Chapter 107 EPILOGUE

Chapter 107 EPILOGUE
Leah

The alarm on the bedside table blared.

I slapped it off quickly, holding my breath as I waited to make sure it hadn't woken the sex maniac behind me. Slowly and carefully, I started peeling his heavy arm from around my waist.

"Where do you think you're going?" His rough voice rumbled against my ear, and I hated how my thighs clenched in response.

His arm tightened, yanking me straight back into the hard warmth of his chest.

Damn it.

"I have to go to work," I whispered, trying to sound firm even as his fingers slid down my stomach and between my legs.

"Hmm." His fingers brushed over my already slick folds. "Let's have a quickie."

"No," I said, grabbing his wrist with both hands. "Your quickie is never a quickie!"

"I mean it this time," he chuckled lazily.

"You said that yesterday," I almost screamed. "And the day before and the day before that. Every single time, I end up calling in sick."

"Should I stop then?" He asked as he easily overpowered my grip and kept stroking me.

"Aiden..." My protest dissolved into a moan the second his fingers found my clit.

"Do you want me to stop?" He asked again, pushing two fingers into me.

"Only... a quickie," I gasped, hips already rolling against his hands.

He chuckled darkly and rolled on top of me. "Have I ever lied to you?"

I glared up at him, breathless. "Every single time we're in bed."

When I woke up again, it was already past 2 in the afternoon. And I was alone in bed.

I stared at the empty space beside me, irritation rising instantly.

"That fucking bastard," I muttered as I pushed myself up.

I grabbed my robe from the couch and shrugged it on, tying it loosely around me before stepping out.

I didn't bother knocking and slammed his office door open.

Three men stood inside, mid discussion and they all turned at once.

My eyes went straight to Aiden sitting behind his desk who looked up the moment I walked in.

"I'm busy right now," he said calmly.

"Are you now?" I stepped further in, slolwy, the men shifting aside without being told.

I stopped in front of his desk, my fingers slipping to the knot of my robe. His eyes followed my movement and darkened.

"What are you doing?"

I smiled. "Something you won't like."

His chair scraped loudly as he shot up, catching my wrist before I could loosen it.

Then, without looking away from me, he barked, "Get out."

The men didn't waste time to leave.

Once the door shut close, he circled the desk slowly, like a predator.

I leaned back against it, tilting my head up to meet his gaze. He didn't say anything but lowered his head and brushed his lips against my neck before breathing me in.

A soft breath slipped past my lips, and I threw my head back, giving him more room as his fingers slid into my robe to caress my bare thighs.

"Is there something you want?" He murmured.

"How dare you try to get work done after making me miss mine?" I breathed.

"My bad,"he chuckled, lifting me onto the desk and pulling me to the edge so he stood between my knees.

"So what do you suggest we do now you have gotten your revenge?"

His lips brushed mine, and I stopped him with two fingers.

"I just need you to do nothing," I said, dragging my fingers down his neck and over his chest, pausing where he tattooed my name. "But watch me."

He raised a brow. "Just watch you?"

"Yes. Do you have a problem with that?"

Instead of answering, he captured my lips briefly before pulling back. "No."

I licked my lips, then bit down lightly. "Move."

When he didn't, I shoved him and slid off the desk.

I walked over to the couch and sat, then motioned for him to come over.

He slipped a hand into his pocket as he approached about to sit fully when I pointed at the edge.

"Sit there."

He obeyed without a word.

I stretched out, placing my head on his lap.

"Your phone," I said, opening my palm.

He sighed but handed it over.

"No, you can just watch me."

I opened a game to play when his phone rang from an unknown number. I declined it, but it rang again.

"It might be important," he said.

I rolled my eyes and handed it back.

"Fine, but put it on speaker."

"Hello? My. Kingston?" A soft, slightly strained female voice I found annoying said from the speaker.

"A woman?" I said, sitting up and turning to him with narrowed eyes.

"I swear I don't know who she is," he denied quickly, then into the phone, "Yes. Who is this?"

I folded my arms, watching him like a hawk.

"This is Miss. West, Roman's homeroom teacher."

Roman?

"There seems to be a bit of a situation at school—"

"What happened?" I cut in sharply, already moving closer to Aiden.

"He got into a fight with five other students."

"Five? Is he hurt?"

Aiden dragged a hand down his face, his jaw tightening. "I'll be there shortly."

"Thank you, sir."

The call ended.

When he stood up, I was right behind him.

He halted and turned. "There's no reason for you to come."

I let out a dry laugh. "You expect me to sit here and act like I didn't just hear my baby got into a fight."

"He obviously didn't get hurt. So you don't need to worry."

"Oh, I'm so going there," I said, and added before he could dissuade me, "If you don't want me in your car, then I'll drive myself there."

He exhaled slowly. "Fine. Let's go."

I huffed and walked in front.

I was already out of the car and halfway into the building before Aiden killed the engine.

Someone pointed me toward the teacher's office, and I stromed in to meet three teachers inside.

I found Roman in the third roll, leaning back comfortably on a chair looking bored.

"Baby?" I called, and his head snapped up, shocked.

"Mom?" He said, standing up.

I crossed the room, cupping his face and turning it side to side as I examined him. "Are you hurt? Let me see—""

"I'm fine," he replied, gebtly pullung back before shooting Aiden an annoyed look. "You weren't supposed to tell her."

I hit his arm lightly. "Don't raise your voice at your father."

He pouted, rubbing his arm like it hurt him. "But I don't want you worrying over this," he muttered, dropping his gaze.

"Then you shouldn't have fought in the first place," Aiden said, and I turned to him, giving him a 'don't start a fight with him' look.

"Good day," the voice from the call earlier greeted beside me, and I turned to see a beautiful red hair with Hazel eyes standing behind one of the desks.

"You must be, Miss. West," I said, offering a polite smile.

"Yes," she replied warmly. "Thank you for coming."

"Where are the kids he fought with?" Aiden asked.

"They are in the infirmary," she informed
"They sustained quite a number of injuries."

"What happened?" I turned, lifting my head to meet his eyes.

God. My baby has grown so tall.

"They started it."

"No shit," Aiden muttered.

"Explain," I said, shooting Aiden a look before focusing back on Roman.

"They were talking shit."

"What kind of shit?" Aiden asked.

Roman's gaze shifted to him. "About her."

For a second, the room went still.

"Where is the infirmary?" Aiden asked, already turning.

"Hey." I rushed to grab his arm.

"The fuck is wrong with you," I hissed under my breath.

"He said they were talking shit about you."

"And ? They are kids."

His eyes held mine before he turned to Roman. "Did you at least make sure they won't say shit again?"

"Aiden!" I smacked his back hard, and he groaned in feigned pain.

"Yes," Roman answered proudly.

"Good."

Oh God. These two men would be the death of me.

THE END.
