Chapter 93 Steven's Two Friends Are Very Rich
Steven glanced at her.
Her face was flushed, her eyes alluring - she looked absolutely captivating.
Steven gently bit her red lips, "Still making a fuss?"
Her chest heaved violently, tears of grievance welling up, "What fuss did I make? You're the one who misunderstood me. Not only won't you apologize, but you're also bullying me..."
She started crying just like that, feeling truly wronged, her nose turning red from crying.
Seeing her tears, Steven felt a pang of tenderness. "I just told you not to move, but you kept moving. Do you know how dangerous it is to twist your waist on top of a man?"
Nora's face reddened, and she said stubbornly, "You're the one who insisted on holding me. Wouldn't it be fine if you just let go?"
"If you behave, I'll naturally speak nicely." Steven's eyes showed no hint of apology.
Nora felt wronged again and accused, "It was clearly your fault!"
She wouldn't let go of this point.
Steven snorted coldly, "You're not that innocent either. When Chris wanted to tie the apron on you tonight, you didn't refuse."
"Who says I didn't refuse?"
"I didn't hear it." Steven stared at her face, clearly unhappy.
He just didn't like Nora getting close to any other man.
Watching them chat so happily tonight.
It really bothered him.
Nora said, "That's because when I was about to refuse, you came in. You grabbed the apron yourself, and then said I didn't refuse."
"Why don't I believe that?" Steven looked at her skeptically.
Nora lightly slapped his face again, "See, see, you're just suspicious. I explain to you, you don't believe me. If I don't explain, you get angry."
Steven fell silent.
"If you're going to be like this, I won't explain anything to you anymore. Someone like you deserves to overthink yourself to death!"
"You dare to slap my face?" His tone was ominous.
"I didn't use much force." Nora muttered, "What about you wrongly accusing me?"
Steven was silent for a moment, gazing deeply at her. His gray eyes were particularly deep at this moment, bottomless. "Were you really planning to refuse?"
"Of course." Her tone was firm, "I'm a married woman. I know my boundaries."
"Stay away from him from now on." Steven said, still not letting her go, his hands still tightly around her slender waist.
Nora thought Steven would never apologize.
Too proud!
She gave up on getting an apology from him and said softly, "Let me go."
"You haven't promised me yet." Steven wanted a commitment from her.
Nora said, "He's your friend. If you don't bring him home, naturally I won't see him."
Steven was finally satisfied. Looking at her soft lips, he asked quietly, "Is your period over?"
The implication was obvious.
Nora's whole face turned red. She turned away and said, "Not yet."
"How long does it usually last?" he asked again.
"Usually six or seven days."
Steven frowned, as if he thought it was too long.
"Let me go now. I need to get the bedding." With three people now, they needed to add another comforter, one for each person.
Steven released her.
Nora opened the closet in his room and took down the bedding set she had bought before.
"Steven, help me." She was dealing with the comforter and asked Steven to help.
Steven came over and helped her get the insert into the cover. A fluffy, soft new comforter was ready.
Steven thought she was going to sleep here, and after finishing the new comforter, his mood improved a bit.
But then Nora picked up the comforter and left.
Steven's handsome face tensed up. "Where are you going?"
"I'm sleeping with Olivia," Nora replied. Olivia hadn't been in a good mood lately, and Nora wanted to keep her company.
Steven was a bit unhappy, "You're not sleeping with me?"
The way he said it made it sound suggestive. Nora's face reddened, "No, I'm keeping Olivia company."
She walked into the second bedroom with the comforter. Olivia had already finished showering.
Seeing her come in, Olivia asked, "Nora, why are you bringing a comforter over?"
Nora's face reddened, "I'm sleeping with you."
Olivia asked, "Aren't you staying in the same room with Steven?"
Nora couldn't help but feel shy. She put down the comforter and told Olivia, "Steven keeps wanting to have sex with me. I'm a bit scared..."
Olivia understood immediately.
She'd been through it before. She got it. Smiling, she said to Nora, "All men are like that. It would be weird if they didn't want to have sex."
"I'm just a bit scared." Thinking about having sex for the first time, she felt inexplicably fearful.
"Don't be so nervous. You two are married. This step has to happen eventually." Olivia told her to relax, "You can't expect him to be celibate forever, right?"
"I wasn't thinking that." Nora lowered her long lashes, "I just think it's too fast. I'm anxious."
It hadn't even been a month since Steven actually moved into Riverside Apartment, and they started living together!
To reach this step so quickly, Nora really felt it was too fast.
"You've been married for almost four months." Olivia patted her hand, "That's not a short time. Some people get married within a couple of weeks, and of course, they have to have a married life. Otherwise, what's the point of marriage? Just to find a roommate?"
Nora thought about it, "Let's wait a bit longer."
Olivia respected Nora's decision and said with a smile, "Up to you."
Nora lay on the bed, leaning against Olivia and asking, "Olivia, is the first time having sex really painful?"
"Very painful." Olivia told the truth, "Everyone has to go through it. Just endure it, and it'll be fine."
Nora felt a bit shy, "Will there always be blood?"
"Not necessarily." Olivia shook her head, "I read in a book that actually about 80 percent of people don't."
"What if I don't? Will he suspect I've had sex with someone else?" Nora suddenly felt a bit worried.
"Nora." Olivia tapped her head, "The feeling is completely different. Both men and women can tell, but it takes time."
The next day.
The temperature dropped.
Olivia was the earliest to wake up again, wearing Nora's pajamas and making breakfast in the kitchen.
Nora was making coffee nearby.
Olivia said, "This coffee smells so good."
"Yeah, Steven bought it." Nora smiled, "Too bad you're pregnant and can't drink it, otherwise you could try it."
"I can have a sip." Olivia glanced at it.
Nora poured it out and gave Olivia her cup to have a sip.
Olivia took a sip, "It really is quite good."
The two sat at the dining table chatting.
Olivia said, "Those two friends of Steven's last night, they're both very rich."
"How can you tell, sis?"
"That one called Alton, I've seen him before. He drives a Rolls-Royce." Olivia said, drinking her honey water.
Nora was stunned, "That one called Chris brought several bodyguards with him."
The two looked at each other.
Olivia said, "So, they're all rich kids?"
Steven walked out of the master bedroom and heard this conversation. His heart skipped a beat. Was Alton exposed too?
What excuse should he use to cover this up this time?
