Chapter 18 : She Is Drunk
Chapter 18: She Is Drunk
Sophie
“Don't mind him, Miss. Taylor.” Callan said, lifting his drink to his lips.
“He forgot to take his pills today, go away, Logan. Don't you have a whore to fuck?” My eyes widened at his words.
He walked away, muttering something under his breath.
“Now,” Angelo said.
“Let's go eat something, I am hungry as fuck.”
It was not bad, my mind was still coming to terms with what the Rizzos had told me. But the party wasn't bad, maybe because I was a little drunk or maybe because Rizzos looked so freaking hot in their tuxedo. I was sitting at a table with them and the nice Santoro, Lucas and Callan. They were talking about something while I texted Sarah.
‘Sarahhh, where are you?’
‘Are you drunk, Sophie?’
“Who are you texting?” Luciano, who was on my left, asked me as he took a sip of his drink. I eyed Adam's apple as it bobbled up and down and then his pink lips which were a little wet because of the drink.
“Sar,” I replied.
“He is old,” he frowned.
“Sarrrr?” Adriano, who was sitting on my right, asked.
“Who is he?” He asked.
“She is texting him.” Luciano muttered, eyeing the phone and I hit it from him, narrowing my eyes.
“No peeking.” I muttered.
“Who is he, Sophie?” Angelo who was sitting across me, between Callan and Lucas. I stuck my tongue out.
“I am not telling you.” I looked down at my phone.
‘Are you okay, Sophie?’ I am killing you the next time I see.’
‘For the fuck's sake, answer me, Sophie.’
‘Pick up the fucking phone, Sophie.’ I giggled.
“Oops,” I mumbled.
“She is drunk.” Callan muttered.
“Yes, no shit.” Luciano grumbled, eyeing my phone again. I narrowed my eyes and slapped his arm.
“No, peeking.”
Luciano slowly looked down at his arm and then back at me, disbelief clear in his eyes.
“How much did you drink?” I showed him my hand.
“Talk to the hand.”
He eyed the hand while the others laughed, I felt eyes on us. I looked around, people were looking at us in disbelief now. I stuck my tongue out to a random man, he looked like he didn't know what to do with himself. He walked away and I giggled.
“We have to take her home.” Angelo said, standing up and taking my hand in his, pulling me out of my chair. I collapsed against him and closed my eyes, wrapping my arms around him.
“You are really hot.” I whispered to him and he momentarily froze.
“You are drunk as fuck, Sophie.”
“No, I am Sophie as fuck.”
He grumbled something under his breath and picked me up bridal style. I snuggled into him, swinging my legs back and forth as he carried me out of the giant mansion. I waved at the Santoros' and they waved back, smirking. Lucas blew a kiss and I caught it witn my grip. Angelo set me into the limousine and sat down beside me. Luciano and Adriano sat across us, the door closed and the car began moving. I eyed the mini fridge.
“Can I..”
“No,” Luciano said sternly.
“You can have water, nothing else.”
I stuck my tongue out at him, his eyes narrowed.
“I would have turned that ass red if you weren't drunk.” He muttered, jaw clenching and I frowned.
“What?” He shook his head.
Angelo opened the mini fridge and took a bottle out. He opened it and handed it to me.
“It is liquor.” He said and I took a huge gulp and then glared at him.
“It is water,” I mumbled, frowning and he smiled.
“I know, drink more. I don't want you to pass out.” I huffed.
“No,” Adriano grabbed my jaw. My eyes widened as he brought his face closer to mine.
“Drink more, darling.” He said sternly.
“Okay?” I nodded, biting my lip.
“Words, kitten.”
“Yes, Adriano.” I whispered. Lust flickered in his eyes.
“Good girl.” My stomach twitched with desire and I licked my lips. He looked down at them.
“Fuck.” He muttered, letting go of me and glared at the window.
I blinked several times to get the lust out of my head and drank the water. I gave the bottle back to Angelo when I was done and curled into a ball on the seat, closing my eyes.
“Don't sleep, princess.” I heard the voice but I fell asleep.
I felt someone lowering me on the bed.
“Baby girl,”
“I am up,” I mumbled, snuggling into my blanket.
“Now, I am asleep.” I mumbled again.
“You don't want to change, kitten?”
“Change me,”
“We can't do that, little bunny.”
“Then, let me sleep.” I wormed under the blanket.
I felt someone taking my heels off and then the blankets were correctly arranged around me. I heard them switch the heater on and then the light off.
“You have to lock the door.”
“No,” I whined, pouting at them without opening my eyes.
“I am sleepy.” I heard Luciano chuckled.
“Okay.”
I heard the door open and I shot my head up.
“You are leaving?” I opened my eyes and looked at them. They turned around and Luciano raised his eyebrows at me.
“You don't want us to leave?” Adriano asked.
“What if a burglar comes in?” I asked.
“Burglars probably live in this awful building.” Angelo muttered and I rolled my eyes, sitting up.
The strap of my dress has slid down my shoulder, showing my bra covered breasts. Their eyes fell on my bra, I knew it didn't leave much for the imagination. In the glow of the lamp, which was switched on at the nightstand table. I knew they could see everything, so I bit my lip.
“Okay, we were going.” Luciano nodded to himself and walked out.
I pouted, Angelo and Adriano followed, closing the door behind. I huffed and laid back down on the bed. Meanies.
I woke up with someone screwing nails into my head and flashbacks from last night hitting me. I had drank too much, it was not my fault, the waitress kept coming with champagne. How could I say no? Sarah was sitting at a stool in the kitchen and I sat up.
“Sarah?” I called, falling back on the bed as my head started swaying
“You scared me yesterday.” She said, walking towards me with a tray in her hand.
Her hair was up in a messy bun and her glasses were on her nose. She was wearing skinny jeans and a maroon top. She set the tray down on the bed. There was too much breakfast on the tray.
“Guess who sent this?” She asked, giving me a piece of paper.
I sat up and read the note, squinting my eyes. I was still wearing the contact lens I had won yesterday. I was an idiot for sleeping with contact lenses on.
‘Hope this helps. We are having lunch together. A.R.’
