We walked for a few minutes before stopping at a waterfall.

"I did not do that to him Matt. Word has spread in my realm and my family is angry. They are coming for him with or without my permission" I said straight to the point

"What can we do to help him? “He asked hoarsely

"Heal him every time there is an attack... but my father and family will be here later today, maybe there will be something they can do. But even that we can't be too sure. My family is still angry at River and it will take divine intervention before they even consider having pity on him... I know this is too much but he hurt me Matt"

"I know Chaos. What he did to you was wrong on so many levels and I wouldn't wish that on any female but this... this is too much. His back looked like he had been mauled by an animal and he was losing blood. Kaeden wasn't even healing him. My wolf, Barry tried to reach out to him but all the response he got was whimpers and weak growls."

"I know Matt. Havoc told me but our father will be here and I can only hope that he will be able to help us in some way" Matthews had only opened his mouth to talk when I felt the change in the air. The homey feeling enveloped me. Sending soothing waves throughout my ever-tense body.

"They are here Matt" I whispered as a genuine smile made its way onto my face

"Who is here?" He asked with furrowed brows

"My family silly. Shit! Ask everyone to go into their rooms and not to come out until my say so ... Move it Matt! I am going to find where their portal opened from"

"Why?"

"Just go Matt. I will explain later." I snapped before following the path my gut was pulling me towards.

I found them in the yard of my home and inside my home already making their selves at home.

"Papa!" I screamed before launching myself into his open arms

"Little one... I missed you" he whispered into my hair

"I missed you too Papa" I replied softly

"Hey!! We missed her too. Don't steal all her love Papa" A familiar voice yelled with Indignation

I turned with a genuine smile on my face before walking towards the voice I knew too well.

“I missed you so much” I whispered brokenly before throwing myself into they opened arms.

I sighed softly when they engulfed me in a tight hug. I didn’t miss the sad smile they threw my way. I know they are hurting for me and feeling guilty they can’t help me.

But I understand. This is the way the moon goddess and fate wants it and so be it. They can’t do anything without disrupting the balance of this world.

“We missed you too” they replied in that weird combined voice which never fails to creep me out and they know it that is why they do it. I complained one time and they proudly told me that since am not easy creeped out and something meager like this can, they would do it just so they can gloat to their friends and servants that they were able to creep me out.

Some crazy family I was born into. We were stilled huddled up when my mum and my brothers barged in with smiles on their faces. It was always a joyful moment when the rest of our family were able to join us in this realm. No matter how short the time was. I watched from the arms wrapped around me as Lucas and Lucien hightailed for our father and wrapped their arms around him.

I could faintly make out Lucas whose shoulders were shaking. He always got that way when he saw our father. I would say he was the one that got affected when our father left but you never know because he never talks about it and should you bring up your assumptions about that, he was quick to shut you down.

My mother stood back watching them with a watery smile. I didn’t register when the arms holding me disappeared until I heard them speak a few steps away from me.

“Mama… we missed you” they whispered shakily as they approached mother

“I missed you too my babies. You’ve grown so much” my mother replied back before breaking down into tears. Something she rarely does unless they are for moments like this.

“Sorry we didn’t come sooner but we had to make sure we were under control. It’s worth it now because here now hugging you mama. We promise we will visit more often”

“I would hold you to it Hun. Our home in this realm will always be open to you.” They silently huddled up until dad interrupted them. Without a word, he reached out and freed mum from their grasps before his lips descended heated down on hers.

Ugh… they always got like this. We were all used to seeing them doing this that we were not even bothered or grossed out by it. We all watched in boredom as dad pushed mum against the nearest wall before devouring her lips like a man starved. Well he really is a man starved seeing as he hasn’t seen my mum in a while and he likes to stay celibate until he sees her again. The sadist in him enjoys the wait. He says delayed gratification is rewarding at the end.

Ugh… I don’t even want to think about it. I was brought out of my thoughts when I heard curses. I looked round and sighed loudly when I saw the reason why they were cursing. My mum’s top was half way off her body and my dad’s black robe was lying on the floor. Leaving him in only black leather pants with his tattooed back on display.

I looked round and they were all just standing there looking at me with the eyes. The eyes that meant I should break them up. They always do that knowing how dad gets when he is interrupted. If you have a sex life, he is going to make sure to cock-block you anytime you think about getting it on. And he was going to do it in the most painful way possible. I never had a sex life and am not going to be having one any time soon. Hence the honorable nomination… note the sweet sarcasm

I walked forward and tore my dad away from my mum before fixing myself in-between them because he was going to come right back and he did only to be stopped short by me

“Not. Now little one” he growled out with his red eyes brightly fixated on the panting mess behind me

“Yes papa. Not now. You came here for a reason and I would like us to get on with it then you can take mum back home and ravish her all you want without any disturbance” I stated flatly

“Ugh… fuck!!! Fine… let’s finish up here so I can finally have my woman. And I know you all nominated Chaos yet again and trust that I will pay you all back in kind and you know I will. Fucking cockblocks” he stated while looking at the rest in the eye causing them to wince and groan

“Well we had to. We are your children after all, father of all cockblocks. We all have not forgotten what you did to all of us in our adolescent years.” Lucien replied sassily

“Ah… those were the good days…” Papa Chaos said
