Everyone felt the death of Klaus, it was truly a horrible event, Vanessa was unconscious but even in that state, tears fell down her cheeks. And for his other daughter Carmen, despite knowing of her Father's passing, she was still locked in a battle to the death against the Third Delta of the Krent pack Vanilla.
Speaking of the Krent pack their reactions weren't any better.
Vanilla paused for a few seconds before laughing, "hahaha haha haha! That idiot finally did it, how pitiful Yuzurp, I can't believe someone I truly loved died just like that, well... I'll continue your legacy by winning this war, that should be a lot of fun!"
While in the east, Winona was more concerned about Lucius and what he was going to think when he found out what had actually happened, his father murdering his father figure for power, as much as she wanted to go and comfort her mate, she couldn't. Speaking of Lucius, fifteen minutes prior to the Yuzurp's death, the Third Delta of the Krent pack was locked in battle with Hunter.
Hunter hated Lucius, and Lucius hated Hunter, they were natural enemies, Lucius was a part of the genocide on Hunter's village, while Hunter and his people were the ones who wiped out Lucius' entire squad. Both of them wanted to kill each other no matter what it took, and their battle went off immediately.
Lucius knew he had to inflict as much damage to Hunter before his painless ability activated.
While Hunter wanted to kill Lucius as fast as possible so he could come help Holly and I, he sensed that we were in danger since our opponents had insane amounts of mama, but he couldn't fully concentrate on it since his own opponent Lucius was just as dangerous.
"Neuralgia!" Lucius touched the ground and the earth opened up again.
Hunter jumped over the broken parts of the earth and lunged at Lucius with his knife, slashing at his arm.
The cut was shallow allowing Lucius to kick Hunter away fiercely and then try to stab him with blades generated from his first hand.
Hunter dodge rolled out of the way however he had already forgotten Lucius' wasn't the same as he was before.
"Neuralgia, mole!" He shouted and from the ground, five blades shot out and stabbed Hunter.
Hunter was bombarded by the pain of a hundred men, the agony that was drowning nearly made him go insane, but he broke out from the blade trap with his purple aura again.
"You bastard," Hunter said wiping his tears away, he tried his beats to hide how painful that attack was but his body showed it anyway.
"Hahaha hah aha hahaha!" Lucius laughed, "Finally... That's the expression I wanted to see, I saw it from your master, I saw it from Holly and now yours is just as good... All of you have such funny expressions while in pain especially your master's before I killed him,"
Hunter rushed at him again, blindly enraged by the werewolf's taunt, the pain had made him forget that you should never fight someone as technical as Lucius while hot headed. Lucius took this opportunity to beat the living hell out of Hunter first by swiping away his knife with his long black tail. Then attacking Hunter's unprotected stomach with a powerful lunch that created a black shockwave as it hit. "Neuralgia Impact!" The attack sent Hunter flying into a building as as he hit it, the entire structure collapsed in on itself.
Despite Hunter being on the receiving end of that attack it was Lucius who was screaming in pain.
"Ahhhhh, ahhhhhhh the sheer pain! It's gruesome, intoxicated! Unbearable! My skin... It's like my skin is on fire!" Lucius screamed Nas his entire body started to fall apart, blood and fur were falling off of his body.
Was was left from the pile of flesh was a humanoid Lucius with wolf ears sticking out from the top of his head, his lower half and arms wire covered in black fur, while his top half had a bit of white fur on it, his legs and arms had a skeletal pattern on them however, and his face had black tattoos shaped like broken glass on it.
"I've reached it, my peak, the evolved form of Garou lycan, Alter Black," Lucius said, reveling in his new transformation... However he wasn't the only one with a fancy new transformation.
The rubble above Hunter was thrown off by a fierce blast of purple magical energy.
Hunter emerged with his black wolf ears and black tail, his knife Venator had grown in size too and became a bright radiant purple. Both of them were surprised to see the other's transformation.
Lucius was disgusted that Hunter, who was just a hybrid, was able to reach a similar level of strength to him.
"Guess you aren't just a worthless hybrid after all, though that doesn't mean I'm not going to kill you," Lucius smiled.
Hunter rubbed his new ears and hair.
"I'm going to make sure you stay dead this time, no matter what, today is the last day you'll breathe in this world, Lucius!"
The battle raged on and on, with no signs of stopping. Lucius slashes and punches Hunter, but the hybrid retaliated band slashed back with his elongated sword, cutting off both of Lucius' arms in the process.
"Neuralgia!" Multiple blades shot out from where his arms used to be and struck Hunter hard once again, however...
"Painless!" His ability was slowly Beginning to awaken again and Lucius knew this was his only chance to kill Hunter once and for all.
"Neuralgia: Mentis!" This was an attack meant to cause pain directly to the brain of the victim, Lucius knew that the last place that wouldn't be affected immediately by Hunter's abilities was his brain, so he created this technique specifically so he could kill hunter.
As Lucius was about to touch Hunter's head, the worst possible thing that could happen happened... Yuzurp had been killed by none other than Lucius' father Byron.
"Ahhh ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Lucius screamed after finding out just what had happened.
Since all of the Krent pack members could no longer smell their leader it could only mean death and certainly the only person capable of doing so... was the Beta who's scent was still around.
