Chapter 228

Charlotte.

The final battles for the red corner were upon us. It was me vs Clover, whoever won this would be fighting Vance next.

Clover wasn't taking me because she knew what I was capable of since I had fought her sister Rose before, so she told her everything she had to know about me, and that mainly involved pressing me and not giving me a chance to fight at all.

She had shifted into her wolf form and transformed into a furry wrecking ball that kept on chasing me through the entire arena. Rafael, Rose and the others were looking happy as it looked like I was about to fall off however.

"Mystical fire clones!" I shouted and created three clones of myself that stopped Clover from rolling and then I joined them in lifting her up and tossing her over the stage earning me another victory.

"Let's go!" Queen Rene said happily, and Kris and the others cheered.

"Did you see that, Charlotte just earned the Femino pack their sixth point, now they are tied for first place? What a comeback everyone!" Dakota shouted and the crowd cheered.

Iris laughed at her former packages and they all stick out their tongues at her, but then she zapped them with her lightning causing all of them to chase her around the field, it was quite funny to watch, but I felt somewhat tensed because my next opponent was Vance and he came to our tent to confront me, Kali was still asleep after her battle and I was sure Astrid was in a similar state.

"Charlotte, ever since you were an Omega back then, I never really regarded you, but as you are now, you have my respect, I'll be looking forward to our bout," Vance said while looking directly at me.

It was somewhat intimidating but I managed to nod at him in agreement. I also respected him, in contrast to the former Beta Nicholas whom I killed about two years ago now.

Hunter approached Vance and there was certainly tension in the air.

Vance hated Hunter for beating him back then and killing one of his friends, he also hated the fact that Hunter was now on the werewolves side without any punishment for what he did in the past.

"Honestly, I wish I was fighting you again, just so I could beat the shit out of you," Vance said, clenching his fist.

"Maybe someday, but for now, get ready to lose to Charlotte," Hunter said with a smile on his face and Vance just left.

Holly approached him and asked, "who was that?"

Hunter looked at her and replied, "I have no idea," I'm glad Vance wasn't here to hear that, he would have been really pissed.

The next day, my battle against Vance commenced and as I predicted he was able to deflect my fire balls with his sound waves.

I couldn't even properly form my clones because he kept making a frequency that stopped them from fully forming.

I decided to attack him with hand to hand combat, but obviously he was superior to me in that regard.

"Give up!" He hit me with his sword and I almost fell off the platform.

Adonis was however looking at me with a scared face, I can't believe he was worried about me while his Beta was about to win.

Before Vance could deal the final blow, I took a glance at Iris and remembered our fight two years ago. She had used similar tactics against me, but back then my magic was still manifesting as different elements such as earth, air and water... But ultimately it settled on fire, and as it did I used a particularly powerful attack I had not used in years, but now it was time to unleash it again.

"Mystical! Fire tornado!" I shouted and started running circles around Vance, my flames covered him in a spinning circumference of red hot fire.

"Sonic boom!" Vance shouted and tried to attack the fire pillar, but as it disrupted it reformed again, this was the perfect tactic against him, I then dropped the tornado straight on his back and it crushed him, knocking him out on his back.

No one could believe what had just happened, not even me. I was the former Omega of the Blood moon pack and now I had just beaten the Beta in love combat.

The crowd shouted and Dakota almost fainted. Adonis and Harmony ran to the stage to pick up the unconscious Vance, Adonis winked at me and I smiled back at him in good spirits. I returned to my tent and Iris hugged me. We were now leading the scoreboard and we're one step closer to winning the tournament as a whole, however... That one step was going to be the hardest step for me, mainly because of the she-wolf known as Velvet.

The finals began and it was I versus Velvet, one final bout for us to end this rivalry. I made sure it didn't affect me that she was Hunter's mother incarnate, I was ready to take her down with all I had, and I was sure she was ready to do the same to me. I covered my fist in flames and her first began to emit purple lightning, we charged at each other and shouted.

"Velvet!"

"Charlotte!"

Our fists collided and caused a huge shockwave that even fell some trees in the area, it was truly a clash of Titans and everyone knew it.

Alpha Regina looked at Queen Rene and smiled, it was like seeing the daughters they had raised fight against each other with the same passion they had years ago, a legacy that would continue for generations to come.

Werewolves would continue to fight one another, whether it be for fun or survival, it was just in our blood, but now everyone here just prayed for peace after our war with my Krent Pack which was two months away now.

But right now, the one thing that mattered to me was taking down Velvet.
