Chapter 75 Dealing With Daniel

Chapter 75 Dealing With Daniel
Lana's POV

I was staring at my so-called friend who thinks the worst of Arden and he wants me. "Yes, this is a bad time," I said to him.

He nodded, his expression changing. "So you are back with him?" he gestured towards Arden.

"Yes," I said, he didn't need to know why Arden was here.

He shook his head in disappointment, "After everything he did to you? Seriously, Lana, who was there to get you through what that f^cker did to you?" he was working himself up.

"Watch your f^cking mouth and stay the hell away from Lana," Arden said through clenched teeth. Charl started to cry and I looked towards Arden. His brows were furrowed, clearly ready for a fight and if looks could kill, Daniel would be dead right now.

"Arden, I can handle this," I said to him.

"You're the one who f^cked Lana, remember? She is only an easy f^ck to you," Daniel hissed.

"Please, Arden, see to Charl while I handle this," I raised my voice as my heart started beating at a rapid pace because I was angry right now.

Arden looked at me with furrowed brows, trying to calm his son down. "Do you think that I'm going to leave that assh^le alone with you?" he asked me.

"Your son needs you."

"Lana needs me, not you," Daniel chimed in.

"Daniel, please just leave," I said. I was trembling as I looked at him, he was pissed off.

"I won't leave," he said, and I let out a breath.

I turned my attention back to Arden, "See to Charl, I will be right back," I said as I stepped out of my hotel room, closing the door behind me. I know Arden is pissed off about this, but I need to set things straight with Daniel.

I looked at Daniel who was pacing. "Seriously, Lana, are you back with him?" he asked.

"It is none of your business who I see. What were you doing here?" I asked. I'm trembling but keeping my anger at bay.

"I wanted to see how you were doing since you were in the papers. Jordan told me that you were here," he said, "Lana, please stay away from that man, he is no good for you. You could have a better life with me and I would treat you better than what he has," he pleads.

I shook my head. "You do not get to tell me who I should be with. It's my life. Move on. If you were a friend, then you wouldn't just kiss me and you wouldn't say mean things just because you do not like Arden. I cannot be friends with you anymore," I said to him.

"I cared for you, all the years that we were at school together. I cared a lot about you. I wanted you and you were the perfect person for me." he shook his head, "I hope that you are happy with him, but don't come running back to me when things don't work out." he said disgustingly.

"We are no longer friends. So leave," I said through clenched teeth, but all of a sudden, I didn't feel well. My arms were tingly and I felt like I wanted to faint, like I was just floating by.

"F^ck you, Lana," he hissed at me. I didn't expect that from him at all. Well, its Daniel. A Daniel that I don't even know anymore. I need New York badly right now.

"You know what Daniel, I am glad that I got to see the real you. If I was in a relationship, would you react this same way? I don't deserve the way that you or anyone else speaks to me. Will you turn out to be an emotional, abusive prick if you do not get your way? So go and f^ck yourself because no one else will want to f^ck you! Not even me. So f^ck off and leave me alone, do not call or show up anywhere near me," I stated.

"Wow, my precious Lana. I am disappointed with you. You would rather f^ck your way up the ladder, scoring for extra credit. That is a disappointment. The Lana I knew, worked hard for what she wanted." he said, as if a psycho had a bad expression, then he had it.

"F^ck off, I don't want to see you ever again." I said, trying to remain calm, but fury was burning inside of me with what he just said.

"F^ck you both," he hissed before he turned around and walked down the hall towards the elevators.

I opened the door, feeling unwell. Arden looked at me while he was standing, holding Charl in his arms, Charl was drinking milk from his baby bottle. I closed the door behind me.

"What did he want?" Arden asked, but he was pissed off.

I closed my eyes just running my hands through my hair. I turned to face him. "I told him we are no longer friends. I just want everyone to leave me the f^ck alone," I said harshly.

"Watch your mouth, Lana," he warned as he scowled at me. I look at him in disbelief. "I don't want him anywhere near you, because I will do something to him and I won't regret it," he holds my gaze.

I let out a breath as I walked towards the room. "Whatever. At least I told him not to show up anymore and that we are no longer friends. So don't worry about anything, I just want everyone to leave me the hell alone." I said, because I don't have the energy and I just don't feel great. As I continued to walk towards the room, I held onto a cabinet as I felt dizzy.

"Are you okay?" Arden asked with worry.

"Yeah, just..." I closed my eyes and opened them again, standing up straight. "Just not feeling great," I said, which was barely a whisper. But then darkness consumed me.
