I Don't Have Feelings For Her

Parker’s POV

She joined me in the kitchen and after a little argument, I mentioned taking her home and I really didn’t know how to take back the statement but it is done.

I brought her home and finally, I knew where she lived,I smiled when she went in but I acted like I didn’t bother to look so I drove home to get ready for my other life.

I suddenly remembered I would be having a meeting dinner with Mr Mac, normally when it involves dinner meetings,I like going with Angela because she is a model and it makes things easier.

But I think I need to stop using Angela because she is overstepping her boundaries with me and I hate it, I guess I have no other choice,I will have to get Cali to go with me.

I got her contact from Ruth and informed her about it, I was happy she didn’t decline it at all.

I went to the hotel and met with Mr Mac, “Good evening Mr Mac.”

“You are here already Mr Parker,have a seat.” He said to me.

“Thank you, I hope I didn’t keep you waiting at all?” He questioned and he nodded, “Not at all, are you alone? I thought you would be coming with your model?”

“Oh, she is busy with some gigs but don’t worry my PA, is close, she will also make it easier for you with what has been drafted.”

“Okay then, so I was thinking we make a park in the other land.”

While talking with him, I got a text from Cali that she was here so I directed her and she walked to us, I hated the way Mr Mac looked at her for some reason.

She was looking stunning and my heart started racing again, but I had to place myself under control,I made the introduction with Mr Mac

“Mr Mac, this is my PA.”

“Wow, she is looking so stunning you know.” Mr Mac said still admiring.

“Thank you very much, sir.”

“Can we go straight to the reason we are here? “ I said out loud because I was getting angry, I felt no one should have the right to look at her and admire her.

While the meeting was ongoing, I suddenly had to excuse myself to take an urgent call from work.

I spoke in our language while on the call when suddenly I heard Cali's voice crying for help.

I returned with full rage and what I saw, provoked me the more, I stopped him and Mr Mac spoke foolishly, I landed just a hit and he went down, don’t think he is dead, he is very much alive, I just made him unconscious and that’s all.

I decided to take Cali home, she still looked so frightened and all, I caused this, I should never have left her,I wanted to return home but I just couldn’t leave her in this state, she needed someone beside her.

I stayed and made her feel better but I didn’t know when I slept off in her place. Waking up the next morning,I made sure I prepared breakfast for her.

She said something that was unbelievable, she asked me to fuck her and later denied it, is she that direct? Or I didn’t hear her clear?

The words played in my head all day and I still couldn’t get a hint, or am I just slow-witted and I have no idea about it?

I met with Raymond as usual but the words kept playing in my head, “Are you okay?”

“Yes, I am fine, why do you ask?”

“Because you are acting off.”

“I am okay, can you tell me what it means when a lady asks you to fuck her?”

“Wait a minute, do you mean a girl told you that? Tell me, hope you didn’t leave without doing it?”

“Excuse you, why will I do such a thing?”

“Are you a dummy? It means the girl is into you and she is craving for you, it’s rare to see ladies who are that blunt you know, you could have just kissed her and satisfied her.” He added.

I let out a smile and said out loud unknowingly,” So, she is into me,that’s good.”

“Hey man, are you by chance referring to Cali?”

“Whhhhh…what??”

“I knew it, it has to be her, so you both have feelings for each other right?”

“No way, stop saying things you have no evidence of, yes she might fall for me because I am handsome, girls want me so she is no different at all.”

“Are you sure about that? Because I see a man that is in love with her right now.”

“That’s not possible, she is not my spec at all, I can’t love her, she is clumsy and funny.”  I smiled.

“I will tell you the honest truth, you are in love, believe it or not, stop lying to yourself.”

“I am not lying,I really don’t have feelings for her, believe me.”

“You are such a liar.” He added.

“Go to hell.” I spent a few more moments with him before visiting the flower shop and getting some flowers to take along with me to visit Jane’s grave as usual.

I wasn’t supposed to go today but I miss her, I miss her so much.

I arrived at the place and went in with the flowers and dropped them off.

“Hi Jane, how are you? Guess what? I still feel you are alive when I see Cali, I see you through her, did you come back to me? I really want to know.”

I let the tears fall and cried like a baby,”I wish I could communicate with the dead, I wish you could speak to me, I am trying so hard not to love another but my heart keeps beating for Calista, I hope you are not a get about it?” I asked feeling so guilty.

“I know you hate the fact I am not moving on and you want me to be happy always, I promise to give it my best and I will never stop seeing you, never,” I added.

I spent some time and visited the mental care hospital and I said to the nurse handling her case,”How is she?”

“I am sorry but she got worse last night, screaming her name.” The nurse replied.
