It was overwhelming for me how could be pregnant for a man who was half an animal and half human.

Shit Keegan, what have you gotten yourself into? I asked myself with so much pain and hurt in my heart.

"Should I give you a drink?" I heard Cruise question me.

“I don’t know,” I replied hoping he didn't force me to have a drink of whatever it was he wanted to give to me.

"But you look pale, please can you just be incident and take in something of liquid?" he asked me looking at me he was now bare-chested and looked like he had somehow worn clothes since.

“Do you still love her?” I asked him as I remembered how he looked when he had explained the death of Chloe.

“Love disappeared from my diction since the day she betrayed me, let’s forget about that,” He said.

There came a knock at the door and it looked like he was just being defensive over the death of his ex-fiancee the door was knocked and then he asked even without seeing the person on the other end that she should leave.

“You should leave, Nancy,” Cruise said to the woman on the other end of the phone.

"But you didn't open the door to see who was there!" o asked in a perplexed tone.

“This is not fair!” I said as looked far off into the walls of the room we were in.

"What isn't fair?" he asked.

"You had a big secret and still you didn't tell me and now you just expect me to be happy with you?" I asked because I was still but with what had just happened.

Instead of replying he walked closer to me and began touching my damn, he knew the right places to touch and my skin tingled as he went up and down on my body before he retreated.

"I am sorry I touched you without your permission" he apologised.

How was I to tell this man that I enjoyed what he had just done to me?

” That’s not fair, Cruise I’ll do my own.” I said and his face gleamed in surprise.

“Is this a joke?” He asked as he adjusted back.

I moved close to him.

“You think telling me ‘sorry’ alone will make me forgive you for touching my butt? Oh no!” I said and took steps toward him.

“But you are my mate and baby mama?” He said with a glimpse of surprise mixed with a smirk in it.

“Which gives me the right to do mine,” I said and he, then stood still.

I went to him and unzipped his trouser. I brought out his dick and played with it.

I returned it and zipped his trousers up.

“Are you satisfied?”He asked.

” It’s long.” I said and chuckled and then the sense came back how stupid could I possibly be?

“Would you like to have it inside you?” He asked and the strong will to refuse was there but I didn't accept.

“You are still in trouble Cruise? ” I said to him and he just looked at me deeply. in my eyes as if he was shocked when I said he was still in trouble.

"I am sorry Keegs, please" he begged.

"Okay fine but first I am hungry," I said and he turned around the room they had brought some food for me so he asked me to dig in which I did almost immediately. It was weird looking good but I had to try it

“Is it delicious?” He asked and I just continued eating before I spat the food out after consuming fleshy stuff.

“Bitter!” I said all of a sudden.

“Huh! the food is bitter?” I stood and went to doublecross him.

“Bitter or sweet, you have to eat that food, it would help with the growth of the baby," he said to me and I couldn't help but whine and pout.

“I have something else that is sweet that you can eat.” He said.

“Really? and what’s that?” I asked.

“Your lips.” He answered and kissed me and I enjoyed it too much.

“Good play, you would eat of that food," he said after we disengaged from the kiss.

He smiled and I furrowed my brow

“So you smile? like seriously?” he asked and he went back to sit and started eating with me.

“Chloe left you and ran away with someone, did the man she ran away with not take care of her or what?” I asked Cruise out of nowhere.

“How am I supposed to know?” He asked and continued eating.

“Make sure she doesn’t come back here, okay I hope she isn't a werewolf and can not reincarnate?”I asked.

” She is not coming back she killed herself before she knew u had a baby mama and a woman who would be my wife someday so no she is not coming back'He responded and I smiled

"If she had to come back I'll make sure to hurt her," I said

“Huh? Why would you?” he asked.

“Why shouldn’t I hurt me while she kidnapped me?” I said and he stood and came to me.

"Did her evil cause trauma on you?" he asked.

I walked inside, I had barely taken two spoons of the food but I was just forming anger.

I expected Cruise to stop me and ask me what I was up to but he didn’t even say anything.

Very unromantic of him.

I lay on the bed rolling and regretting that I left but he was already at the doorframe.

"Keegan, I want you to stop being this naughty and I love you much so you should know this why do you keep thinking Chloe would come back?" he asked me and I just looked at him with my eyes dimmed.

"So what exactly would we do from here?" I asked concerning the introduction to the new life of being a mate or whatever they called it.

" We have a meeting with the council of elders tomorrow," he said and I just couldn't help but wonder how I would cope with this new life style.
