"They are talking about going sky diving tomorrow. I slipped out before they involved me. You deal with your little emergency?"

There was another knock on the door. 
"Come in," I said.
"You wanted to see me Alpha Colt?" Razer said.
"Yah, I wanted to talk about the security detail you will be sending up." 
"Yah, about that, I have this message from the boss for you."
"Colt, I have just discovered someone here is a mole. You will have to deal with guarding the bird in the nest. I can trust no one to go there. Will explain more later. Cherity 
After I read it, I folded it and put it in my drawer and locked it. Well, I will take care of that then. Why don't the three of us go see what these boys are up to. I linked Razer as we walked. What happened? I note was dropped in front of the pack house for Cherity he is coming to get his wife. He doesn't care about the girl who just wants his mate back. He said in the note her was going to kill Emma and eat her heart right in front of him.
When did this happen.
Five minutes after he got off the phone with you. I can't stay; I will say hello and then have to get back.

We walked into the room, and Andrew was just getting off the phone.
"Sorry guys, work calls. He came up to us and took Razer by the arm. Come on, pretty boy work calls they both laughed and left in a hurry. 
"The ladies are back." Orion said.
"That was not a long visit?" Zeth said.
"No, something is going on up there. We were escorted home by warriors." Tammy said.
"Should we go, Father?" Orion asked.
"If they need us, they will call. We have a lot of visitors to protect right here." I told him.
"Yah, you're right, dad. How about we all play some pool?" 
Everyone started teaming up Perrie, and I went to the bar, and I poured us some brandy to watch them play.

CHERITY'S POV 

Emma and I had been out for a walk when a guard came over with a note that was found in front of the pack house. 
"That did not take him long," Emma said sarcastically. Jennifer and her mother had been here a week. I was glad Drake decided to hide her for me. It would keep her safe until I killed the bastard. I knew he would never find her once they went to the city, but the building was not ready, and Alaska and Jennifer still had to have their mating ceremony. I put the community on lock down all the men were now out. Joe and Marlene had just got back yesterday from grabbing a twelve-year-old run away. Dwayne had him up at the pack house. Looking into the issues, some of these runaways were just too young. I was sitting with Emma on a bench in front of the diner. 
"You should not be out here Emma; he has threatened to kill you." I said softly. I was worried now that Dawn was gone.
"I have the power of 100, we talked about this, Ben. I have been keeping up my training, and I can fight."
"But you dropped a bomb on me today, so when Sampson and Dawn had their time together, they made a?" 
"Pup. Girl, to be exact."
"Promise me you will stay at my side if any fighting starts?" Ben asked.
"Always Ben, we fight side by side to protect what is ours. You must remember my magic is more powerful now as well." I got a link from the front that just crossed over the border just east of the gate. we had the alarm off as instructed it is back on now. Everyone is ready for your orders."
"Hold up, don't approach how many with him?"
"About 25 boss, Alpha Andrew's warriors are just behind they are six feet from them,"
"Have all other posts check in."
"Yes, boss."
"Emma, let me do the talking, he thinks we do not know he is here."
"Boss, report of 25 coming up behind you, our guys are right behind them,"
"Thank you for your report. Everyone is on silent." I reached over and moved a stray hair from Emma's face. But here eyes were looking at something behind me.
"Aww, how sweet. Get me my mate, Ben!" Thorn demanded. He turned slowly to face him, not even getting up.
"Thorn your mate is not here, only your daughter who you said you never wanted." I said calmly.
"Don't lie to me, where is she?"
"I would not know Jennifer appeared at our front gates alone and crying. Being my son’s mate, we naturally took her in."
"I want to talk to her to see where her mother went." Thorn demanded.
"I'm sorry, but she is not here she is down at Alpha Dwayne's pack having a girls' night with her new family." I said without emotions. 
"You're lying. Teresa would never leave Jennifer."
"Yet she did. She left her with her mate."
"What is she doing alive?" He demanded, pointing to Emma.
"Why would I not be alive?" Emma asked calmly. 
"Heard a rumor someone gave you enough monks hood to kill three wolves, how did you live?"
"I think you need to stop listening to rumors. It is obvious that I was never poisoned as here I sit." I said calmly.  
"What trickery is this," he asked. 
"Your mate is not here. You and your thugs are not wanted here. I suggest you leave. Unless you want to start something."
"Did you have something to do with me being poisoned?" Emma asked, standing up.
"I prefer the hands-on approach myself." Emma, when I do kill you, I want to watch the life drain from your body. But that is not today. I'm coming for you. Ben, keep your eyes open." He turned and walked away. I have no clue why I let him. Maybe because Emma was too close to him. I did not want to risk her getting hurt.

HENRY'S POV

"Where is she?" I screamed.
"We can't find her Henry; we have been looking."
"Well, look, some more. “I yelled.
"Sir Henry, what is all the yelling about?" Sammie asked.
"I want to talk to you, girl. First of all, where were you?" I asked
"Planting the vegetable garden as you can see I’m covered in dirt."
"You leave us." I said to the guard.
"Remember that little task I gave you to do a few weeks ago?"
"Yes, Sir Henry, I did exactly as you instructed me to do. There was no error. She got the glass. I put the vial of liquid in that you asked me to. I waited for her to sip some before I slipped out."
