used his omega," sabi pa niya.

Hindi na ako umimik.

"Why don't you forget your revenge and live with me," sabi niya maya-maya.

Napatingin ako sa kanya.

"No I can't do that," sagot ko sa kanya. "I'm close to finishing it. Nasimulan ko na. There's no backing down. Alam mo iyan hindi ba?" tanong ko sa kanya.

Napatingin na lang ito sa akin. Somewhere in his dead eyes. I saw something flashes there pero dagli rin itong nawala.
